This study was carried out at the intersection of two branches of linguistics (linguistics of the English-language and Russianlanguage media and linguistic genderology), which is relevant and demanded in modern science. The purpose of the article is to conduct a gender linguistic analysis of printed English-language journals, which will help clarify the distribution of gender roles in English-speaking society and the femininity stereotypes that mass media form in public consciousness. The material of the study was excerpts from printed Russian and English publications in which the image of a woman is realized. A list of the most common images that are verbalized in the Russian and English-language media and based on stereotypes of female behavior, thinking and the role of women in modern society is compiled. A gender analysis of modern and Russianlanguage and English-language press revealed a tendency to change in the hierarchy of gender stereotypes of femininity, in which a shift in emphasis towards the actualization of female business activity and dominance in the professional sphere is clearly observed. The Lone Star state has long been a symbol of the American West, complete with cowboys, Native Americans, buffalo, cattle drives and the Alamo. Using DNA and genealogical analysis, together with historical documents, this article shows that both the original Spanish settlers and the later “Anglo” arrivals were primarily of Sephardic and Ashkenazic Jewish descent. These findings challenge traditional narratives of “how the West was won”, as well as the prevailing ideology of Anglo-American culture.

To identify the nature of the programs offered through Nebras program for the educational environment, and the goals described for Nebras for the educational environment, to identify the external obstacles represented in the social and cultural obstacles and the internal obstacles related to the administrative and technical aspect related to beneficiaries and the environment in which the program is applied. Study population consisted of (15) in charge of the educational environment program in Nebras in Riyadh region. A sample of (370) female students selected from the offices of education: The Guard, Al Nahda education office and Al Rawabi education office. In addition to a sample of (12) female student guides who are in charge of the implementation of the educational environment program in these schools. The study utilized the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire to collect data. The study found that the most prominent programs offered in the educational environment are the awareness programs for female students about how to use their leisure time to benefit them, the most important programs, from the viewpoint of the female students, were introductory bulletins programs of free call service at the National Center for Addiction Consultation, followed in importance by video presentation programs about the national project for drug prevention, the most important objectives described for Nebras for the educational environment were, to raise the level of awareness of female teachers and students about the danger of drugs and psychotropic substances then to enhance self- immunity of female students towards negative practices. The study recommended that the National Committee for Drug Control should pay attention to the necessity of bringing families and the community together in raising awareness of the importance of the educational environment program because they play a fundamental role in supporting the participation of female students in the program, and that the Ministry of Education should allocate specific times and quotas to participate in educational environment programs and empty female students and counselors to participate in these programs. The study also recommended that the school be concerned with activating the material and moral support for the female guides based on the program, and the participating students effectively and motivating them.

This study aims to clarify the significance of the affirmation in the dialogue of the brothers of Joseph, peace be upon him, in the light of the science of semantics. Which makes the hypothesis that their constant feeling that they are under suspicion makes them confirm their words; so that its content would reach the hearts of their listeners, even if those listeners were not in denial of their words; This behavior made the emphasis in their dialogue the most prominent stylistic feature worthy of contemplation and study. This study came in two sections: the first is the theoretical one; It dealt with the emphasis in the Arabic language, its reasons, and the characteristics of the dialogical text; To take from this a knowledge base to move towards the analysis and interpretation of the noble verses that included the dialogue of the Joseph brothers, in the second topic, which is the applied part of the study; Where I extrapolated the noble surah and extracted from it the places that included the dialogue of Joseph’s brothers with their father mostly, and with the entourage of Al-Aziz sometimes, and with Al-Aziz at other times, and then with Joseph himself; target From that extrapolation, classification and analysis, arriving at the psychological significance of the use of emphasis in this intense manner in the dialogue of the brothers of Joseph, peace be upon him, and I interrogated the text itself first, then I used the sayings of the commentators in what I am about to analyze, and I found that they did not pay attention to what I meant; It is an indication of the emphasis on the emotional state of Yusuf’s brothers, with the exception of three modern interpretations in which a passing reference was made to this aspect that I made the subject of my care, and these interpretations are: Tafsir al-Manar, Liberation and Enlightenment, in the shadows of the Qur’an.

When Charles Dickens wrote Oliver Twist in the 1830s, poverty and crime were huge problems in London. To highlight these problems throughout his novel, the author used various literary techniques to create an interaction between the reader and the text in which text can have multiple meanings that can shift over the time. Thus, he uses symbols to evoke a range of additional meaning and significance. His purpose is to get the reader’s attention to construct meaning as the plot progress to what he intends to communicate about innocent individuals or villainous ones. Symbolism, irony, and satire were among the tools he used in his work. They work together to convey a deeper embedded meaning to cast suggestions about the development of the novel to emphasize the point the author seeks to stress throughout the novel. Drawing upon the importance of literary devices in unfolding the thematic concerns of the novel, this paper seeks to run an in-depth analysis of how symbolism played a vital role throughout Oliver Twist. The paper argues that through symbolism, the author channels meaning in Oliver Twist to develop the thematic concerns of the novel in creative ways to shape the reader’s response and to create a strong bond between the reader and the text. The paper argues that literary symbolism in Charles Dickens’s novel is based on evoking the mental image in the reader’s mind to structure meaning through his/her interaction with the text and then shaping his response according to his/her experience. It also creates a strong bond between the reader and the text.

