This study investigates the strategies educational supervisors employ to enhance the managerial competence of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) principals in the digital era. A qualitative case study was conducted in Bandung City, with 7 educational supervisors as informants. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis, and thematically analyzed to discern patterns in strategy use, strategy evaluation, and challenges in the digital era. Key findings reveal supervisors' strategies are diverse and situational, including regular training, mentoring, coaching, collaborations, and supervision, all adapted to the digital context. Success is evaluated through data-driven indicators and evaluation processes, highlighting the role of monitoring, needs identification, socialization, and communication. Challenges faced include motivational deficits, resistance to change, and resource constraints. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of supervisory strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of adaptable, context-sensitive approaches in enhancing ECCE principals' managerial competence. It underscores the role of digital fluency in leadership development and offers insights into effective strategies and prevalent challenges within early childhood education.

The use of technology for educational game tools or known as APE in early childhood still needs to be developed. This research aims to develop technology-based educational game tools for early childhood learning. Apart from that, it also aims to ensure that children understand earlier about using technology wisely and purposefully. APE Color Ball is designed in such a way that children will be able to get many benefits from one activity. This type of research is development research. The subjects involved as samples were teachers and students. This research chose the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) method to achieve the targeted objectives. The instruments used in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and observation sheets. Through research activities and data analysis, it was found that Color Ball is suitable for use as a learning medium, in this case it functions as an APE for Kindergarten Class A. Based on observations with teachers and students of Kindergarten Class A, in One time learning activity using Color Ball students can get three benefits at once, namely motor activity, color recognition and introduction to simple English vocabulary. This benefit is very important to support children's development, especially in the current era of technological advances.

Management issues in early childhood education institutions can be a complex challenge for administrators and teaching staff. Therefore, understanding topics of interest and expanding shared networks are necessary to advance development research toward a unified effort. In this bibliometric study, our aim was to disseminate global research trends in the field of Early Childhood Education Management based on publication results, co-authorship between authors and country affiliations, and co-occurrence of author keywords. Using the Scopus database, a total of 181 journal articles were taken which were published between 2013 – 2023. The research results show that since 2016, the number of publications has continued to increase so that the accumulated number of articles published to date continues to increase. About 20% of total global publications are contributed by researchers from the United States, leading 30 other countries/regions. The dominant keywords are PAUD and teacher training. Research trends in early childhood education management over the last 10 years show a focus on initial teacher development and training, as well as improving the quality of education through classroom management, professional development, and human resource management.

The aim of the research is to improve fine motor skills through ronce activities at Cendrawasih Sukmajaya Early Childhood Education. The research was carried out with classroom actions carried out in two subject cycles for 10 students. The results of observations of initial abilities in the pre-cycle showed that there were 7 children whose fine motor skills had not yet developed (70%) and 3 children who were starting to develop them (30%). In cycle I, there were 6 children who started to develop (60%) and 4 children (40%) who developed according to expectations. Then in cycle II, 2 children (20% of children) developed according to expectations and 8 children (80%) developed very well. This means that there is an increase in students' fine motor skills in implementing classroom action research. This research was stopped until cycle II because it had met the success indicator criteria. Conclusion: meronce activities can improve and increase fine motor skills, namely being able to follow the size of color patterns and students' work.

Guidance and counseling for early childhood is an assistance effort carried out by teachers/supporters for early childhood so that children can grow and develop optimally and be able to overcome the problems they face. The research was carried out in a qualitative manner using a literature study approach. Research results: Through counseling, children are taught skills that enable them to become independent individuals, able to make decisions, and be responsible for their own actions. The main objective of providing guidance and counseling is to anticipate or take preventive action against the emergence of problematic behavior. Of course, prevention will be much easier than cure. This principle will also be applied in counseling guidance in the Early Childhood Education environment. In other words, preventing problem behavior in children is much easier than treating problem behavior in adults.
