Dehumanization of Women by Da'iyah (Media Contest in Religious Lectures) 达伊耶对女性的非人化(宗教讲座媒体竞赛)

The dehumanization of women in the religious framework in the media is in the form of defining women as "free" human beings. The narrative is strongly framed because it is socialized by the da'i (male) and the da'iyah. There have not been many studies that have paid attention to the substance of religion, how the da'iyah (women preachers) are actively and massively involved in delivering their da'wah material which translates women, not as creatures that need to be humanized based on religious doctrine through the lectures of three da'iyah Mamah Dedeh (Dedeh Rosdiana); dr. Aisyah Dahlan and Dr. Oki Setiana Dewi through the youtube channel in six contents. Three questions were posed: (1) How are (religious) values ​​regarding the dehumanization of women presented in religious lectures in the media; (2) How is the role of da'iyah in influencing the dehumanization of women; (3) How is the media contestation in religious lectures that do not humanize women. Misinterpretations in the form of dehumanization of women by the da'iyah are generally caused by a literal, partial, and superficial reading of religious doctrines. Therefore, although it is realized that the ideology of the media is never in line with religious values ​​that are humanist and full of moral messages, religious lectures in the media need to be studied carefully, so that religious messages that are "more humane for women" through the media are not denied.

Training Discipline of Students in The Manakib Reading Tradition at Nurul Qur'an Pakunden Islamic Boarding School Ponorogo 波诺罗戈努尔古兰经Pakunden伊斯兰寄宿学校Manakib阅读传统学生的训练纪律

This research is a descriptive-qualitative study that discusses the practice and tradition of reading the manakib of Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani which is carried out every selapanan (thirty-five days in the Javanese calendar), more precisely every Kliwon Friday night at the Nurul Qur'an Pakunden Islamic Boarding School in Ponorogo. The living hadith approach is used to find receptions for the students related to the normative text that underlies these activities, with interview techniques as a data collection method. This research focuses on the study of how the practice of implementing activities, what factors influence the practice, and how these practices can affect the diversity of the students. The conclusions of this study are: 1) the practice of reading manakib in the Nurul Qur'an Islamic boarding school is a religious tradition that has been implemented for a long time, which is about thirty years since the boarding school was founded, although in the course of the pesantren program, this activity had experienced a vacuum due to the change of management which had an impact on the absence of a special program as a forum for this activity. 2) there are two hadiths as the normative basis for the implementation of the tradition. 3) the tradition of reading the manakib is a forum and means for the caregivers and administrators to instill discipline in the students in the hope that they can preserve the tradition when they are struggling in their respective areas

تكمن مشكلة البحث في الدعوى الموجهة ضد السادة الأشاعرة بأنهم لا يقبلون أخبار الآحاد، ولا يحتجون بها في مباحثهم العقدية، ويقدمون عليها العقل، متبعين في ذلك المعتزلة والجهمية من الفرق الضالة، وهذا إن دلَّ على شيء، فهو يدل على أنهم مخالفون لمنهج السلف في مصدر مهم من مصادر التلقي وإثبات العقيدة في الإسلام، وهو الأخذ بالحديث وتقديمه على العقل في مسائل الدين. بناء على هذا المنطلق، جاءت فكرة هذا البحث لدراسة موقف السادة الأشاعرة من حجية هذه الأحاديث في أبواب العقيدة عموما، وفي باب السمعيات خصوصا؛ لأن من أهم القضايا التي تطرقت إليها السنة النبوية، ورامت إثباتها وتثبيتها، قضايا ومسائل الإيمان بالغيب المعروفة عند علماء العقيدة وفرسانها بـ"السمعيات"، وخاصة تلك التي تبدأ بعد موت العبد وتنتهي بدخوله الجنة أو النار، وما بين هذين الوقتين من المراحل التي سيمر بها العبد في عالم الآخرة، من عذاب القبر ونعيمه، والبعث والحشر، والحوض، والميزان والصراط، وغيرها من الأمور السمعية الغيبية التي قد ذكرها القرآن الكريم على سبيل الإجمال في معظم مباحثها، ثم جاءت السنة النبوية المطهرة بتفاصيلها. وقد تم الاختيار على مبحث "الصراط"-كنموذج وميدان للدراسة-؛ للخلاف الحاصل في درجة الأخبار الواردة فيها من ناحية، وفي فهمها وتفسيرها من ناحية أخرى. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيين الموقف الصحيح للسادة الأشاعرة تجاه أخبار الآحاد في المسائل الاعتقادية عموما والسمعيات خصوصا، وبيان درجة تلك الأحاديث التي اعتُمد عليها في مبحث "الصراط" من حيث القبول والرد حسب قواعد أهل الحديث وأصولهم، وإظهار أهمية معرفة صحة الحديث ونوعه من حيث العلم والظن في تقليل دائرة الخلاف بين الطوائف الإسلامية، وتوضيح المراد بـ"الصراط" في الأحاديث النبوية الصحيحة وحقيقته عند العلماء من أهل السنة والجماعة وبقية الفرق الإسلامية، وبيان حكم إنكار أخبار الآحاد في السمعيات من أساسها-ومنها "الصراط"-، أو تأويلها عن ظاهرها من حيث ترتب الكفر المخرج من الملة الإسلامية عليه من عدمه.

