This study was conducted to determine whether the price promotion precursors, brand image, product quality, and value obtained affect the satisfaction of millennial generation customers. And to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on trust, word of mouth, and repurchase intention. The contribution of this research is expected to add information at the theoretical or scientific level of marketing management and also to provide implications in marketing on business management. The study used a survey method as a data collection technique, and a questionnaire as an instrument and distributed both to the target population of the millennial generation between the ages of 17 to 39 years with the research area in Bekasi and focusing on samples who had bought street boba drinks. The sample used in the study amounted to 185 respondents, quantitative research with data processing methods used were Smartpls and SPSS. (1) price promotions, and brand image, do not affect millennial generation customer satisfaction in consuming them. (2) product quality has a positive but not significant effect, the value obtained has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) customer satisfaction with trust, word of mouth, and repurchase intention has a positive and significant effect

This research aims to analyze the effect of Exchange Rate, Inflation, Exports and Imports on Economic Growth in Austria in 2000–2020. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Exchange rate data, exports and imports were taken from the Worldbank (World Bank), Inflation data was taken from the IMF. The results showed that the exchange rate, inflation, exports and imports had no effect on economic growth in Austria. Likewise with a partial test of the exchange rate which has a positive effect on economic growth in Austria, inflation does not have a significant effect on economic growth, the level of exports does not have a significant effect on economic growth in this country, and imports have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. in GDP countries.

Paylater is a digital payment feature used on e-commerce that act like credit card, which allowed us to pay later, like its namesake. The motivation to buy goods among teenagers is very lacking because the current economic conditions are still unstable, so that the paylater feature can help encourage the motivation to buy goods in the community or teenagers do not make payments directly but gradually. The purpose of this study is to test how much the use of the paylater system encourages impulsive purchases so that people use the paylater feature as a payment medium. The method used is using quantitative methods, namely by using questionnaires distributed to respondents then collecting and analyzing data from respondents, as many as 289 respondents were involved in this research. By using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS AMOS software. This study found that interpersonal and External Factors had a large and positive effect on hedonic and utilitarian motivation, hedonic motivation had no significant effect on impulsive buying, while utilitarian motivation had a significant effect on impulsive buying, and an effective paylater was related to hedonic motivation and impulsive buying. The use of the Paylater feature can be a solution because it can encourage motivation in impulse purchases to meet needs without burdening their financial situation so that Paylater users still have a stable economy.

This study aims to analyze the strategy in building customer loyalty through Customer Relationship Marketing, product quality, and price with image as an intervening variable at Daeng Nakku Coffee Shop. The issues raised are whether CRM, product quality, price have a direct and indirect effect on image and loyalty? The population in this study were the customers or visitors of the Daeng Nakku coffee shop. The sample used was 95 samples with accidental sampling technique. Data collection method using survey method with research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis tools using Smart PLS. The results showed that the CRM variables, product quality, and price directly had a positive and significant effect on the image of the shop. Furthermore, the CRM variables, product quality, and price directly have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And the image variable can mediate the relationship between CRM, product quality, and price on customer loyalty.

Abstrak: Penulis memilih judul Supervisi Akademik Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan tujuannya yang pertama yaitu untuk mengetahui perencanaan program supervisi akademik di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan, yang kedua untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program supervise akademik di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan, dan yang terakhir yaitu untu mengetahui evaluasi program supervisi akademik di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif analitik yang mana diperoleh hasil pengamatan, wawancara, analisis dukumen, catatan lapangan dan tidak dibuat dalam bentuk angka. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan langsung melakukan wawancara dengan Kepala Madrasahnya. Dari hasil penelitian maka diperoleh bahwa 1) pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan dilaksanakan setiap sebulan sekali dan pelaksanaanya dilakukan secara bertahap pertama mengadakan musyawarah, kedua memeriksa kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran, ketiga kunjungan kelas dan terkhir adanya tindak lanjut atau evaluasi setelah supervisi dilakukan, 2) pelaksanaan supervisi di MTs Swasta Bina Tuna Medan Marelan menggunakan teknik kunjungan kelas, 3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan Kepala Madrasah MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah melalui penilaian pembelajaran dengan pemantauan hasil ujian para siswa dan diharapkan melalui evaluasi ini guru lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya.

This study aimed to explore principal leadership at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. This study employed a qualitative approach that was exploratory and naturalistic with the purpose of gaining an understanding of a phenomenon in its natural setting. Data collection was carried out by semi-structured in-depth interviews with six elementary school principals who were selected purposefully using certain criteria. The collected data were then analyzed qualitatively using grounded theory methods. The member check technique was applied to assure data credibility. The results showed that principal leadership at the beginning of Covid-19 pandemic crisis was more concerned with achieving health for the school community than academic achievement. Therefore, they provided flexibility to teachers in managing instructions, created safe communication channels among all the school members, directly monitored and evaluated online learning, empowered competent teachers to develop the ICT skills of their colleagues, and fostered collaboration with stakeholders.

Work engagement is important for teachers. Some factors that need to be considered by school management to improve work engagement are leadership practices and a climate of fairness in schools. This study aims to analyze how servant leadership and organizational justice practices affect the work engagement of permanent teachers at SMAK and SMKK in Cepu, Blora, and Rembang. Central Java. The research sample was 65 permanent teachers at SMAK and SMKK Cepu, Blora, and Rembang. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, and the results showed that (1) servant leadership positively and significantly influenced organizational justice with a coefficient value of 0.655; (2) organizational justice positively and significantly affects work engagement with a coefficient value of 0.608; (3) Servant leadership does not significantly affect work engagement with a coefficient value of 0.009. The findings suggest that principals can select servant leadership practices to increase work engagement and build organizational justice, which includes distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice.
