According to the Bible, Eternal Nature, the dark abyss, and the changeable Nature constitute the Infinite Cosmos (Genesis 1:1). Eternal Nature consists of the Perfect Creative Substance and the water element. The perfect Creative Substance conquers the dark abyss, revitalizing the water element. The perfect Creation Substance expands the space of the variable Nature in Infinite Space. The perfect Creative Substance is called God. God is a good basis for harmony. He works for the benefit of the Harmony of the changeable Nature. God created a hierarchy of angels and man in a spiritual image and likeness. God has armies of bright angels. People are taller than angels. "Jesus answered them: Is it not written in your law: I said, you are gods (John 10:34). I said, you are gods, and the sons of the Most High are all of you (Psalm 81:6). " The arguments of the highest dignity of man before angels are: the embodiment of the Son of God into human nature; He made his son the heir to everything through which he created forever; The son sat on the Odessa throne of greatness at an altitude; about man it is said that he was created in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1, 26). Man is capable of creativity, and the most diverse, and needlework, and intellectual, and musical, and poetic, which is related to him with the First Form - God, the Creator. I betrayed my heart in order to examine and experience wisdom everything that is done under heaven: this difficult occupation God gave the sons of men to exercise in him (Ecclesiastes 1:13). The works of the Lord are great; they are eager for all who love them (Psalm 110:2). After the general resurrection, the Creator will form a creative human society for cosmological service. For to the man who is good before him, he gives wisdom and knowledge and joy (Ecclesiastes 2:26).

Masculinity is not a fixed entity embedded in the body or personality traits of an individual but rather involves configurations of practice that are accomplished in social action. Bangladesh has a strong legal framework to reduce violence against women; however, the law and reality are different. Women in this society are generally perceived as mothers and wives and not as equal working partners. So, women’s education has a significant impact on family income and development and the males in household activities are also absent and women's activities are entertaining guests, preparing food, and cooking. The deep-rooted gender inequalities and discrimination makes women helpless also in the higher education level. Sexual harassment in public universities had the highest proportion (76 percent) of women that reported ‘never telling anyone’ about their experience of harassment by friends or teachers. This research would like to find out the ways of breaking masculinity and gender-based violence in the higher educational institution, which is authorized under the relevant disciplinary rules to take action in case of misconduct. This article will also explore the protection mechanism from sexual harassment and how the right to education and work with dignity is recognized as basic human rights in higher education levels.

This study describes the political, economic and scientific conditions of the city of Al-Kharj during the reign of the first Saudi state (1157-1233 AH / 1744-1818 AD). Firstly, on the political level, Al-Kharj is considered one of the most hostile cities in Diriyah for years, and it occurred in many wars, before it submitted. Secondly, on the economic level, Al-Kharj has two advantages that it is less likely to combine with others: the first is that it is an agricultural oasis famous for its abundance of water, fertility of its soil and good harvests, and the second is that it occupies a unique location that made it a passage for pilgrimage and trade caravans. Thirdly, on the scientific level, Al-Kharj, according to the sources and references available to us, witnessed jurisprudential diversity prior to its accession to the Saudi state, but it was not an active scientific center, and perhaps the future reveals to us secrets that we do not know and contradict our understanding.

The aim of the research is to clarify the issue of subjectivity and objectivity in social research, and to what extent it is possible to achieve objectivity and distance from subjectivity as much as possible in social research, where the concept of subjectivity and objectivity was defined, and the views of some sociologists on this issue, as well as the call to reconcile them, also came this study To clarify the role of quantitative (objective) and qualitative (subjective) systematic integration in achieving accuracy and objectivity in the study of social phenomena, as we relied on the analytical sociological approach as an approach to analysis in the field of social studies, and the study reached the need to achieve objectivity and establish unity between objectivity and subjectivity in any study Social, as the study confirmed that objectivity is really a relative issue that cannot be achieved far from subjectivity in social research, as there is no objective science completely independent of any value perspective, and that the systematic integration between subjectivity and objectivity contributes to reaching accuracy in social research. The research also emphasized a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the call to achieve subjectivity and objectivity and not to abolish subjectivity in the study of social phenomena, and to call researchers in the social sciences to achieve systematic integration between them.

