INTERPRETATION OF THE IMAGE OF GARDEN IN THE COLLECTION OF POEMS “EMBARCATION FOR CYTHERA” BY GEORGY IVANOV (1911) 对格奥尔基·伊万诺夫(1911)诗集《为塞西拉登船》中园林意象的解读

The article describes the interpretation of the image of garden, presented in the first collection of poems “Embarcation for Cythera” by Georgy Ivanov. It is proved that in the context of this artistic unity, the garden archetype is a cross-cutting symbol and acts as one of its axiological dominants. It is shown that the semantics and poetics of Georgy Ivanov’s image of a garden is very multifaceted and is motivated by the author’s dialogue with the literary and mythological ancient tradition, refracted through the influence on the poet of the works by Antoine Watteau, Konstantin Somov, Alexandre Benoîs, Paul-Marie Verlaine, Innokenty Annensky, Mikhail Kuzmin, Igor Severyanin, Fyodor Sologub. The article notes that the structure of the image of the garden, created in the debut collection of Georgy Ivanov, includes both the archetype of the Water, inherited from East Slavic mythology, and the apocalyptic symbol of the “bloody moon”. For the semantic filling of the image of garden the motif of languor (tenderness), often found in the lyrics of poets of the turn of the century (I.Annensky, F.Sologub, M.Kuzmin, Nikolai Gumilyov), is of great importance. The semantic evolution of the garden archetype represents the idea of the path, which is significant for the examined poet, which is key for the artistic consciousness of not only the authors of the Fin de Siècle, but also for Russian literature as a whole. Getting used to the time and space of different and at the same time somewhat similar “gardens”, Georgy Ivanov outlines the vector of his own creative development, predicts the movement towards the collection “Gardens”. He outlines the concept of “wanderings” through different mythologies and cultures, which is relevant both for the aesthetics of Russian symbolists and acmeists.

Correspondence between Leo Tolstoy and Nikolay Nekrasov: on the correspondents’ first and significant misunderstanding 列夫·托尔斯泰与尼古拉·涅克拉索夫的通信:关于通信者的第一个重大误解

The article deals with the correspondence of Leo Tolstoy and Nikolay Nekrasov with special attention paid to the first arguments and misunderstandings that had arisen between the correspondents mainly due to the difference in their literary experience, and attitude to the publishing process. Consistently analysing the messages of Leo Tolstoy and Nikolay Nekrasov, that had been written by them even before they met personally, the author of the article states that, despite the recognition of the of the new young magazine author’s talent, the editor-in-chief at first treated him not only quite calmly, but allowed himself too easy and somewhat indifferent attitude. The precedent of Nikolay Nekrasov’s inattention is the fact that for a long time the issue of the magazine with his first work was not sent to Leo Tolstoy. The article discusses the correspondents’ misunderstanding associated with possible reductions, changes and additions made not only by the editors of the journal, but also by the censors.

Fake nature of information: on the question of the limits of the competence of expert linguist 信息的假性:论语言学家的能力界限问题

The introduction of legal novelties related to the dissemination of false (fake) information raises the question of the role of an expert linguist in such cases, since we are talking about speech offences. Based on the methodological materials of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, as well as on her own expert practice, the author of the article determines the limits of the competence of an expert linguist, but at the same time demonstrates the possibility of expanding them communicatively and legally. Purpose is to determine the limits of competence of an expert linguist in cases related to the dissemination of false (fake) information, to point out the communicatively and legally justified possibility of their expansion. Methods include empirical methods of description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. Results: 1) the limits of competence of an expert-linguist in cases related to the dissemination of false (fake) information are determined; 2) possibilities for expanding the limits of the competence of an expert linguist demonstrated communicative and legal justification.

Stages of formation of legislation on notary activity in Russia 俄罗斯公证活动立法的形成阶段

The article examines the process of origin and development of notary activity in the Russian state in pre-revolutionary and Soviet times. The authors analysed the normative legal acts regulating notary activity at different stages of its formation. It is noted that the rise of the notary was due to the development of civil law relations in the Russian state. The analysis of the sources of legal regulation made it possible to carry out the notarial activity legislation formation periodisation. The authors identified ten stages of its formation – from the publication of the first acts reflecting the emergence of certain prerequisites for the emergence of a notary, to the adoption of acts that accompanied its establishment and intensive development. The authors point to the instability of the legal regulation of notary activity in the Soviet era – repeatedly, periods of improvement of the institute of notary were replaced by its regressive transformations. The paper notes that the Soviet government did repeatedly attempt to liquidate the institute of notaries; however, the notarial activity development historical analysis led to the conclusion that the normal functioning of civil law turnover is impossible without notary bodies, thus the need for the development of notaries at the present stage is indicated.

Understanding the legality of nuclear facility shelling in contemporary legal scholarship 当代法学界对核设施炮击合法性的认识

The potential for shelling and attacking nuclear power plants for the first time became an extremely dangerous reality in 2022. What is the purpose of this article, is legal-theoretical analysis of nuclear power plants shelling that would be state-sanctioned and unequivocally threaten world peace and global security, as well as the state and society; it is an analysis based on an interpretation of the sources of positive law. The threats of nuclear catastrophe, which may result from warfare and terrorist acts, loom over the state, society and the planet's radiation balance, creating the potential for environmental damage. At a time of escalating global confrontation with Russia, deepening the legal content of counter-nuclear terrorism to theorise and develop state-legal restrictive measures to legally limit military activities at nuclear power plants or in their immediate vicinity is relevant because of the danger of releasing destructive nuclear forces, radioactive contamination of people and territorial pollution. Developing legal norms that would limit military and subversive-terrorist activities of certain states in relation to nuclear facilities at the international and national levels would minimise threats to nuclear and radiation safety.

