Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Manajemen Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Sumber data meliputi: Kepala UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya, KASUBAG, Koordinator Regijan, Koordinator BBLBA, dan Mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan PJJ dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana, kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, anggaran; (2) Pengorganisasian PJJ sudah berjalan dengan baik, semua sudah terprogram dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing; (3) Pelaksanaan PJJ sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan adanya kalender akademik dan SOP yang ditetapkan, (4) Pengawasan PJJ meliputi: pegawasan harian, mingguan, bulanan, tahunan dan pengawasan internal UT pusat, (5) Evaluasi PJJ yang dijalankan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan ketercapaian program, sasaran kualitas, tingkat kepuasan mahasiwa; dan (6) Kendala dalam pelaksanaan PJJ meliputi jaringan internet yang belum merata di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, sedangkan faktor pendukung adanya perwakilan UPJJJ pada setiap daerah kabupaten di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Implementation of Distance Learning Management (PJJ) at UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya. This research is a case study qualitative research. Data sources include: Head of UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya, KASUBAG, Regijan Coordinator, BBLBA Coordinator, and Students. The results of this study indicate that: (1) PJJ planning is carried out by preparing facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, human resources, budget; (2) PJJ organization has been running well, all have been programmed with their respective duties and responsibilities; (3) PJJ implementation has been going well with the academic calendar and SOPs set, (4) PJJ supervision includes: daily, weekly, monthly, annual and central UT internal supervision, (5) PJJ evaluation that has been carried out has been carried out well with program achievement, quality targets, student satisfaction levels; and (6) Obstacles in implementing PJJ include the internet network that is not evenly distributed in Central Kalimantan Province, while the supporting factors are the presence of UPJJJ representatives in each district in Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Program Keterampilan (Vokasi) bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di SLBN-1 Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu pada Perencanaan program Vokasi dimulai dari struktur kurikulum, kebutuhan dasar yang disusun oleh guru-guru dalam Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Pelaksanaan program Vokasi sudah sangat baik dengan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai perencanaan dan guru selalu mendampingi dan membimbing peserta didik dalam pelaksanaannya sampai memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan suatu produk yang berkualitas. Peserta didik yang dianggap mampu akan melaksanakan praktik magang selama satu bulan pada dunia usaha/dunia industri ataupun di instansi pemerintah/swasta melalui MoU yang sudah terjalin. Hal lain yang mendukung pelaksanaan program ini yaitu dukungan dari berbagai pihak baik pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat. Evaluasi program sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan adanya evaluasi dan pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah serta guru-guru telah melaksanakan evaluasi dari praktik mandiri di kelas sampai praktik magang. The results show that: (1) Vocational program planning starts from the curriculum structure, the basic needs compiled by the teachers in the syllabus and lesson plans (RPP); (2) The implementation of the Vocational program has been very good with learning activities according to planning and the teacher always accompanies and guides students in its implementation until they have the ability to produce a quality product; (3) Program evaluation is good, as evidenced by the existence of evaluation and supervision by the principal and teachers who have carried out evaluations from independent classroom practice to apprenticeship practice.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi sekolah dalam optimalisasi pembelajaran daring di era New Normal Pandemi Covid 19 serta faktor pendukung dan kendala dalam optimalisasi pembelajaran daring. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Dimana informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan mengadopsi pola interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pembelajaran daring di era new normal pandemi covid 19 sudah berjalan dengan baik, yang ditandai dengan: (a) adanya supervisi akademik yang dilakukan kepala sekolah; (b) pemanfaatan video-video pembelajaran serta metode project based learning dalam rangka mengantisipasi kejenuhan dan kebosanan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring; (c) faktor pendukung dalam optimalisasi pembelajaran daring yang meliputi tersedianya jaringan internet, kuota internet, dan pemberian waktu yang cukup panjang bagi siswa untuk mengumpulkan tugas-tugas yang diberikan; serta (d) kendala yang dihadapi berupa masih terdapat siswa yang belum memiliki fasilitas handphone, dan orang tua siswa yang sibuk bekerja sehingga tidak dapat membimbing anaknya saat belajar dari rumah. Abstract: This research was conducted to describe the school's strategy in optimizing online learning so called as in the New Normal situation of Pandemic Covid 19 as well as supporting factors and obstacles in optimizing online learning. