This study aims to examine the correlation between self-compassion and hope on teachers in inclusive schools. This study used quantitative method with cross-sectional design with correlational research type. The participants were 162 inclusive primary school teachers in Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor, who were recruited through nonprobability sampling technique that is convenience sampling. The adapted Adult Hope Scale (AHS) and Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) were used as instrument in this study. The findings show that there is a significant positive correlation between self-compassion and hope. This relationship can be caused by mental support, self-confidence, positive attitude, and the increase of competency perception based on self-compassion that may facilitate the individuals to have better hope.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of romantic relationship quality on subjective well-being moderated by jealousy on married adolescents. This study used quantitative method with the participants were 300 married adolescents aged 21 to 30 years old in Bandung. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling that is accidental sampling. The instrument used adaptation of Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE), The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), The Perceived Relationship Quality Component (PRQC), and The Interpersonal Jealousy Scale. The data analysis used simple and multiple regression. The results show that jealousy variable can statistically and significantly moderate the effect of romantic relationship quality on subjective well-being. The regression results of jealousy on different groups, that is high, medium, and low, lead to different results on its effect on subjective well-being.

This studi aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment on employees' well-being. This causality research involvig 721 respondents recruited using simple random sampling. Organizational commitment was measured using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) based on the concept from Meyer and Allen, while well-being was measured using instrument developed by Butler and Kern. The results show that affective and normative organizational commitment did not affected well-being, while continuance organizational commitment has a significant effect on well-being. Employees with affective-based organizational commitment show different behavior compared to continuance- and normative-based. This commitment made the employees choose to continue the job by considering how comfortable they work, which is related to their well-being.

This study aims to compare the views of adolescents with divorced and complete parents on marriage. Using comparative method, the view on marriage was measured by marital horizon with additional open questions on learned criteria from parents' marriage. Through convenience sampling, the participants recruited were 319 adolescents aged between 21 and 28 years old live in Bandung with condition of divorced parents and complete parents. The descriptive analysis and Mann Whitney test show that there are differences on prioritizing marriage and the ideal age to get married. However, there is no differences on ideal age differences in marriage and criteria that should be prepared before marriage. Also, this study found religious affiliation as a criterion that should be prepared marriage and it is what they learned from their parents' marriage.

The internet is an unavoidable necessity. There are positive and negative impacts of internet. One of the negative impacts is addiction. Reasons for someone become addicted to the internet including leisure boredom and religiosity. This study aims to determine whether leisure boredom and religiosity have an influence on the internet addiction in students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The research method used a quantitative causality design which is analyzed using multiple regression. The study was conducted on 265 students recruited using the accidental sampling method. The measurement uses three scales, the Leisure Boredom Scale, The Centrality of Religiosity Scale, then the Internet Addiction Test. The results showed that leisure boredom and religiosity had significant influence on internet addiction. Influence given is 5.3%. This finding indicates that leisure boredom and religiosity affect someone to become internet addicted by 5.3%, Meanwhile, 94.7% of other factors that influence addiction to the internet may still need further research.

This study aims to examine the role of hardiness in moderating the effect of job insecurity on job stress. The research method used is quantitative causality. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The total respondents in this study were 142 honorary teachers at public elementary schools in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire consisting of three measuring scales, namely The Job Insecurity scale, The Job Stress Scale (JSS), and The Occupational Hardiness Questionnaire (OHQ). The data analysis technique uses the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) test. The results showed that job insecurity had a significant effect on job stress and hardiness could not moderate the effect of job insecurity on job stress. This shows that hardiness does not significantly affect in reducing the effect in the relation of job insecurity toward job stress.

This study aims to investigate the role of descriptive norms and personality traits in predicting contraflow riding behavior among motorcyclists. A correlational study was conducted to 156 riders who have the active riding licenses, aged 17 to 51 years old. Participants was given validated scenarios to measure descriptive norm and the contraflow riding behavior, and the Indonesian adapted version of the Big Five self-report to measure extraversion and conscientiousness traits. The results show that descriptive norms have a significant role in predicting contraflow riding behavior. Age has also a significant role in predicting contraflow riding behavior. When the riders perceived that many riders perform contraflow behavior and the younger their age, they are more likely to perform the contraflow riding behavior. Based on this study, the policy makers should make a serious effort in developing the descriptive norms to reduce contraflow riding behavior, especially among young motorcyclists.

This study aims to explore the types of marital quality. A survey was distributed to 316 participants with the characteristics of having been married for at least five years and identified themselves as people of Yogyakarta, which were obtained purposively. The instrument used marital quality scale which was analyzed quantitatively using cluster analysis. Grouping using cluster analysis was based on indicators of marital quality, namely connectivity, passion, complementarity, mutual respect, mutual acceptance, sharing roles, carrying out the roles with responsibility, harmony, and happiness. The results of the analysis showed that there were three types of marital quality that is happy, functional, and survival type. The happy type is the best quality type that scores above the average population score for all indicators. The second, functional type, has a score below the first type, with variations for each indicator. The third type is the type with the lowest score compared to the other two types.

This study aims to test empirically the effect of the mind maps visual learning method on increasing the self-efficacy of learning mathematics in junior high school students. The research design used a quasi-experimental design with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were collected using a non-random purposive sampling technique with 22 students who had moderate to low self-efficacy scores. Data collection used the mathematics self-efficacy scale, and data analysis using repeated analysis of variance. The results showed that there was a difference in the average score of learning mathematics self-efficacy between pre-test and post-test. This finding may indicate that the mind maps visual learning method has a positive effect on increasing the self-efficacy of learning mathematics in junior high school students. The increase in the average self-efficacy score in the generalization dimension was 5.8 points, the level dimension was 4.5 points, and the strength dimension was 3.1 points.
