The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis management in the General Presidency for the affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, its management in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) and its challenges. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach is used, and the questionnaire used as a tool to obtain the primary data. It was directed to a random sample of workers in the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, where the researcher was able to obtain responses from (152) individuals. The study was concluded with several findings. The most prominent findings are that: the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque made great efforts to confront the Corona crisis through continuous and direct follow-up to the developments of the crisis, the results also showed that the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque played many positive roles with an effective impact to remedy the crisis, the presidency has also implemented the social distance system between worshipers in order to preserve the safety of worshipers and pilgrims, and the constant emphasis on wearing masks and sterilization on an ongoing basis. The results also revealed that there are major challenges, most of that are related to visitors to the Two Holy Mosques, whether they are pilgrims, or other worshippers, and the most prominent of these challenges are the pilgrims' lack of commitment to health requirements, neglect of awareness, poor health control and neglect of hygiene in places of residence, which increases the chances of the spread of infection among visitors, and non-compliance with health requirements. The study recommended the importance of intensifying awareness-raising efforts among visitors, and pilgrims about the need to adhere to all health directives and apply precautions to prevent the spread of infection, the study also recommended activating the role of members of the local community in both Makah and Al-Madinah in spreading health awareness among the gatherings of pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors, whether inside or outside the Two Holy Mosques, particularly in the places of residence, in order to achieve the desired goal of achieving health safety for all.

This research deals with the hidden costs in Saudi Corporations in terms of their presence and their impact on the performance. The first part of the research is a review of the literature related to hidden costs in general and the second part is an analysis of 100 questioners which were received from a sample of companies listed in the Tadawul stock market in Saudi Arabia. The Multiple regression method was used to analyze the questionnaires received from the companies. A set of results were reached: the hidden costs at all are existing in Saudi Corporations with a high average of both of Absence index (3.98), productivity index (3.81) and medium average for each of work turnover rate (3.66), poor quality (3.54) and work accidents index (3.52). A set of recommendations were suggested such as: applying the principle of penalties to reduce the phenomenon of absenteeism at work, giving material and moral rewards to disciplined workers who are not absent, improving working environment conditions, hiring qualified and trained workers from the beginning, respecting employees, being transparent and just in dealing with them, giving continuous training courses to them, , reducing overtime work hours and timing them to reduce injuries on the job, focusing on improving quality to increase the profits, considering hidden costs as one of the constituent elements of the comprehensive income statement, forming an allowance of estimated hidden costs doubtful in the financial statement position, standardizing the hidden costs and including them in the budgets of business organizations.

This study aims to identify the impact of Administrative Reinforcement on Creative Behavior in the presence of the mediating variable (organizational climate) during the Corona Pandemic period. The study population included faculty members at Zarqa University. (200) questionnaires were distributed to a convenient sample, 161 questionnaires were retrieved with a retrieval rate of (80.5%), and the number of valid questionnaires for the analysis was (122) (75.7%) of the retrieved questionnaires. The results of the study showed that Administrative Reinforcement has a positive impact and statistical significance on Creative Behavior, the mediating variable "Organizational Climate" has a medium impact in improving creative behavior, while it had no impact as a mediating variable between Administrative Reinforcement and Creative Behavior. One of the most important recommendations made by the study is the need for the institution to adopt the strengthening approach as a development plan in the field of training based on enhancing the strength points of university employees and integrating face-to-face education, if possible, with distance learning because of its ability to raise the quality of education and encourage creative behavior, with improvement in the success factors of distance learning to meet the current conditions, as an alternative plan for face-to-face education.

This study aimes to measure the impact of indirect taxes on the industrial sector that results in increasing prices of many economic activities, whether industrial or non-industrial in Jordanian economy by using Input-Output Model. The results show that by increasing Tax on production of one million (The state treasury receives one million dinars), it will lead to an increase in the value of the outputs of all sectors of the national economy by about 1.63 million dinars, but this increase is due to the increase in prices and not due to the increase in production quantities. The study also showed an increase in taxes on the products of one million on industrial sector (a million dinars in revenue for the state treasury), which will lead to an increase in the value of the outputs of all sectors of the national economy by about 1.57 million dinars. This is also due to the increase in prices and not by the increase in production quantities. The study also identified the most sensitive economic sectors due to the imposition more indirect taxes on the industrial sector. The study presented several recommendations, such as implementing studies on sectors other than industry, especially that high prices may negatively affect the competitiveness of economic sectors in foreign markets. This study is characterized by the application of the Input-Output Model in measuring the impact of taxes on prices rising in Jordan.

