Indonesia is an archipelago which consists of various ethnic groups. Each ethnic group has a regional language as its group identity. Regional languages have a very important role in social and cultural life. The people of Umato'os Village who generally use the local language of Tetun as a means of interaction, the formation process that occurs in Tetun in Umato'os Village is a change if the root word undergoes a process of forming a Tetun word. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Data analysis using the equivalent method. To test the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation. The result of this research is that Tetum is one of the regional languages in the archipelago which is in the administrative area of Malacca district, East Nusa Tenggara province. Tetun language has its own uniqueness in the affixation process, the affixation process in Tetun not only undergoes a change but also the affixation process has shown a person's activity. Language can be used as a means of communication that is alive and fostered by the Tetum-speaking community as well as a means of developing regional culture. Tetun also serves as the Mother Language (first language) for the Tetun speaking community.

Communication is a drug service in pharmacy because of its activities as speakers and speech partners because basically communication between speakers and speakers is a sociolinguistic field. The events that occur in language contact carried out by speakers and speech partners at drug services in pharmacies do not occur in a language diglossia. The research objective was to determine the language diglossia in anwar Medika hospital pharmacy. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Where researchers are placed as the key. Data discussion is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing a conclusion. The result of the discussion based on Data A is a sentence uttered by a speaker delivered in communicative language that is easy to understand. The answer of a diapotek buyer does not use Indonesian as discussed by the waiter, but speaking in krama alus, generally using Javanese has the best position. Data B, does not use a variety of speeches and interlocutors, because they are the same age in health services to the buyer to convey in smooth, clear and easy to understand language and so that the interlocutor answers in a short language. Data C, a conversation with their servants explained in detail, and was understood. The greeting sentence that is always spoken proves the existence of a person speaking to.

The low interest in reading in Indonesia requires educational institutions to create innovations to help increase people's interest in reading. In 2011, based on data from the World’s Most Literate Nations, Indonesia was in 60th place regarding the reading interest of its population. The order is classified as low compared to other countries. Currently, the government has created the National Literacy Movement as an effort to increase the percentage of people's reading interest. However, it needs to be supported by many parties. Based on this, the KKNT team in the village of Marmoyo made an innovation to establish a Smart House so that people love reading more, especially reading fairy tales to their children. Fairy tales are a form of folklore that develops both orally and in writing. Regions in Indonesia have thousands of fairy tales that deserve to be preserved, this is because the younger generation knows and knows the developing fairy tales. In addition, the activity of reading fairy tales to children (ndongeng) is proven to be able to instill character and create closeness between parents and children. The method for this service is carried out by analyzing partner situations, reviewing literature / references related to the PKM theme, implementing fairy tale reading training with an interesting method in the village of Marmoyo for two days, cultivating reading fairy tales through a smart house. The fairy tale reading training program and the application of the Smart House in the village of Marmoyo are proven to be able to change the people's mindset about the benefits of fairy tales, and make it easier for people to find reading material.

Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) merupakan kerangka umum acuan Eropa untuk bahasa yang meliputi masalah belajar, mengajar, dan penilaian bahasa. Konsep CEFR ini penting diketahui dan dipelajari oleh para pemelajar/siswa dan pembelajar/guru bahasa asing, terutama di dalam konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA). Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis konten. Fokus penelitiannya terletak pada implikasi konsep CEFR pada buku ajar BIPA berjudul Sahabatku Indonesia yang terdiri atas enam jilid (Tingkat A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, dan C2) terbitan Pusat Pengembangan Strategi dan Diplomasi Kebahasaan, Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pada tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep CEFR telah diterapkan dalam buku ajar BIPA Sahabatku Indonesia dengan enam tingkatan, yaitu A-1 Breakthrough: Pemula 1 dan A-2 Waystage: Pemula 2, B-1 Threshold: Madya 1 dan B-2 Vantage: Madya 2, dan C-1 Effective Operational Proficiency: Mahir 1 dan C-2 Mastery: Mahir 2. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan bentuk-bentuk penggunaan bahasa Indonesia anak SD yang berdialek Jawa di Desa Bonto Tallasa. Serta bagaimana penggunaan dialek tersebut berpengaruh pada ranah afektif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua anak SD di Desa Bonto Tallasa dan pengambilan sampel penelitian menngunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Setelah peneliti bertemu dengan responden yang sesuai kriteria, peneliti akan mencatat data diri responden. Selanjutnya akan dilihat penggunaan dialek Jawa responden menggunakan kosakata Swadesh sebagai instrumen yang berwujud kosakata. Setelah mendapatkan data kosakata responden kemudian dilakukan analisis hasil wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil analisis wawancara semi terstruktur kemudian akan di deskripsikan dibagian pembahasan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bentuk penggunaan bahasa Indonesia anak SD yang berdialek Jawa di Desa Bonto Tallasa adalah berupa perubahan fonetis dari fon vokal menjadi fon vokal yang lain, perubahan dari fon konsonan menjadi fon konsonan yang lain, penambahan fon vokal dan penambahan fon konsonan, dan penyederhanaan pengucapan kosakata. Pennggunaan dialek Jawa juga berpengaruh pada aspek ranah afektif seperti pada minat, sikap, apresiasi, nilai, emosi, dan prasangka responden pada bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Jawa

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 4 -5 tahun melalui smartphone berbasis android di Paud Mentari. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa Paud Mentari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik obeservasi, teknik wawancara, teknik simak dan sadap dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari catatan dan rekaman itulah yang akan dijadikan sebagai data untuk bahan penelitian, kemudian data dianalisis dengan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap redusi data, pemaparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan 21 kata tidak sempurna diucapkan responden yang diperoleh dari smartphone android, hal ini disebabkan adanya penghilangan huruf, mengganti huruf dan penambahan huruf, contoh kata [yu+tub] terjadi penghilangan konsonan [y] sehingga kata youtube menjadi kata [u+tub]. Walaupun ada beberapa kata yang belum sempurna diucapkan namun kata tersebut dapat dimengerti maksudnya oleh lawan tutur. Selain itu, ada 12 kata yang sudah sempurna diucapkan responden yang diperoleh dari smartphone android, terutama anak berusia 5 tahun, penyebutan hurufnya sudah jelas meskipun kata- katanya menggunakan bahasa inggris, contohnya [don+lot’] yang diucapkan responden secara jelas.

Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa Paud Mentari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik obeservasi, teknik wawancara, teknik simak dan sadap dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari catatan dan rekaman itulah yang akan dijadikan sebagai data untuk bahan penelitian, kemudian data dianalisis dengan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap redusi data, pemaparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. \u0000Hasil penelitian menemukan 21 kata tidak sempurna diucapkan responden yang diperoleh dari smartphone android, hal ini disebabkan adanya penghilangan huruf, mengganti huruf dan penambahan huruf, contoh kata [yu+tub] terjadi penghilangan konsonan [y] sehingga kata youtube menjadi kata [u+tub]. Walaupun ada beberapa kata yang belum sempurna diucapkan namun kata tersebut dapat dimengerti maksudnya oleh lawan tutur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripstif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan kata penghubung dalam karangan deskripsi siswa kelas VII/A MTSN 1 Maros Baru. Subjek dan fokus penelitian dalam tulisan ini adalah karangan deskripsi siswa kelas VII/A MTSN 1 Maros Baru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif model miles dan hubermanyang terdiri atas reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kata penghubung dalam karangan deskripsi siswa kelas VII/A MTSN 1 Maros Baru belum sepenuhnya tepat karena masih terdapat ketidaktepatan penggunaan kata penghubung sebanyak 33 dari 13 karangan yang terdiri dari 86 kalimat.