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study design. The informants are determined by purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the collected research were analyzed by adopting the interactive pattern of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the optimization of online learning in the new normal era of the COVID-19 pandemic was running well, which was indicated by: (a) the existence of academic supervision by the principal; (b) the use of instructional videos and project-based learning methods in order to anticipate student boredom and boredom in participating in online learning; (c) supporting factors in optimizing online learning which include the availability of an internet network, internet quota, and giving students sufficient time to collect the assignments given; and (d) the obstacles faced are there are still students who do not have cellphone facilities, and parents of students who are busy working so that they cannot guide their children when studying from home. Hasil penelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan mengadopsi pola interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pembelajaran daring di era new normal pandemi covid 19 sudah berjalan dengan baik, yang ditandai dengan: (a) adanya supervisi akademik yang dilakukan kepala sekolah; (b) pemanfaatan video-video pembelajaran serta metode project based learning dalam rangka mengantisipasi kejenuhan dan kebosanan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring; (c) faktor pendukung dalam optimalisasi pembelajaran daring yang meliputi tersedianya jaringan internet, kuota internet, dan pemberian waktu yang cukup panjang bagi siswa untuk mengumpulkan tugas-tugas yang diberikan; serta (d) kendala yang dihadapi berupa masih terdapat siswa yang belum memiliki fasilitas handphone, dan orang tua siswa yang sibuk bekerja sehingga tidak dapat membimbing anaknya saat belajar dari rumah.\u0000Abstract: This research was conducted to describe the school's strategy in optimizing online learning so called as in the New Normal situation of Pandemic Covid 19 as well as supporting factors and obstacles in optimizing online learning. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study design. The informants are determined by purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the collected research were analyzed by adopting the interactive pattern of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the optimization of online learning in the new normal era of the COVID-19 pandemic was running well, which was indicated by: (a) the existence of academic supervision by the principal; (b) the use of instructional videos and project-based learning methods in order to anticipate student boredom and boredom in participating in online learning; (c) supporting factors in optimizing online learning which include the availability of an internet network, internet quota, and giving students sufficient time to collect the assignments given; and (d) the obstacles faced are there are still students who do not have cellphone facilities, and parents of students who are busy working so that they cannot guide their children when studying from home.\u0000References: \u0000Berliani, T., & Wahyuni, R. The phenomenon of demoralized among students today requires schools to optimize the management of character education, including through the boarding school system. This study aims to describe the management of boarding school character education in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating aspects, as well as supporting factors and obstacles in character education management at SMP Bethel Rehobot Boarding School Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Through the purposive sampling technique, the research data sources were determined, including: The Principal, School Foundation, Vice principal of Curriculum, and the Dormitory Manager. Data analysis uses interactive data patterns, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data using source triangulation technique. The results showed that the management of character education with the boarding school system which is carried out based on the basic principles of management, i.e. planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluating, are effective in building and developing the character of students.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan etos kerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta (SMAS) Golden Christian School (GCS) Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan derajat kepercayaan melalui teknik triangulasi baik sumber maupun metode. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa dengan pembinaan etos kerja guru oleh kepala sekolah yang dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan berbagai strategi pembinaan melalui berbagai kegiatan pengembangan profesional guru dan dilaksanakan melalui mekanisme dan pentahapan yang jelas; serta ditunjang dengan berbagai faktor pendukung yang tersedia di sekolah dapat meminimalisir berbagai kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam membina etos kerja guru, sekaligus mampu menjadikan SMAS GCS sebagai salah satu sekolah swasta pilihan terbaik bagi masyarakat di Kota Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection using observation, interview and study of document. Data analysis using interactive data patterns include: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data obtained is done by using a degree of trust through triangulation techniques both sources and methods. The results of the study reveal that with the guidance of the teacher's work ethic by the principal which is carried out by implementing various coaching strategies through various teacher professional development activities and carried out through clear mechanisms and phases; and also supported by various supporting factors that available in schools can minimize the various obstacles faced by schools in fostering teacher work ethics, as well as being able to make GCS Private High School as one of the best choice private schools for the community in Palangka Raya City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mendeskripsikan persepsi dosen model dalam efektivitas menerapkan lesson study learning community (LSLC), serta proses monitoring dan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan LSLC pada proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pola interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, meliputi: pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LSLC sangat efektif dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kolaborasi antar dosen model dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, perkembangan tingkat keprofesionalan dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, proses monitoring dan evaluasi oleh tim pengembang LSLC pada tingkat fakultas juga menambah keefektifan LSLC dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Commitments of SMAN in Palangka Raya. