Penggunaan kamus istilah amat penting untuk memahami displin sesuatau ilmu sama ada di dalam bidang perundangan, sains dan teknologi begitu juga di dalam bidang pengajian ilmu Islam seperti tatabahasa Arab, ilmu Hadis, Fiqh dan sebagainya. Justru, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menonjolkan keistimewaan Kamus Istilah Hadis Kamus Istilah Hadis yang telah dikarang oleh Syed Abdul Majid Ghouri dan diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Melayu oleh Institut Kajian Hadis dan Akidah (INHAD), KUIS. Kajian ini berbentuk analisis dokumen ke atas Kamus Istilah Hadis dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian mendapati Kamus Istilah Hadis ini sangat mudah untuk digunakan, sangat membantu bagi memahami istilah-istilah hadis kerana ia di terjemahkan dengan Bahasa Melayu yang mudah dan menepati makna istilah hadis. Ia sesuai untuk dirujuk oleh para ahli akademik, pelajar dan juga orang awam bagi mendapatkan makna istilah hadis yang tepat. Kamus ini juga mempunyai 14 metode penyusunan seperti yang digariskan oleh pengarang serta empat ciri-ciri istimewa sebagaimana yang ditemui oleh kajian. .

This article presents the findings of a systematic literature review (SLR) on the topic of hadith authentication from publications indexed by Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) from year 2000 until 2021. The selection of literature was done by searching for articles related to hadith authentication which initially collected 107 articles. This number the was reduced to 37 only after the screening process eliminating duplicate studies and those that did not pertain to the theme of this study. The research is carried out in three stages: the first is planning, the second is carrying out the analysis, and the third is reporting the findings. A systematic literature review on this issue is highly intriguing, and it is essential to do so in order to provide a comprehensive overview of the topic and to identify its deficiencies so that it may be improved by other researchers.

Al-Athbat wa al-masanid (AWM) merupakan kumpulan karya penting yang merekodkan salasilah sanad keilmuan Islam berteraskan kitab-kitab turath dalam pelbagai bidang termasuk hadis. Pengkaryaan ini muncul hasil implementasi daripada pengaruh periwayatan salasilah sanad yang masih diaplikasikan oleh ilmuwan Islam setiap kurun sehingga kini. Dampak ketara kelansungan kegiatan ini dipertahankan adalah demi pengekalan kesinambungan sanad kepada Rasulullah SAW berwasilahkan pengarang kitab turath hadis terutamanya. Namun dalam konteks Nusantara, jaringan salasilah sanad kitab-kitab turath hadis yang terkandung dalam kumpulan karya ini amat jarang diterokai. Sedangkan ia mustahak dikenal pasti membabitkan pembuktian empirikal kelangsungan ilmu periwayatan hadis berdasarkan penglibatan ilmuwan nusantara terbabit. Justeru kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis salasilah sanad kitab turath hadis yang terkandung dalam Ghayah al-Rusukh fi Mu‘jam al-Shuyukh karya al-Musnid Syeikh Muhammad Husni Ginting al-Langkati (1980-2020M). Data kajian dikumpulkan berasaskan metode analisis dokumen dan temu bual mendalam terhadap pengarang (partisipan). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Perbincangan melibatkan profil pengarang, profil karya, analisis salasilah sanad kitab turath hadis dan faktor kelangsungan karya. Kajian merumuskan bahawa karya ini merupakan karya thabat terpenting Nusantara pada masa mutakhir. Rentetan isi kandungannya yang merekodkan sanad keilmuan berteraskan 12 buah kitab turath hadis berlatarkan pelbagai kesinambungan rantaian bersumberkan daripada 165 orang guru ijazah yang terdiri daripada timur dan barat dunia Islam. Jarang-jarang pengamal sanad nusantara mutakhir berusaha untuk memperbanyakkan guru ijazah dalam jumlah ratusan orang. Guru-guru tersebut pula merupakan tokoh al-musnid abad ini yang sukar dicari ganti. Justeru salasilah keilmuan yang bersambung menerusi para tokoh terbabit adalah memiliki harga yang tinggi dalam konteks riwayat dan sanad ilmu-ilmu agama khususnya ilmu hadis.

