Latar belakag penelitian ini mengidentifikasi rendahnya pemahaman dan persiapan PAUD terhadap potensi bencana, menegaskan perlunya transformasi siaga bencana sebagai strategi proaktif dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan. Obyek penelitian adalah satuan PAUD sebagai unit dasar pendidikan. Tujuan utama adalah mengukur efektivitas transformasi siaga bencana dalam memperkuat safety culture di lingkungan PAUD melalui pendidikan kebencanaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi aktif dalam program pendidikan kebencanaan secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiagaan di kalangan tenaga pengajar, siswa, dan orang tua di lingkungan PAUD. Selain itu, pendekatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan interaksi langsung dengan skenario bencana melalui simulasi juga terbukti menjadi metode yang efektif untuk membangun keterampilan tanggap darurat. Peserta didik yang terlibat dalam latihan simulasi tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan yang nyata dalam kemampuan bekerja sama, kepemimpinan, dan pengambilan keputusan di bawah tekanan. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi pendidikan kebencanaan mampu membentuk budaya keselamatan yang lebih baik di PAUD dan masyarakat sekitar terhadap bencana alam.

Poda Na Lima as local wisdom is an expression of giving advice and order to clean oneself. The research was conducted during the six months of February-July. This research was carried out in Batang Baruhar Jae Village in Gunung Tua, North Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative using a realist ethnographic approach. The research objects are traditional elders, parents and teachers who teach at Early Childhood Education Programs (PAUD). The PAUDs that are the research objects are AN Nur Batang Baruhar Jae PAUD, RA Darul Hakim and Al-Furqon, all of these are in Batang Baruhar Jae Village. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, in-depth interviews and literature studies that directly examined Poda Na Lima. Then analyze the data used systematically starting from data collection, data presentation, to drawing conclusions. The research results provide an illustration that 1) Poda Na Lima is the basis for teachings, advice or life guidelines for the Angkola-Mandailing community, especially in Batang Baruhar Jae Village. 2) The Poda Na Lima philosophy really emphasizes theological values, from the Pillars of Faith, the Pillars of Islam, Development, Leadership and Service. 3) Its contribution to PAUD is; increasing children's spirituality and religion from an early age, improving children's academic skills, increasing children's self-confidence, instilling children's sense of caring from an early age, and increasing parental pride and society.

The principal as the leader has responsibility for everything in the school, including teachers as teaching staff, of course the principal must be able to overcome problems related to teachers, in this case increasing teacher competence. So, the aim of this article is to analyze the planning and implementation of school principal programs in improving teacher competency. This research uses qualitative research. The data sources for this research are the principal and teachers at the Darussalam Palangka Raya Kindergarten. This research data collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers use source triangulation. Then the data was analyzed in four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and data conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that: first, school principals in planning programs to improve teacher competency have not been specifically formulated, but programs that have been implemented to improve teacher competency are contained in the principal's annual work program. The programs contained in the program are conducting RPP checks on teachers, checking teachers' attendance every day, checking teachers' administration every month. Second, the implementation of the program to improve teacher competency is carried out referring to the school principal's annual work program. Supervision is carried out once a year, and motivation is carried out when the principal and teachers hold a meeting which is usually held once a month. The principal also pays attention to the orderliness of teacher administration starting from the RPP and syllabus, where the principal checks every day for learning programs in lesson units, and checks teacher administration once a month from the beginning of the school year to the end of the school year