This article analyses the poems dedicated to spring, summer, autumn, winter. The study of seasonal lyrics by Konstantin Sluchevsky reveals the connection of the lyrical hero of his works with the emotional state and philosophical reflections of the “timelessnessˮ era human. The author of the article reveals both traditional and innovative approaches to creating landscape lyrics, analyses “cross-cutting motifs”, eternal themes, mythopoetic images of “river”, “water”, “sun”, “earth”, “world of treesˮ. The study draws attention to the specific style of the poet – the complicated construction of metaphors, the use of sound writing, the personification of natural phenomena, endowing traditional poetic images with non-traditional properties. The author of the article proves that the cycle “About Natureˮ can be considered as a reflection of Sluchevsky’s philosophical position, who perceives life in all its versatility and completeness. The poet reflects the tragic perception of the earthly existence of human and the inevitability of death in many works. At the same time, his works contain both the motif of resignation to the inevitability of suffering and readiness to calmly accept them, as well as a romantic aspiration to other “happy”, but “foreign” worlds, an understanding of death as a possible liberation of a person from the shackles of tragic earthly existence.

The study of seasonal lyrics by Konstantin Sluchevsky reveals the connection of the lyrical hero of his works with the emotional state and philosophical reflections of the “timelessnessˮ era human. The author of the article reveals both traditional and innovative approaches to creating landscape lyrics, analyses “cross-cutting motifs”, eternal themes, mythopoetic images of “river”, “water”, “sun”, “earth”, “world of treesˮ. The study draws attention to the specific style of the poet – the complicated construction of metaphors, the use of sound writing, the personification of natural phenomena, endowing traditional poetic images with non-traditional properties. The author of the article proves that the cycle “About Natureˮ can be considered as a reflection of Sluchevsky’s philosophical position, who perceives life in all its versatility and completeness. The poet reflects the tragic perception of the earthly existence of human and the inevitability of death in many works. Problems of fate and free will in Hauptmann's “Iphigenia in Delphi” drama 豪普特曼戏剧《德尔斐的伊菲盖涅亚》中的命运与自由意志问题

The article is devoted to the problem of Gerhart Johann Robert Hauptmann’s interpretation of his own views concerning the problem of fate and freewill, which sheds light on the general problem of modern, connected with the eternal process of creative personality, formation. The objectives of the work correspond to this: to substantiate the leading role of anthropological patterns in the Art Nouveau era, to reveal the dynamics of G.Hauptmann’s formation on the basis of commenting his theoretical and artistic works, to reflect in this respect the overcoming of fate and gaining freedom by the heroine of the late drama “Iphigenia in Delphi”. In the course of the analysis, it was revealed that in his later work, G.Hauptmann retains the same views on the fatal predetermination deprived of real being, and he switches to the sphere of feelings. In this case, special attention is paid to the author’s revision of the romantic concept, in which the idea of immortality, transcend the borders of the visible world, became the main one for the said writer. It is from these positions that Iphigenia’s image is revealed. Seeking self-understanding and identity, she renounces the Olympian world, in which sacrifice and fear of gods is the norm, and she voluntarily returns to Hecate’s Palace, as it is in them that a new immortal existence takes place. The conclusion is made about the birth of a new personality through the conception of one’s own existence, the rejection of dogmatic conceptions from the power of the doom makes the individual free, strong and unbroken by anything or anybody.

On the issue of the use of information systems in the activities of the prosecutor 关于在检察官活动中使用信息系统的问题

At the present stage, the digitalisation of public relations is actively introduced into all spheres of society, which leads to qualitative changes. The basis of this process is the formation and dissemination of new models of work, including in the activities of the prosecutor's office. An employee of the prosecutor's office, as a subject of state power, in its professional activities cannot remain aloof from the system of modern technologies using which, the prosecutor is able to skillfully implement the powers granted to it in practice, achieve effective results in ensuring the rule of law, protecting human rights and freedoms and citizen, the legitimate interests of society and the state, excluding a formal approach to achieve these goals. The article considers the issue of using information systems in the activities of the prosecutor's office, namely the state automated system of legal statistics (hereinafter referred to as GAS PS), the transition to electronic document management. The current problematic aspects of the opportunities provided by the GAS PS as a tool for non-supervisory activities of the prosecutor's office are named, and specific proposals for their solution are given. The author concluded that the issues of optimising approaches to the use of the GAS PS in prosecutorial activities are topical, which can qualitatively increase the efficiency of fulfilling the tasks and achieving the goals of the prosecutor's office, arising from the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and enshrined in the relating Federal Law of the Russian Federation.

The contribution of Priest Pavel Florensky to the idea of the renewal of the Church as a historical perspective 帕维尔·弗洛伦斯基神父从历史角度对教会复兴的贡献

At the beginning of the twentieth century in the midst of the Russian Orthodox Church, a movement was most clearly manifested, which set the goal of renewal at all levels of church life. On the one hand, public discussion and the idea of renewal of the Church took shape as a movement towards the return of the canonical church system, which was subsequently embodied in the holding of the Local Council of the Russian Church in 1917–1918, on the other hand, especially among the intelligentsia – “new religious thinking”. According to the conclusions obtained as a result of the analysis of the work of the priest Pavel Florensky, we can assert that by taking the dignity and participating in the philosophical and religious understanding of the church heritage through modern scientific philosophical analysis, through positivism and neo-Kantianism, he paved the way for the return of intellectuals to the “thinking and spiritualized Church”. On the basis of the research material, the author proves that the “thinking” Church has become an authority for many neophytes who came or returned to it in Soviet times.