Baḥr al-Mādhī boleh dianggap sebagai salah satu karya agung Melayu Islam yang ditulis oleh Syeikh al-Marbawi (1896-1989) dan telah diterbitkan pada awal abad ke-20. Hadis yang terkandung dalam kitab ini merangkumi pelbagai aspek termasuklah isu yang berkaitan dengan wanita. Kajian mengenai wanita masih relevan untuk dibincangkan sehingga kini, apatah lagi ia telah dibahaskan berkurun lamanya melalui kitab jawi sama ada secara langsung mahuun tidak langsung. Justeru, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hadis-hadis berkaitan wanita yang terkandung di dalam Baḥr al-Mādhī serta mengkaji interpretasi penulis terhadap hadis-hadis tersebut. Kajian ini juga meneliti konsep emansipasi wanita melalui hadis Nabawi kerana sejarah telah mencatatkan bahawa kedatangan Islam membawa perubahan yang positif dalam mempertahankan hak-hak wanita. Sebagai kajian kualitatif, metod yang digunakan adalah tematik analisis dan analisis kandungan bagi mengumpul data serta menganalisis hadis berkaitan wanita. Dalam Baḥr al-Mādhī, al-Marbawi telah mensyarahkan 2783 hadis yang membincangkan pelbagai isu dan masalah, namun kajian ini hanya memfokuskan kepada 30 hadis berkaitan wanita dengan melihat smeula status dan intipati kandungan hadis berdasakan tema yang terpilih. Hasil kajian menemukan bahawa penulis memberi sumbangan dalam memperkasa dan menyokong hak-hak wanita sama ada secara halus mahupun jelas dengan menjadikan Islam, iman, dan ihsan sebagai asas pembangunan insan.

Hadith scholars have utilised a variety of approaches to determine the status al-jarh wa al-ta‘dil of a hadith narrator. One of these is by analysing the style of hadith narration he used. As a result, the occurrence of al-tafarrud narration is one of the types of hadith narration that influences the judgement of a narrator’s status of al-jarh wa al-ta‘dil. However, the impact of this part does not appear to have been discussed in contemporary hadith scholarly discussions. Even, the presence of this element is sometimes thought to have no influence on the narrator’s status or the narration itself. Therefore, this article will emphasise the impact of al-tafarrud factors in determining the credibility of hadith narrators. In order to achieve these objectives, a qualitative study was conducted to procure the data through library research. The data was then analyzed based on deductive methods. The study's results demonstrated that the frequency of the narrator's narrative, whether it be al-muwafaqah, al-mukhalafah, or al-tafarrud, is what determines the level of al-dabt of the narrator. The study also found that the rating of hadith scholars is influenced by how frequently an individual uses al-tafarrud in his or her narration. The terms commonly used for narrators who narrate hadith in al-tafarrud are such as munkar al-hadith, matruk al-hadith, la yutaba ‘alayh and la yahttaju bih idha infarada.

This study aims to describe the tradition of Quranic Khataman in the graveyard preserved by the people of North Padang Lawas. This research uses a qualitative type with a living hadith approach. This research shows that this tradition is a public reception to the hadith relating to the remains of the pilgrims leaving the burial area as well as the reward and prayers from a righteous child to both parents. There are several hadiths that form the basis of theological references to the implementation of the Quranic khatam tradition. First, the narration of Bukhari's (1252) and (1338). Second, the narration of Muslims (3084) and (1631). There are several important questions that are the focus of research. First, what is the urgency and procedure for carrying out the Khataman Al-Qur'an tradition? Second, how the Study of Living Hadith plays a role in the tradition of khataman al-Qur'an over the grave. The results of this study found the conclusion that the tradition of quranic khatam above the graveyard is the reflection of the understanding of the hadith. and the procedures for its implementation are adapted to the guidance of local clerics and religious leaders.

