Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menjabarkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi Damar di Kampung Patipi Pulau Kabupaten Fak-fak. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologi social, melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan tehnik analisis model alir dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian: Meriahnya Masjid pada malam Lailatul Qadar merupakan pembiasaan yang dilakukan masyarakat di Kampung Patipi Pulau dengan melakukan aktivitas keagamaan bersama, dengan kegembiraannya melalui berbuka puasa, pemberian sedekah, pawai obor, membaca Qur’an. Sedekah pada pengurus Masjid didasarkan kesukarelaan yang merupakan ketulusan serta pembiasan. Nilai-nilai kekerabatan yang tinggi mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat. Budaya dan agama menyatu menciptakan kebersamaan diantara warga, merupakan solidaritas yang dimunculkan masyarakat secara spontan dalam pelaksanaan tradisi. Rangkaian kegiatan dalam tradisi mengandung nilai pendidikan Islam seperti: Ketaqwaan, Amaliyah, Sedekah, al-ukhuwah, Khuluqiyah, al-Masuuliyyah, al-Munfiqun, serta silaturahmi. Pengurus Masjid melakukan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dengan keikhlasan, disebabkan mengurus Masjid adalah tugas mulia yang dilakukan turun temurun atau pewarisan. Masyarakat mempertahankan tradisi yang memiliki makna (keyakinan, pengetahuan serta kebiasaan), sebagai cara mengatur, menerima, berbagai tradisi yang dianggap baik serta mendasari pemahaman bersama dan mengembangkan interaksi dan tindakan lebih lanjut.

The success of an educational institution is the management that carried out by the headmaster as the highest leader in the institution. The headmaster as the manager has the authority to carry out supervision to improve teachers’ performance. The aim of this research is to find out the academic supervision program, supervision implementation, supervision techniques, follow-up supervision results, and inhibitory factors in the implementation of academic supervision by the headmaster of MI Darussalam Ciamis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by applying interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. The subject of this study is the headmaster and teachers of MI Darussalam, there are 20 participants. The results of this study are: 1) Academic supervision program is oriented towards teachers’ guidance to improve teachers’ performance through discussions with teachers; 2) The implementation of academic supervision has several stages, the first is the initial planning, the second is the implementation of observation, and the final stage is the learning process becomes effective; 3) The techniques used by the headmaster are individual techniques, group techniques and clinical supervision; 4) The follow-up of this supervision is the provision of assistance and guidance to teachers who are still having difficulty in carrying out their duties as teachers, improving teachers’ professionalism through teachers’ meeting activities and attending training; 5) The inhibition factor in the implementation of academic supervision is the low competence of some supervisors appointed due to lack of human resources.

Students consider Islamic religious lessons unimportant and difficult, so their learning motivation is low. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was class VII SMPN 38 Medan Marelan which amounted to 147 students. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 99 people. Data analysis technique using r product moment. The results showed that in the calculation of the r product moment, the value of the r count is 0.353. This means if the value of rxy 0.353 > r table 0.1646 then the first hypothesis is accepted. That is, there is an influence between the religious behaviors of parents on the motivation to learn PAI in seventh-grade students of SMPN 38 Medan Marelan. There is a positive and significant influence on parents’ religious behavior on students' obedience to worship. This can be seen from the results of the correlation calculation using r product moment, the value of r count is 0.400. Based on the r-value obtained, it is necessary to consult the product-moment correlation coefficient in the table with N = 99 both at a significant level of 5%, a value of 0.1646 is obtained, and at a significant level of 1%, a value of 0.2312 is obtained. This means if the value of rxy 0.400 > r table 0.1646 then the second hypothesis is accepted.

The religious environment was born from a family who understood the concept of Islamic Religious Education. The concept of Islamic Religious Education is formed according to human needs in life. The success of understanding Islamic Religious Education correctly will lead to the ability to manage and create a religious environment, a religious environment born from the family environment as the first place to explore abilities comfortably and safely. This study aims to determine the parents' understanding of Islamic religious education in shaping a religious environment. This research was conducted in 8 Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding Schools, carried out from January 5 to June 28, 2022. The method used was quantitative, with a sample of 223 people selected based on purposive sampling. Data retrieval is done by distributing a Google form questionnaire. The questions were developed in 7 items and validated through feed debriefing. Data were analyzed through basic percentages. The results showed that most parents understand Islamic Religious Education so as to create a religious environment. The implications of this research are expected to be a reference and consideration for parents, government and educational institutions in developing an understanding of Islamic Religious Education so as to form a family that is able to create religiosity in their lives.

