An educational institution does not only produce graduates but also concrete results as masterpieces. The masterpieces can be solution products or services to be used by communities or industries in improving people's quality of life. Due to lack of media that allows it to be accessed, so that the masterpieces are not fully known and able to be used by public. This research aims to produce a gallery portal web as a media for documenting and displaying students' and lecturers' masterpieces to be accessed online and used by public. Result of this research is a gallery portal web that allows people to see, try, and even use the masterpieces that have been produced by students and lecturers. The web is also can be used as students' and lecturers' promotion (e-portfolio), and improve global branding and recognition of the educational institution.

Hospital Information System (HIS) has become an important part of every healthcare institution in providing high quality clinical care and efficient daily operation. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the quality of HIS in a private multi-specialty hospital in Indonesia as the mean to recommend possible actions for the management and IT department in the effort of achieving continuous improvements. The approach involves integrating SERVQUAL method, Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for measuring HIS quality attributes that are adopted from DeLone & McLean IS Success Model dimensions from the users' perspective. This research shows the low user satisfaction level towards the current HIS quality, and then the attributes required for betterment are subsequently identified. As the final outcome, the House of Quality is successfully constructed in order to propose systematic and measured improvement priorities that the hospital should perform to fulfill the users' needs and desires of a high quality HIS.

Online learning is one of alternative to improve quality of teaching and learning process in higher education between lecturer and the students, esspecially for the working people with time and place as obstacles for them to continue their education to a higher level. One of the success factor in e-learning is good web usability. With the increasing number of users of e-learning and the importance of user satisfaction, it is necessary to evaluate e-learning web usability. This research discussed the usability of online learning in higher Education, especially Binus University. The purpose of this research is evaluating e-learning web usability by using USE questionnaire to survey e-learning perception from the users that can improve the quality of e-learning. The data collected during this research are using questionnaires with total 37 respondents which are online learning students. The USE Questionnaire based on several criterias, as Usefulness, Satisfaction, Ease of Learning and Ease of Use, then evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data. The final results of this study conclude that Binus Online Learning still need improvement on ease of use and satisfaction categories so as to provide better usability to the users.

This paper studies explores web search behavior among procurement officers based on their profile in playing online game. By understanding how people search, companies will better target their market through better suited contents in blogs, websites and social media. The study was conducted using in-depth interview and observation. The data was collected using purposive sampling method, then analyzed using content analysis. The research concluded 1) a segmentation based on their behaviour in playing online games (gamers segmentation); 2) search behaviour patterns based on the gamers segmentations.

Examining data for similar items is one of the fundamental data-mining problems. Application of methods for similarity search could be useful for plagiarism or near-duplicate web page detection. The computerized methods developed during last years are mainly focused on English language. However, Slovak language has several specific attributes and using these methods may not be precise enough. Our objective of this research paper is to develop a Proof-of-Concept for document similarity estimation process devoted to Slovak Language. The complexity of Slovak language gives us an opportunity to analyze and adjust the methods parameters and thus achieve higher accuracy. Text mining process suggested in this article utilizes stop words list and shingles to accurately measure documents similarity. Results are further validated using date constraint.