The study aimed to shed light the impact of entrepreneurship on the success of small and medium enterprises in Jeddah, to identify the extent to which entrepreneurs are aware of the dimensions of leadership (competitiveness, search for new opportunities, ability to innovate, desire for success, and self-confidence) for its role in the success of small and medium enterprises, and to recognize the impact of the challenges and difficulties facing entrepreneurship in supporting small and medium enterprises. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used to obtain the data of the analysis. While there was a simple random sample of 400 entrepreneurs, the results of the study showed that there is a positive impact of entrepreneurship on the success of small and medium enterprises, as this is represented in the common desire among the working pioneers to achieve the specified goals. The study results also showed that one of the most important challenges and difficulties facing entrepreneurship was the fear of failure, taking responsibility and the weak financial capabilities of young people, the lack of awareness of Saudi youth about the culture of entrepreneurship and their preference for government jobs over new entrepreneurship, in addition to the weak community awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship work, and that there are many indicators that support the availability of mechanisms that support the trend towards entrepreneurship and a high degree of interest from entrepreneurs. The study recommended that entrepreneurs should stay away from fear of failure, responsibility and poor financial capabilities for young people. It is also necessary and important to raise awareness among Saudi youth of the culture of entrepreneurship and urge them to new horizons through new entrepreneurship, for entrepreneurs to work to maintain the positive impact of entrepreneurship on the success of small and medium enterprises in Jeddah, the need for a common desire among the working pioneers to achieve the specific goals of their small and medium enterprises, the necessity for entrepreneurs to have the ability to respond to creativity in the surrounding environment, and the creativity of developing ways and methods of work.

The current study aimed to identify the criteria industrial companies follow when selecting insurance companies to purchase insurance services. The study employed the descriptive approach to achieve the study's objectives and answer its questions. Statistical analyses were used to analyze the data through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study population consisted of (150) factories in the Bethlehem Governorate, the possible sample (appropriate for the study) was used, and it consisted of (102) factories. The study also used the interview method to ensure that the selection criteria for companies in the questionnaire were in line with the practical reality. Four interviews were conducted with some managers who influence the purchase decision in industrial companies and managers from insurance companies. The study was concluded with several results. First. the most important criteria that affect the decision to choose the industrial companies for the insurance company when purchasing insurance services are the standards of the quality of insurance services, precisely the insurance company's credibility with compensation after the accident. Second, the price standards follow the critical quality standards, specifically the payment facilities standard. Third, the study indicates that the most important environmental factor for industrial companies is the standard of avoiding legal accountability with an arithmetic average (4.12), which suggests that industrial companies follow the laws. Finally, the religious factor has an arithmetic average of (3.27) and political conditions with an arithmetic average of (3.14) suggesting that these factors are less critical for industrial companies. The study recommends that insurance companies should keep improving the quality of insurance services they provide to industrial companies, especially the credibility of service performance. Also, insurance companies should be interested in offering payment facilities to industrial companies to encourage them to buy their services. Finally, the study recommends that industrial companies apply the selection criteria recommended by the study when choosing insurance companies to be able to select the appropriate insurance company.

This study aimed to identify the extent of the satisfaction of officials in the Central Hajj Committee with the level of services provided by the authorities concerned with Hajj and Umrah, and to reveal the most important mechanisms used by the Central Hajj Committee to measure the satisfaction of pilgrims and Umrah performers. It relied on the descriptive analytical approach using the questionnaire tool in collecting information. It was applied to an available sample of (112) officials of the Central Hajj Committee in all the parties that participate in the membership of the Central Hajj Committee. The results of the study indicated that the security services had the highest level of satisfaction with the rest of the services provided by the officials of the Central Hajj Committee by 85.3%, and that the departure services were the lowest in the level of satisfaction of the officials of the Central Hajj Committee for the rest of the services provided. It concluded that the electronic means of registration are the most important among the arrival and reception services, which facilitated visitors to the Kingdom in contrast to the traditional systems used previously. While the results of health services indicated the efficiency of hospitals in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in providing distinguished medical services to the pilgrims, it recommended the need to continue improving the level of all services provided to the pilgrims in a manner appropriate to the increase in numbers according to the 2030 vision of the Kingdom.

