This article aims to elaborate the views Zaghlul Raghib Muhammad An-Najjar on the urgency of scientific interpretation of the Qur'an in order to preach the spread of Islam in the modern era. This becomes attractive because in the midst of the pro and contra of tafsir ilmy among the opinions of scholars and mufassir, . Al-Najjar seeks to corroborate the evidence of the urgency of scientific interpretation in his book "Tafsīr al-Âyāt al-Kauniyah Fī al-Qur'ān Al-Karīm" which provides amazing and accurate information about the nature of the universe and its phenomena in which applied science that has not reached the fact except after centuries of revelation of the Qur'an. The finding shows Zaghlul al-Najjar stated that the scientific interpretation has a great role to prove and to explain the side of scientific miracles of the Quran in the middle of modern society by not ruling out the perspective of classical interpretation tradition. Moreover. It contains modern scientific facts in discussing kauniyah verses as proof of the truth of the Qur'an as a holy book. Although, with the terms and limitations that need to be required an interpretation with a scientific approach in order to avoid unwanted mistakes.

This study focuses on analyzing the term of gulam and its derivation in the Qur’an. This is crucial term due to there are many definition used by the Qur’an that explaining about children. The purpose of this study was to find al-Qur’an cues about the relationship between parents and children. The research method employs library research by constructing Tafsir Al-Kabīr by Fakhruddin Al-Razi as the object of study. Starting with tracing all the terms of gulām in the Qur’an as a seminal concept, conducting language studies, determining the theme of the verse, mapping out the interpretations, and reviewing the result of studies, then formulating new concepts related to the issues being raised. This study reveals five formulations of parent-child relations : philosophical relations, theological relations, social relations, economic relations, and protection relations. The five relations are to describe the ideal relationship between parents and children in addition. It also generatesessential contributions to observers and authorities regarding children, such as the religious, educational, social, economic, legal, and child protection aspects.

Hijrah is defined as an integral part of a Muslim's devotion to Allah SWT as well as a representation of the form of faith. This study aimed to investigate the meaning of Hijrah viewed from Muharrir al-Wajiz interpretations by Ibn 'Atiyah. Hijrah is divided into hijrah hissiyyah and maknawiyah . Ibn 'Atiyah also discussed the meaning of hijrah in the interpretation. How is the interpretation of hijrah according Ibn Atiyah's perspective? From the studies conducted, the author concludes that Ibn 'Atiyah interprets hijrah by observing at the dzahir verse which usually uses gramatical studies, and A sbabun-nuzul without looking at the meaning of the sign or the mind. Hijrah in a Makiyyah letter means moving to Habasyah, the hijrah of prophets Ibrahim and Luth and other meanings that indicate the occurrence before the Prophet's migration to Medina. While the migration in the madaniyah letter, Ibn Atiyah has similarities with other commentators who interpret hijrah as Hissiyyah , He also interpret it as hijrah maknawiyah , its mean moving to Allah and His Messenger, by obeying and leaving what was forbidden by Him, even though the hijrah has stopped after Fathu Makkah, but maknawiyah hijrah is needed for everyone.

This research explains the characteristic model of rasm in copying Mushaf al-Qur'an Pesantren Tebuireng collection. The object of this research is Surat Yasin. This Research will try to see the use of rasm in copying based on the rules described by Imam al-Suyuti in his temple al-Itqan. This study concluded that the copying of the Mushaf al-Qur'an collection of Pondok Tebuireng used Imla'i form in hazf rules or remove letters. However, in other rules, the rule of rasm usmani part ziyadah, hamz, badl, al-Fasl wa al-Wasl, and qiraat were using the form of a rasm usmani.