The issue of language education is one of the most delicate human issues. It is very relevant to the social and political history of society and is also one of the issues imposed by human reality. It is also one of the issues that has intensified the differences between linguists and psychologists in the ways of acquiring them. Perhaps there are things that stand in front of the acquisition of the second language, language is not a neutral system or a tool to be used in a timely manner or in a generation and that’s it, but is a language with its luster and heritage and attractiveness, what are the factors that stand in front of the acquisition of the second language? Is there a real conflict between languages affecting the acquisition of language in children? What are the most important stages of growth in children and their relation to linguistic development? In fact, there is a difference between mother tongue, second language and foreign language, differentiating between these concepts will make it easier for us to reach the appropriate age to acquire the language. The reason is that the acquisition or learning of any language stems from the goals related to the life of the individual, whether professional, economic or social. The bilingual issue raises an important question: Are the two linguistic systems of the human brain separate or connected?

There always exists the lived Islam, the one has been dominating the spheres of religion, politics, society and culture since its formative period; i.e., the one imagined, cut off from critical reason and history and having been used as the basis of authority. This type of Islam, which Mohammed Arkoun refuted, is nothing less than Muslim traditionalists’ Islam – i.e., the one has been developing and growing out their dogmatic readings of revelation and its deterioration into ideologies of dominion. It is the one has been making use of theological (orthodox) doctrines like ‘al-Hakimiyah li Allah’ (no authority but of Allah) not only as the basis of the religious and political elites’ power and control, but also –which is worse – of Islamists extreme ideology. Here, Arkoun notes, such expressions have been taken (still are) as the basis not only of the trueness of Islam, but also of the ideology itself. It all depends on a rigid reading of certain Qur’anic verses. Muslims radicals have always found in them the pretense, arguments; say the justification of their ideology. This research paper attempts, through a critical analytical methodology, to clarify this matter from the viewpoint of Muhammad Arkoun. It lets Arkoun’s ideas circulate through my own analysis, which varies and overlaps following the fluidity of his own methodology. While it does, the comparative mode in it has its own space in certain contexts, which, altogether, form both the theoretical and organizational bases of this paper.

This paper analyses the multiplicity of the increasing use of holograms in live shows, which has created legal problems with regard to the protection of copyright and publicity rights. Holographic performances that use content without receiving the copyright holder's permission are considered copyright infringement. Infringement is the use of the image, voice, and likeness of celebrities, whether dead or alive, without the permission of the celebrities themselves or their rights. In addition, celebrities can regulate the commercial use of their photos and identities through copyrights protection, which prohibits their name or presence from being used. Therefore, holographic performance producers need to proceed with caution in using pre-existing celebrity material and images. On the other hand, investments and attempts have been made by producers to create holographic performances. Their time and money commitment should be compensated not only financially from income from success, but also from the security of intellectual property systems.

This paper primarily seeks to assess students’ enrolment growth and the implications for educational planning at the Takoradi Technical University. Specifically, the paper seeks to determine the rate of growth in first year enrolment and to predict first year enrolment for Management decision making. Methodologically, secondary data served as the basic source of information comprising of data from the annual report of the planning office of the University, and the Strategic Plan Implementation and Oversight Committee Report (2016 -2020). Primary data was collected from the various faculties in the University. It was therefore revealed that the year under review witnessed marginal improvements over the previous year’s ratios and rates of the key indicators. It is worth mentioning, however that, despite the improvements in the key indicators, the institution still fall short to the norm. It is therefore recommended that considering the percentage increase in enrolment from the 2019/2020 to 2020/2021 academic year and the total number of classrooms and facilities with their respective capacities, Management should ensure the optimal usage of the classrooms and other facilities by the students.
