Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sumber Arto Desa Kenteng Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan BUMDesSumber Arto yang berjumlah 114 orang, dan sampel diambil sebanyak 88 orang dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji regresi yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa Y = 4,975 + 0,184X1 + 0,357X2 +0,163X3 + 0,480X4 + 0,107X5 + e. Penelitian menyatakan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif sebesar 2,236, keandalan berpengaruh positif sebesar 3,938, daya tanggap berpengaruh positif sebesar 3,507, jaminan berpengaruh positif sebesar 6,801 dan empati berpengaruh positif sebesar 2,207.Sedangkan secara simultan bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh sebesar 92,5% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan BUMDesSumber ArtoDesa Kenteng

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penerapan tindakan dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dan masingmasing siklus dilakukan dalam empat pertemuan pembelajaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 2 di MAN 9 Jombang yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan teknik persentase untuk menjelaskan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pembelajaran ekonomi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan dari peningkatan aktivitas siswa selama proses diskusi dan presentasi hasil. Direkomendasikan kepada guru ekonomi agar dapat menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah
本研究旨在通过实行语境学习,增加学生在学校经济学习过程中的活动和学习成绩。本研究通过计划、执行、观察和反思的阶段,利用课堂行动设计。动作应用在两个循环中进行,每个循环在四个学习会议中进行。本研究的主题是40名男子九年级X ip 2班的学生。数据收集是通过工具、采访、观察、记录和测试进行的。数据分析是用百分比技术来描述研究结果的。研究结果表明,在经济学习中实行语境学习可以增加学生的活动和学习结果,这从学生在讨论和演示过程中学生活动的增加就可以看出来。建议经济学教师在学校的经济学习过程中应用语境学习

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh prakerin, prestasi belajar di sekolah, dan motivasi memasuki kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Palebon Semarang. Jumlah populasi dari penelitian sebanyak 283 siswa dan sampel 166 siswa yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, analisis uji hipotesis, dan analisis deskriptif persentase dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS for Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 30,773 + 0435X1 + 0,414X2 + 0,2147X3 + e. Secara simultan prakerin, prestasi belajar di sekolah, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 50,9%. Sedangkan secara parsial untuk prakerin (praktik kerja industri) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 40,83%, prestasi belajar di sekolah berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 2,75%, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 2,72%.

This study was aims to analyze the influence Leadership, Discipline, and Organization Cultur to Employee Performance both simultaneously or partially. The population of this study was 107 employees in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district Sukoharjo regency, Central Java. This research uses proportional random sampling as technique which is calculated using Slovin formula that produces 84 respondents. The data collection method was accomplished by doing also using questionnares, observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses data analysis method with percentage descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a significant influence between leadership, discipline, and organization culture on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (2) there is no significant influence between leadership on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (3) there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (4) there is a significant influence between organization cultur on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district.

This study aims to investigate the effect of self-motivation and family environment on the interest in becoming teachers directly or indirectly through self-efficacy as a mediator variable. The research method employed was quantitative method with path analysis and Sobel test. The subjects of this study were all students of Economics Education Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang year 2014 with a population of 399 and a sample of 100 respondents. The method used was of data collection used questionnaires. The results show that (1) self-motivation positively affects self-efficacy by 21.9%. (2) Family environment negatively affects self-efficacy by 32.03%. (3) The total effect of self-motivation on the interest in becoming teachers through self-efficacy is 41.2%. (4) The total effect of family environment on the interest in becoming teachers through self-efficacy is-20.38%. (5) Self-efficacy positively affects the interest in becoming teachers by 16.16%. The suggestions of this study are students of economics education should know more about their interests in becoming teachers and should seek adequate knowledge and information about teacher profession. In addition, family should not give excessive attention and treatment to children because it can reduce the children’s abilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, kualitas layanan pendidikan serta pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap kinerja sekolah.Penelitian kuantitatifini dengan sampel 25 sekolah. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi berganda, uji t, analisis jalur, uji sobel dan koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu proses, (2)terdapat pengaruh signifikan peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu proses, (3)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap mutu proses, (4)tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu proses, (5)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan, (6)terdapat pengaruh signifikan peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan, (7)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan, (8)tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan, (9)terdapat pengaruh signifikan mutu proses terhadap mutu lulusan, (10)tidak berpengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses, (11)peran komite sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses, (12)kualitas layanan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses, (13)pembiayaan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses.

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga mempengaruhi model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan. Bagaimana setiap orang dapat belajar dimana saja, kapan saja dan dengan siapa saja, tidak dibatasi jarak dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran daring atau Online Learning Model (OLM) dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi sosial media berbasis internnet dan telepon seluler sebagai sarananya. Model pembelajaran daring ini sekaligus digunakan untuk meningkatkan keefektifan perkuliahan Ekonomi Makro bermuatan pluralisme. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan yang mengambil mata kuliah Ekonomi Makro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) OLM efektif digunakan dalam perkuliahan Ekonomi Makro bermuatan pluralisme; (2) model pembelajaran juga mampu meningkatkan penyerapan mahasiswa terhadap materi pembelajaran lebih dari 80% dibandingkan jika hanya memanfaatkan sistem konvensional yaitu tatap muka saja; (3) hasil kuesioner juga memperlihatkan bahwa mahasiswa merasa mendapatkan pengalaman baru belajar melalui OLM dan lebih menantang jika dibandingkan dengan belajar konvensional.

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing batik business in an effort to improve the competitiveness of the Kauman Batik Village community. This study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis. In this study, researcher conducted interviews with the activists of the creative economy with the quadruple helix concept, namely the participation of academics, government, communities and business people. From the SWOT analysis, it was obtained the results that the aspect of the resource needs the next generation of batik who have good creativity. The second aspect is industry. A thing that is being an important role of the industry is raw materials;it is needed to ease the production process. The third aspect is marketing. Batik producer needs to expand the market for batik sales. Then, the fourth aspect is financial. Batik producer needs to regulate the business finances in detail. The fifth aspect is technology and infrastructure; namely the need for infrastructure to support the development of the Kauman Batik Village. The advice given to Kauman Batik Village Community in overcome these five aspects which need participation from the government and private sector, communities and academics. In hope the government will optimize the work program in supporting batik as the superior product of Pekalongan City.

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of job training, job motivation and students competencies on the work readiness of office administration studenst XIth Grade of Vocational School in Pemalang. The population in this research was all of Office Administration Student XIth Grade of Vocational High School in Pemalang, there were 298 students. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling which was calculated using Slovin formula with a total sample of 171 students. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and analyzed by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the calculation data obtained by the multiple regression equation Y = 3,925 + 0,173x1 + 0,359x2 + 0,345x3 + e. The result of this study showed that job training, job motivation and students competenciesindirect affect to work readiness of office administration students XIth Grade of Vocational School in Pemalang.