The economic characteristics of the residents of Hail affect the population growth, on the one hand we find that home ownership in terms of rent or ownership affects the level of fertility of wives, and on the other hand the majority of families in the city of Hail own their own dwelling, equivalent to (45.5%) of the population They live in private villas, and (23.6%) live in private apartments, and we find that the residents of popular houses are the highest in the average number of children for residents of villas, and (68.7%) of Hail residents reside in houses consisting of two floors, while (31, 3%) reside in houses consisting of one floor in which the fertility level of husbands and wives is high, the number of rooms in the house also affects fertility levels in terms of the degree of crowding in the house, and the impact of the economic aspect is prominent in the profession of the husband and wife and their monthly income on the fertility level in a way. The higher the income, the fewer the family’s children will be born, and vice versa. In this context, we address the importance of entertainment and their impact on fertility levels, so we find that car ownership and domestic labor affect the fertility level and trends of the husband and wife.

As well as learning about the methods of practicing digital citizenship from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Communication and Media at King Abdulaziz University. The study used the quantitative approach and the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of (84) male and female students from the Faculty of Communication and Media at King Abdulaziz University. The questionnaire was used as a study tool, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified and the data collected and analyzed by appropriate statistical methods using the SPSS program. Among the most important findings of the study: The level of awareness of students of the Faculty of Communication and Media at King Abdulaziz University was high, and the degree of practicing its methods was high as well. The study recommended that attention should be paid to developing university students ’awareness of the concept of digital citizenship through educational seminars and workshops, and integrating digital citizenship into school curricula, and training of faculty members in the methods of practicing digital citizenship.

The object of inquiry in Linguistics is the human ability to acquire and use a natural language, and the goal of linguistic theory is an explicit characterization of that ability. Looking at the communicative abilities of other species, it becomes clear that our linguistic ability is specific to our species, undoubtedly a product of our biology. But how do we go about determining the specifics of this Language faculty? _here are two primary ways in which we infer the nature of Language from the properties of individual languages: arguments from the Poverty of the Stimulus, and the search for universals that characterize every natural language. Arguments of the first sort are not easy to construct (though not as difficult as sometimes suggested), and apply only to a tiny part of Language as a whole. Arguments from universals or typological generalizations are also quite problematic. In phonology, morphology, and syntax, factors of historical development, functional underpinnings, limitations of the learning situation, among others conspire to compromise the explanatory value of arguments from observed cross-linguistic regularities. Confounding the situation is the likelihood that properties found across languages as a consequence of such external forces have been incorporated into the Language faculty evolutionarily through the ‘Baldwin Effect.’ _e conflict between the biologically based specificity of the human Language faculty and the difficulty of establishing most of its properties in a secure way cannot, however, be avoided by ignoring or denying the reality of either of its poles.

Looking at the communicative abilities of other species, it becomes clear that our linguistic ability is specific to our species, undoubtedly a product of our biology. But how do we go about determining the specifics of this Language faculty? _here are two primary ways in which we infer the nature of Language from the properties of individual languages: arguments from the Poverty of the Stimulus, and the search for universals that characterize every natural language. Arguments of the first sort are not easy to construct (though not as difficult as sometimes suggested), and apply only to a tiny part of Language as a whole. Arguments from universals or typological generalizations are also quite problematic. This paper introduces some theories that attempt to explain the behavior of the “Temporary Structure of Interest Rates” (TSIR), which observe the correlation between various variables of the economy and projected interest rates, which will later serve as a reference for the determination of the discount rates of the projected flows in the economic-financial evaluation of a productive investment project. The empirical analysis focuses on evaluating the required returns on Sovereign Bonds issued in the Argentine Republic in dollar currency, which determine a yield curve that shows high levels of projected inflation expectations, such as high levels in the definition of rates discount of projected flows. Resumen El presente trabajo introduce algunas teorías que intentan explicar el comportamiento de la “Estructura Temporal de las Tasas de Interés” (ETTI), que observan la correlación entre diversas variables de la economía y las tasas de interés proyectadas, que servirá luego como referencia para la determinación de las tasas de descuentos de los flujos proyectados en la evaluación económico financiero de un proyecto de inversión productiva. El análisis empírico se centra en evaluar los rendimientos exigidos en los Bonos soberanos emitidos en la República Argentina en moneda dólar, que determinan una curva de rendimientos que pone en evidencia niveles altos de expectativas de inflación proyectada, como niveles altos en la definición de las tasas de descuento de los flujos proyectados.