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample of this study was 389 teachers who served at SMAN in Palangka Raya City. Data collection techniques with survey techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis (hypothesis testing). Inferential analysis (hypothesis testing is used to test research hypotheses through path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis of research data it can be concluded that the POS has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted POS accuracy perceived by teachers has an impact on increasing the commitment of teacher organizations Public High Schools in the City of Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik survey melalui penyebaran angket. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (uji hipotesis). Analisis inferensial (uji hipotesis digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian melalui jalur analisis alur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan disimpulkan bahwa POS berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi; sehingga dapat diartikan ketepatan POS yang dirasakan guru berdampak pada peningkatan komitmen organisasi guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Palangka Raya. Abstract: This qualitative research with case study design aims to describe the Instructional Leadership of School Principals at SMPN 2 Palangka Raya, seen from: (1) Efforts made by principals in improving the quality of learning in aspects of teachers and students, (2) Stakeholder support for the efforts of principals schools in improving the quality of learning, and (3) Supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of instructional leadership. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews, participant observation, and study documentation. Determination of data sources is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the interactive patterns of Miles and Huberman (1994). Checking the validity of the data is done by using a degree of credibility through both source and method triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) Efforts made by school principals in improving the quality of learning in the aspects of teachers were carried out by conducting workshops to improve the quality of learning, support teachers to take part in MGMP activities, routine academic supervision to teachers; while in the aspect of students is done through the implementation of additional learning hours and private tutoring activities, (2) Stakeholder support for the efforts of school principals in improving the quality of learning through synergic collaboration with the Central Kalimantan Province LPMP, BSNP, School Supervisors and School Committees, and (3) Supporting factors in implementing instructional leadership include: the availability of facilities to support the learning process, optimal performance of teaching staff (teacher), and support from parents of students; Constraint factors include ineffective management of learning facilities and infrastructure. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the One-Roof Junior Secondary School as an alternative to the distribution of nine-year basic education in remote areas in the cultural setting of Central Kalimantan Betang Houses. This research is a qualitative research with a multi-site study design on 3 One-Roof Junior Secondary Schools in Gunung Mas Regency. Data collection is done by methods: in-depth interviews (indepth interview), participant observation (participant observation), and study documentation (study of document). Determination of data sources is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is done through the activities of organizing data, organizing and dividing data into units that can be managed, mensiteis, looking for patterns, find what is meaningful and what is researched to be decided and reported systematically (Bogdan and Biklen, 1998). Data analysis in this research was carried out in two stages, namely: data analysis for each site (single site) and cross-site data analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done by using a degree of credibility through both source and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the values of the betang house culture that underlies the implementation of the One-Roof Junior Secondary School appeared on: (1) bureaucratic structure, including: SOP, coordination and empowerment of HR; (2) resources, including: human resources, infrastructure and financing; and (3) communication, including: internal communication, with supporting elementary schools, with related agencies, and the community around the school. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi situs pada 3 SMPN Satu Atap di wilayah Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode: wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi partisipan (participant observation), dan studi dokumentasi (study of document). Penetapan sumber data dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kegiatan mengorganisasi data, menata dan membagi data dalam unit-unit yang dapat dikelola, mensitesis, mencari pola, menemukan apa yang bermakna dan apa yang diteliti untuk diputuskan dan dilaporkan dengan sistematis (Bogdan dan Biklen, 1998). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu: analisis data tiap situs (situs tunggal) dan analisis data lintas situs. This research is a qualitative research with a multi-site study design on 3 One-Roof Junior Secondary Schools in Gunung Mas Regency. Data collection is done by methods: in-depth interviews (indepth interview), participant observation (participant observation), and study documentation (study of document). Determination of data sources is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is done through the activities of organizing data, organizing and dividing data into units that can be managed, mensiteis, looking for patterns, find what is meaningful and what is researched to be decided and reported systematically (Bogdan and Biklen, 1998). Data analysis in this research was carried out in two stages, namely: data analysis for each site (single site) and cross-site data analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done by using a degree of credibility through both source and method triangulation techniques.