AbstractSTEAM-based learning can help children develop their creativity in interactive learning in their own way, especially in the 21st century. This study aims to further review the effect of STEAM-charged learning on the independence of children aged 5-6 years according to their gender. The research method is a quantitative descriptive type, by collecting data using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire techniques. The number of research samples (n = 140) was taken in each district / city in Central Java, consisting of 4 teachers and 4 parents from 2 samples of PAUD institutions in each district / city. The results of this study indicate that children's independence gets an F score of 32 and a score of 141-160 (22.9%) when learning STEAM. The results of the study say that the independence of girls is classified as more independent than boys. Of course, based on these results, teachers are expected to further optimize STEAM learning, especially for boys, so that children have more physical skills, are confident, responsible, disciplined, get along well, share, and control their emotions.Keywords: STEAM; independence; gender AbstrakPembelajaran berbasis STEAM dapat membantu anak-anak mengembangkan kreativitasnya dalam pembelajaran interaktif dengan caranya sendiri, terutama di abad ke-21. AbstractThe introduction of spices to children in the millennial era is important and can be done from an early age. This study developed a child-friendly student worksheet based on the potency of Madura spices. Product development uses the Borg n Gall method involving students and PAUD institutions in the city of Bangkalan. The stages of the research were only up to the acquisition of material and media expert validation as well as small and large scale tests due to time constraints. After validating experts and material, the product was tested on a small scale in three institutions with 10 children in each institution as subjects. The results of the small-scale trial resulted in a fairly valid category with a percentage of 60% and 55% for child-friendly indicators, which means that revision is needed. The revised results of the small-scale trial were then carried out on a large-scale trial with 60 children as subjects. The results of the large-scale trial showed 79% on the child worksheet indicator and 89% on the child-friendly school indicator so that both of them fall into the valid category (no need for revision) and are appropriate for use in early childhood learning.Keywords: Student Worksheet; Spice; Child FriendlyAbstrakPengenalan rempah-rempah kepada anak di era milenial penting dilakukan dan dapat dilakukan sejak usia dini. AbstractTechnological developments and the spread of dangerous diseases affect the world of education, including kindergarten. Different learning processes influence a child's development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to obtain information on the effects of e-learning use on children's sosial development. The sample for this study includes her 196 teachers and parents. The data collection method uses questionnaires. A data analysis method using simple regression. The results showed that the use of e-learning had a significant positive impact on children's sosial development outcomes, with a regression coefficient of 1.016 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The use of e-learning makes an effective contribution of 17.7% to achieving sosial development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis publikasi ilmiah yang terkait dengan pernikahan usia dini dan stunting setelah diberlakukannya Peraturan Presiden No 72 tahun 2021. Pernikahan usia dini merupakan fenomena yang masih sering terjadi dibeberapa negara termasuk Indonesia, dan telah diketahui memiliki dampak buruk pada kesehatan ibu serta pertumbuhan anak stunting. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah Indonesia melalui kebijakan baru tersebut berupaya untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan sistematis dalam mencari artikel-artikel relevan melalui database penelitian Google Scholar. Berbagai studi ilmiah yang relevan dilibatkan dalam analisis ini. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga tema dominan dari empat material artikel. Tiga tema dominan tersebut yaitu faktor, dampak, dan penanganan, hal ini ditunjukan untuk kedua variabel penelitian yaitu pernikahan usia dini dan stunting. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang hubungan antara pernikahan usia dini dan stunting pasca Peraturan Presiden No 72 tahun 2021. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah dalam mengembangkan langkah lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut.

This study aims to describe the Effect of Contextual Learning on Learning Outcomes in Pancasila Education Learning Class IV SDN 06 North Pontianak. The research method used is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design and nonequivalent control group research plan. A sample of 47 students used a purposive sampling technique. In collecting research data using measurement techniques and data collection tools in research is a written test. The results of the study can be concluded that: The learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class in learning Pancasila education with the calculation of data analysis in the experimental class with an average pre-test score of 43.77 and a post-test average score of 77. In the control class the score average student learning outcomes pre-test 51.9 and post-test 56.8. There are differences in learning outcomes in the experimental class and control class by testing the normality known pre-test and post-test data Xcount ≤ Xtable = 7.815, then the data is normally distributed. Apart from that, the researchers also carried out a homogeneity of variance test, from the results obtained Fcount ≤ Ftable = 2.024. There is an effect of contextual learning on the learning outcomes of class IV Pancasila education is the polled variance formula, namely t-test (Polled Variance) at level = 5% and (dk =〖n〗_(1+) n_2-2= 45) obtained t_(count > ) t_table or 8.5 > 2.0. Then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that there is an influence of contextual learning on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education. Post test data calculated using the effect size formula was obtained at 1.17 with high criteria. This proves that the application of contextual learning has a high influence on the learning outcomes of Pancasila class IV SDN 06 Pontianak Utara.

The results of the study can be concluded that: The learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class in learning Pancasila education with the calculation of data analysis in the experimental class with an average pre-test score of 43.77 and a post-test average score of 77. In the control class the score average student learning outcomes pre-test 51.9 and post-test 56.8. There are differences in learning outcomes in the experimental class and control class by testing the normality known pre-test and post-test data Xcount ≤ Xtable = 7.815, then the data is normally distributed. Apart from that, the researchers also carried out a homogeneity of variance test, from the results obtained Fcount ≤ Ftable = 2.024. There is an effect of contextual learning on the learning outcomes of class IV Pancasila education is the polled variance formula, namely t-test (Polled Variance) at level = 5% and (dk =〖n〗_(1+) n_2-2= 45) obtained t_(count > ) t_table or 8.5 > 2.0. Then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that there is an influence of contextual learning on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education. Post test data calculated using the effect size formula was obtained at 1.17 with high criteria.