Book of Hadith Index and its Significance in Hadith Research 圣训索引及其在圣训研究中的意义

This study discusses the development of the hadith index book as a product of hadith codification, from the method and systematic aspect of its preparation. The research is qualitative by using literature study method. The data reasearch has been collected from library documents, primary and secondary data. This study is expected to discover the development of the hadith index book, including the methods and systematics used by the scholars in its compiling. The study finds that the existence of the hadith index book is a response from the scholars to the development of hadith codification. Its existence makes the easiness for hadith reviewers to trace the Prophet's hadith referring to its primary source. In addition, hadith index books have a very close significance to hadith research, especially in the context of takhrîj al-ḥadîs.

Penggunaan Hadis-hadis Mardud Dalam Ceramah Peristiwa Israk Dan Mikraj di Negeri Melaka

Israk dan Mikraj merupakan peristiwa yang tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat Islam khususnya di umat Malaysia sebagai mengingati peristiwa penting baginda Rasulullah SAW. Ia mengandungi perjalanan rahsia yang hanya diberitakan oleh baginda SAW dalam hadis-hadisnya yang telahpun sabit. Perjalanan rahsia baginda Rasulullah SAW ini menarik perhatian perhatian hingga tersebarnya periwayatan yang palsu berkaitan dengan ini. Oleh yang demikian, kertas kerja ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan hadis-hadis Rasulullah SAW yang diklasifikasi sebagai mardud yang digunakan oleh tenaga pengajar yang terpilih dalam sesi ceramah Israk dan Mikraj di negeri Melaka. Pendekatan metode kualitatif melalui kaedah analisis dokumentasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan maklumat berkaitan sumber dan kedudukan hukum berdasarkan metodologi Takhrij al-Hadith dan al-Hukm ‘Ala al-Hadith. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan sebanyak 31 hadis Rasulullah SAW dikenalpasti digunakan dalam dua belas (12) sesi ceramah Israk dan Mikraj. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa secara keseluruhan terdapat sebanyak 48% yang digunakan dalam ceramah Israk dan Mikraj bertaraf maqbul. Manakala 33% buah hadis dinilai sebagai mardud. Kajian turut mendapati 19% hadis masih tidak dikenalpasti sumber. Kesimpulan daripada kajian ini, terdapat kepelbagaian status dan kedudukan hadis dalam ceramah Israk dan Mikraj telah digunakan. Kepelbagaian sumber rujukan merupakan salah satu kriteria dalam nilai sesebuah hadis yang digunakan.