The texts in the Holy Qur’an are global characteristic, to understand, it required many studies and new scientific approach in accordance with the development of human life. One of them was through the maqashid al-Qur’an . However ,there were some theologian who had different concept than other in appliying the maqashid al-Qur-an. One of them was Badi al-Zaman Sa’id al-Nursi through his creation Rasail al-Nur, when he was interpreted of surah al-Fatihah through this approach he could make different interpretation, and he had own uniqueness and characteristic. Therefore, the writer wants to analyze the concept of maqashid a;-Qur’an in the prespektive of Badi al-Zaman Said al-Nursi and the content of maqashid al-Qur’an in surah al-Fatihah in his creation Rasail al-Nur. Then, the writer used munasabat science approach for analysing the interpretation of Badi al-Zaman Sa’id Nursi about the content of maqashid al-Qur’an in surah al-Fatihah. Which that will produce of conclusion that maqashid al-Qur’an in surah al-Fatihah to be four objectives categorized as : al-Tauhid, al-Nubuwah, al-hashr, wa al-‘adâlah”. In meaning that the Holy Qur’an revealed with four main objectives such tauhidy, prophecy, day of resurrection and justice.

“Ahl al-kitâb” in some opinions of theologian was term for Jews and Christians. In some opinions of theologian, they had been polytheistic and infidel, because they had denied the apostolate of the prophet Muhammad PBUH and the Holy Qur’an. However, Muhammad Rasyid Ridha in the interpretation of al-Manar argued that they were not polytheists. With different views of interpretation about the faith from ahl al- al-kitâb, certainly that will give rise to have implication for social relations with muslims, especially in the slaugter dish, marriage, and a leader. This research was compiled with documentation data collection method. Data that had been obtained and then analyzed with an interpretation science approach. Therefore, in this research it can be concluded that the form of social life interaction from ahl al- al-kitâb with muslims that was slaughter, marriage and make them become leaders. Thus, Muhammad Rasyid Ridha in al-Mannâr argues that ahl al-kitâb were not polystheists, but the mean of polytheists was Arab polytheism, because they did not have aposthes and scripture as a guide. therefore in the case of eating slaughter and marrying women, ahl al-kitâb allowed. However, Rasyid Rida give a forbided and rejected them become a leader.

Al-Khilafah was often viewed as an authoritarian system of leadership, moreover, it was often seen to force the people to follow the decision of leaders. This was because many people did not understand the true meaning of the “Khilafah”. Furthermore, the theologian difference argument about the term of “khilafah”. This article intended to present the interpretated of “khilafah” term according to Theologian. It was according to Muhammad Rasyid Ridha in al-Mannar’s interpretation which had a different view on “khilafah” term, which was viewed by interpretation of The Qur’an based on social conditions. After being reviewed and described using descriptive analytical methods, it found that some important points about the “khilahah” according to Rashid Ridha. The “khilafah” is a system that concern to aspects of Islamic law aimed to human beneficial such prephet, it was also called “khilafah” who maintained peace. It was also to creatthe benefit for the world and hereafter.

It was according to Muhammad Rasyid Ridha in al-Mannar’s interpretation which had a different view on “khilafah” term, which was viewed by interpretation of The Qur’an based on social conditions. After being reviewed and described using descriptive analytical methods, it found that some important points about the “khilahah” according to Rashid Ridha. The “khilafah” is a system that concern to aspects of Islamic law aimed to human beneficial such prephet, it was also called “khilafah” who maintained peace. One of the unique stories in the al-Qur’an is the story of Adam as. Because in this story many things are mentioned disappear news that cannot be directly accepted by reason, Muhamad Abduh is one of the rationalist exegetical figures, he has a different thought of what is implied in the story of Adam, he saw that the story of Adam in Surat al-Baqarah verses 30-39 explained the flow of human life and human potential as a leader of this world. According to him, there were other creatures before Adam who lived on earth and Adam was not the first human. He also mentioned that the story of Adam as a symbolic story, it makes the story of Adam in the Koran not real. Based on that problems, the purpose of this study is to know the interpretation and opinion of Muhamad Abduh regarding human potential in Surat al-Baqoroh verses 30-39, this research used two methods. The first is descriptive method where the researcher will explain the explanation of the interpretation of Muhamad Abduh in Surat al-Baqoroh verses 30-39. The second is the analytical method where the researcher presented a little criticism about the interpretation of Muhamad Abduh then draws conclusions about Muhamad Abduh's interpretation of human potential in surat al -Baqarah verses 30-39.