The current study dealt with the topic of tools to provide a distinct digital customer experience for B2C organizations in the age of uncertainty. The study aimed to identify the tools through which to provide a distinct digital customer experience. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to the study sample for the purpose of collecting data to test the study hypotheses. The current study focused on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample size was 550 individuals. Stepwise analysis was used to test the study's hypotheses. The study concluded that the most important tools for providing a distinct digital customer experience for B2C organizations in the age of uncertainty are the outstanding performance of the online store, the product’s value proving, and effective communication with customers. The case study contributes to enriching the knowledge side of the dimensions of the digital customer experience, which have not been adequately addressed by researchers. It will also contribute to informing those responsible for digital marketing in B2C organizations how to enhance the customer's digital experience in a way that they can maintain and increase their loyalty.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير التدريب عن بُعد على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي. انتهت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التدريب عن بُعد في تعزيز جودة التدريب وتخفيض تكاليفه، وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي، وقدرته على نقل المعارف والمهارات إلى بيئة العمل ضمن سياق التكيف مع واقع الأعمال الجديد، وكحل لتجاوز قيود الحالات والأزمات الطارئة. كما بينت النتائج تأثير الثقافة والبنية التنظيمية بشكل واضح على عملية النقل الإيجابي للمهارات المكتسبة إلى بيئة العمل. وبالمقابل، فإنه وعلى الرغم من المزايا المتعددة للتدريب عن بُعد، إلا أنه لا يزال يُنظر إليه على أنه أقل أهمية من التدريب الاعتيادي. ولا تزال بنية المحتوى التدريبي الإلكتروني تخضع لاجتهادات فردية ولم تصل بعد إلى المستوى المرجو خاصة في المنطقة العربية. وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات التي من بينها الدعوة إلى تعزيز ثقافة التدريب عن بُعد، من خلال جعل التّعلم المستمر جزءً أساسيًا من ثقافة العمل.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معرفة مدى استخدام الأجهزة الذكية في عمليات الحج والعمرة والزيارة، كما هدفت إلى توضيح المميزات التي يجب أن تحتويها التطبيقات التي تقدم للحجاج أو للمعتمرين أو الزائر أثناء التخطيط لأداء الحج أو العمرة أو الزيارة وما الأثر المتوقع لذلك في ظل جائحة كورونا، وقد استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع الموظفين العاملين بالهيئة العامة لشؤون الحرمين بالحرم المكي، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المجتمع بلغت العينة (145) من الموظفين العاملين بالهيئة العامة لشؤون الحرمين بالحرم المكي، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن غالبية أفراد عينة الدراسة يوافقون بدرجة عالية على مدى استخدام الأجهزة الذكية في عمليات الحج والعمرة والزيارة ، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أغلب الزوار والمعتمرين للحرمين الشريفين يستخدمون تطبيقات (اعتمرنا، فتاوي الحج، مناسكنا) بدرجة كبيرة ما يسهل عملية تنظيم العمرة والزيارة في ظل جائحة كورونا، كما أظهرت النتائج أن غالبية أفراد عينة الدراسة يوافقون بدرجة عالية جدًا على إيجابيات استخدام تطبيقات الهاتف الذكية لإصدار تصاريح الحج والعمرة والزيارة وأثرها في الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على حل المشكلات التقنية أثناء استخدام تطبيقات الحج والعمرة والزيارة، كما أوصت بتوعية ضيوف الرحمن ومكاتب التفويج بأهمية تحميل هذه التطبيقات لتيسير عملية الحج والعمرة والزيارة، وأوصت الدراسة بالإكثار من إنتاج الرسائل الإرشادية التوعوية المختلفة عن الحج والعمرة والزيارة والأزمات من خلال البرامج التطبيقية المتخصصة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