Pembangunan dan Rekabentuk Pendekatan Pengajaran Hadis Muhajirin-Ansar

Malaysia Higher Education Blueprint 2015-2025 emphasizes on high impact educational practices in teaching and learning to produce future ready graduates with 21st century skills. Therefore, teaching and learning must be creatively designed, collaboratively involve many efforts and they should be structured with immersive and innovative learning experiences. Additionally, the emphasis on innovative teaching has become a priority to the universities and nation. In order to achieve excellence in educational practices, reflective teaching is essential. This article aims to discuss the practice of reflective teaching which assisted lecturers in designing a new teaching approach in two courses; PPPN3333 Hadith I and PPPN3453 Hadith II. The philosophy and basic foundation for the new teaching and learning strategy are derived from the learning experiences of companions of Prophet Muhammad, Gibb’s Reflective Cycle and ASSURE models. The study underlines the requirement for change in teaching and learning based on several factors. They are (a) to attain the course learning objectives, (b) to adapt with new generation’s learning styles, (c) and their backgrounds, (d) to solve the limitations of learning experiences due to the inadequacies of physical and infrastructural facilities, (e) teaching time and schedule, (f) employability; the need for producing graduates with 21st century skills, (g) among Islamic studies graduates who are ready for the current and new challenges. Thus, a new teaching approach is designed that combines three learning strategies which are known as Pencarian Maklumat Terarah (Structured Knowledge Expedition), Pembelajaran Kolaboratif (Collaborative Learning) and Kumpulan Malim (Mentoring). Those learning strategies are applied during classroom teaching and activities for the whole semester. The result indicates that the application of the new approach provides positive changes in students’ cognitive and affective levels. Also it motivates lifelong learning among them. Therefore, this article strongly emphasizes on the practice of reflective teaching so that new teaching approaches can be produced for the aims of education excellence and facing challenges especially teaching during pandemic crisis.

Langkah Perpaduan Sunnah Nabawiyah Sebagai Nilai Tambah Kepada Agenda Perpaduan Negara

A strong national unity has been a dream of every country, including Islamic countries. A good foundation of unity can ensure the stability and survivability of a country. At the same time, it can prevent it from being involved in crisis and prolong upheaval. The mission of Prophet PBUH in building the foundation of Muslims’  unity during his time had managed to create an united community and country with incredible powers. Hence, this article will discuss the foundations of a successfully developed unity formed by Prophet PBUH since beginning from his da’wah. Prophet PBUH shaped his companions’ souls to the construction of the Islamic State of Madinah. Therefore, this is a qualitative study using documents and literature analyses. The findings from this study will show the preliminary steps of a national unity shaped by Prophet PBUH, including the adaptation of Tawheed and spirituality up to the country’s technicality management. The findings will also conclude that the Prophet’s steps to national unity had solid foundations, were structured, and relevant to the progress of any country.

Penyebaran Hadis Palsu Dalam Penerbitan Di Malaysia Dan Kesannya Kepada Masyarakat