This research was conducted with the aim of providing a clear picture of the philosophical and sociological basis for the existence of traditional pesantren in the midst of modernization, so that it can be illustrated with strong reasons to remain with the traditional pesantren. The method chosen in this study is a qualitative method. In terms of approach, this research utilizes a field research descriptiveThe action taken by the researcher was to go to the 'field' to make observations about Against Modernization: The Existence of Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools in North Padang Lawas Regency. The findings in this study. First, the philosophical basis for the existence of traditional pesantren in the midst of modernization is the advice of the clergy, parents and because the kyai wishes to produce cadres of scholars, the great glory of teaching knowledge, and the wish to preserve the understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. The first two sociological foundations are that the pesantren still receives assistance and enthusiasm from the community, such as assistance with dormitories, classrooms, the Koran, and sending their children to these traditional pesantren. Second, because many alumni have succeeded, such as teachers, lecturers, DPR, DPRD and DPRI. The three traditional Islamic boarding schools in North Padang Lawas Regency still receive support from both the regional and central governments such as BOS funds, classrooms, multilevel dormitories and several other things. From this, the researcher concludes that traditional Islamic boarding schools will still be able to survive as they are typical in this modern era, if the traditional Islamic boarding school clerics have the right guidelines in developing their traditional Islamic boarding schools. So that the good aim is to prove to the public its ability to produce quality generations and be able to compete can be trusted by the wider community.

This study focuses on the study of organizational activities with learning motivation moderated by self-adjustment variables. This study looked at the resulting influence between organizational activities and motivation to learn, then looked at the two variables mediated by self-adjustment. The perspective that students who are active in organizations are considered to have difficulty in maintaining their learning motivation, an analysis is carried out to see the influence that arises from this variable. The sample for this research was taken as many as 254 students from PTKIN in North Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative research approach with simple random sampling technique, respondent data is collected by filling out via google form and then the data is analyzed by mediation analysis and data analysis calculations assisted by JASP software, the validity test of the research scale is carried out by Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The prerequisite test was carried out with the results meeting the criteria, then a mediation analysis was carried out and the results of the analysis showed that self-adjustment was proven to be a mediating variable that connected organizational activity variables with learning motivation by 30.3% and there was a partial mediation effect and there were direct effects and indirect effects between these variables.

Jama'ah Tabligh is a da'wah movement that seeks to invite Muslims to return to the pure practice of Islam, with the main goal of awakening the spiritual soul in every Muslim, both personally and in social life. The Da'wah of the Jama'ah Tabligh has entered all lines, including educational institutions, therefore this article aims to explore the concept of Islamic education in the Jama'ah Tabligh group?. For this reason, the author has conducted field research with data collection techniques of participant observation, qualitative interviews, and documentation. The results of this study were found: the purpose of Islamic education in the Jama'ah Tabligh is to make a person more pious to Allah SWT, and the indicator of piety is being close to the mosque and carrying out the sunnahs of the Prophet Muhammad, and to achieve this goal one must go through the process of khuruj fii sabiilillah, and in these khuruj activities there are several programs, namely: bayan, muzakarah, deliberation, ta'lim, and jaulah. Beragam metode pendidikan yang dicontohkan Nabi S.A.W. dari perilaku sosial Nabi S.A.W. terlebih kepada kepada anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas terkait metode Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. dalam mendidikan anak study hadits Sammillah wakul biyaminik (ucapkan Bismillah dan makan dengan tangan kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research) dengan menggunkan buku-buku dan literatur-literatur lainnya sebagai objek yang utama, sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi berupa catatan dan data deskriptif yang terdapat dalam teks yang diteliti. Penenelitan ini menghasilkan bebrapa hal mendidik anak; 1. Mendidik anak dapat dilakukan dimana dan kapan saja, serta dalam kondisi apa saja; 2. Mendidik dengan pendekatan; 3. mendidik dengan memberikan bimbingan, teguran, dan arahan; 4. memberikan contoh atau keteladanan dan serta memberikan tuntunan; 5. Mendidk dengan mahabbah cinta.