Differences of opinion among the scholars, one of which is Muhammad Al-Ghazali in his control of Sunday hadiths and statements related to Sunday hadiths, should not be relied upon in matters of faith because they are not qat'iyyah al thubut, which raises many doubts, so their validity needs to be studied. This study discusses the blasphemy of ahad hadith from Al-Ghazali's perspective. This research is included in the category of qualitative research that utilizes literature study techniques. Document data comes from library documents, both primary and secondary. This study is expected to be able to provide answers regarding the blasphemy of Sunday hadith against Islamic teachings from the perspective of Muhammad Al-Ghazali. The results of this study show that Al-Ghazali expressed his rejection of the blasphemy of ahad hadith in matters of faith. First, the ahad hadith, even though the sanad is valid, is unable to convey faith and truth but is in the form of assumptions or conjectures. Second, when it comes to the principle of faith, of course everything must be based on strong evidence, not speculation

Islamic religious traditions in Indonesia carried out by a group of muslim communities ideally have legitimacy from valid legal sources. Interestingly, most of them do not fully understand this source but they believe in its benefits, as is the tradition of reciting Surah al-Waqi'ah which is carried out routinely at Pesantren Tebuireng which is believed to bring property based on a hadith. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this research examines the level of understanding and trust of the students towards the activities carried out and the hadith behind based on the theory of living hadith studies. In addition, the test employs Bloom's taxonomy theory as an approach to evaluate activities based on a questionnaire. The goal, this research can provide a clear statistical description of the related problems. As a result, the students on average already have strong beliefs in terms of their affective and psychomotor aspects. However, in the cognitive aspect, it still needs to be improved so that later the tradition and the legal sources behind them can be properly integrated

The book of tafsir and hadith contains many lessons and wisdoms, one of them is to provide solutions to every human problem, especially today's problems such as sexual violence. This article will try to criticize how and what sexual violence is seen from the book of tafsir and hadith. This article is a qualitative research, with a critical perspective. The primary data source used is the book of tafsir, namely ibnu katsir, by examining QS.Yusuf verse 23 and examining the hadiths that talk about sexual violence in the Book of Hadith. Secondary data sources are writings in journal articles, books and the web. This article applies the fragmentation of the story in QS.Yusus verse 23 to find forms of sexual violence in the book of tafsir and hadith. At the end of this research, it is found that there is a form of sexual abuse within the framework of sexual violence obtained from examining QS. yusuf verse 23 and hadith about the prohibition of sexual violence. The theoretical implication of this article is the redefinition of the form of sexual violence in the books of interpretation and hadith.

Abstract This article discusses the importance of religious moderation in relation to the many cases of religious intolerance in Indonesia. In general, religious intolerance is caused by an excessive or exclusive attitude in religion. The concept of religious moderation in Indonesia refers to the Wasathiyyah Islamic Values (NISWA). These values include; Tasamuh (tolerance), Tawassuth (taking the middle way), Tawazun (balanced), I'tidal (straight and firm), Aulawiyyah (putting first or priority), Musawah (egalitarian), Shura (deliberation), Qudwatiyyah (pioneering), Muwathanah (nationalism), Ishlah (constructive), Ibtikar (innovative, creative), tathawwur (dynamic), and tahadlur (public civility). Washatiyyah Islamic values are implications of the teachings of "Rahmatan lil'alamin". For the implementation of washatiyyah Islamic values in the concept of religious moderation, it is important to collaborate with religious sociologists. This is because the perspective of the sociology of religion can help to provide an understanding of religious phenomena, especially the sociology of religion at this time has confirmed the vision of openness and broad-mindedness vision. Religious moderation (Islam washatiyyah) is the key to realizing a ssociety that is not extreme in religion and able to respect, understand, tolerate each other to create a peaceful and harmonious life among religious communities in Indonesia.The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach and perspective. sociology of religion.