Dalam sejarah Islam perbahasan tentang hadis palsu (mawḍū‘) telah berlangsung sejak dari timbulnya pemalsu-pemalsu hadis. Usaha untuk menjaga hadis Rasulullah SAW telah dilakukan oleh para ulama sepanjang zaman sehingga kini. Namun persoalan tentang hadis palsu tetap menjadi polemik apabila masih didapati riwayat-riwayat sintetik tersebar dalam masyarakat melalui penerbitan buku-buku, informasi dari media sosial melalui penulisan sebahagian penulis yang masih menggunakan dalil-dalil tanpa dinyatakan sumber dan hukum hadis tersebut. Situasi ini menyumbang kepada penyebaran hadis palsu dalam masyarakat. Kajian ini adalah kajian kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data daripada kitab-kitab hadis dan artikel jurnal yang berkaitan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan meskipun penyebaran hadis palsu dilihat terkawal dalam penerbitan, namun ia tetap berpotensi mengelirukan masyarakat dan mencalarkan kesucian hadis. Ketika media sosial mutakhir ini menjadi medium penting sebaran maklumat, kebanyakan masyarakat lebih cenderung mendapatkan informasi sekali gus mudah untuk menyebarkannya. Implikasinya masyarakat tidak mengambil cakna berkaitan status sesuatu hadis sehingga amalan-amalan yang tiada sandaran daripada Rasulullah SAW semakin berleluasa. Walhal, Islam amat menitikberatkan penggunaan dalil-dalil yang sahih agar suatu penyampaian benar kepada pendengar. Rujukan, semakan dan penggunaan sesuatu ungkapan yang disandarkan kepada hadis dalam penerbitan di Malaysia perlu diteliti serta dipastikan sumbernya bagi menjamin keabsahan maklumat. Usaha untuk memastikan sifar hadis palsu dalam masyarakat tidak hanya tertumpu kepada medium penerbitan dan media sosial sahaja, tetapi ia merangkumi penyebaran maklumat tentang bahaya hadis palsu kepada masyarakat agar maklumat yang sampai kepada mereka adalah sebuah kebenaran yang pasti. Usaha ini dapat memelihara masyarakat Islam daripada termasuk dalam golongan yang diancam dengan balasan azab neraka kelak.

Strategi Nabi SAW Menangani Penularan Penyakit yang Mencapai Tahap Pandemik

Penyakit berjangkit merupakan penyakit sangat merbahaya dan menjadi masalah besar bagi seluruh penduduk di seluruh dunia. Penyakit yang telah mencapai tahap pandemic mempunyai kadar penularan yang sangat pantas keseluruh dunia serta boleh menjangkiti sesiapa tanpa terkecuali. Walaupun pada awal Islam Rasulullah SAW telah memberi tunjuk ajar cara menanganinya, namun masih ramai masyarakat Islam yang belum memahami dan mengamalkan kaedah tersebut dengan baik. Kajian ini bertujuan bagi meneroka dan menjelaskan beberapa kaedah Rasulullah semasa menangani merebaknya jangkitan wabak Taun dan Kusta kepada masyarakat ketika itu. Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi analisis dokumen dengan tumpuan kajian mengenai pendekatan Rasulullah SAW menangani dan mengawal merebaknya jangkitan wabak tersebut. Antara kaedah tersebut adalah; larangan memasuki kawasan yang terkena wabak serta larangan keluar darinya, sentiasa kekal tinggal di rumah, bersabar atas ketentuan Allah SWT, tidak menemui mereka yang terjangkiti pesakit, menjaga penjarakan, berikhtiar mencari kesembuhan dan yakin bahawa setiap penyakit ada ubatnya. Art is a medium of da'wah that grows and develops until now. Islam brought by the guardians to the archipelago has a basis on symbols, including symbols in art. If art is explored more deeply, it will be understood things that are closely related to religious texts. Kubro Siswo is the art of dance accompanied by music and syi'ir-syi'ir that contains advice. This art is not only limited to spectacle, but also demands that are conveyed through the syi'ir-syi'ir. Kubro Siswo is usually displayed in big events, such as the month of independence, Isra 'Mi'raj, and other events. The phenomenon of Kubro Siswo's art becomes very interesting to study. Based on the phenomenological theory, it will appear that this art has a considerable impact on the life of the Magelang community. This art not only functions as a spectacle that teaches love for ancestral traditions, but also as a means of da'wah that always invites people to cultural values that are in line with Islamic law. Every poem sung in Kubro Siswo's art has a deep meaning, which contains an invitation to goodness that is indirectly sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith.

This art is not only limited to spectacle, but also demands that are conveyed through the syi'ir-syi'ir. Kubro Siswo is usually displayed in big events, such as the month of independence, Isra 'Mi'raj, and other events. The phenomenon of Kubro Siswo's art becomes very interesting to study. Based on the phenomenological theory, it will appear that this art has a considerable impact on the life of the Magelang community. This art not only functions as a spectacle that teaches love for ancestral traditions, but also as a means of da'wah that always invites people to cultural values that are in line with Islamic law.
