Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Pelaksanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di masa pandemik covid 19 pada SMKN-1 Palangka Raya mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Dalam rangka memperoleh data yang sahih (terpercaya) Teknik pengumpulan antara lain, teknik wawancara, observasi dan analisis studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian dalam perencanaan sekolah sudah sudah cukup baik penguatan Pendidikan karakter terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran serta melalukan sosialiasi, pelaksanaan sistem daring pada pembelajaran cukup baik, namun kurang efektif pada kegiatan kokurikuler dan ektrakurikuler untuk penguatan Pendidikan karakter, dalam evaluasi sudah cukup baik untuk mengukur ketercapaian pembelajaran dan penguatan pendidikan karakter di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMKN-1 Palangka Raya starting from planning, implementation and evaluation. This research method is to use a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. In order to obtain valid (reliable) data collection techniques include interview techniques, observation and analysis of document studies. Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumberdata ditetapkan dengan tenik purposive sampling, meliputi: Penanggung jawab ULT, Koordinator ULT, dan Pegawai ULT. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Pelayanan Publik di ULT LPMP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah terlaksana dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan bulan januari-maret 2020, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berada pada kategori baik dengan rerata 3,63 yang menandakan bahwa pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Based on the results of the customer satisfaction survey in January-March 2020, the level of community satisfaction is in the good category with an average of 3.63 which indicates that the service is in accordance with community expectations.

Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. Bidang Kesiswaan, Koordinator KIR, Guru, dan Pelatih KIR. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kelompok ilmiah remaja, yaitu: membentuk tim KIR yang terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. Bidang Kesiswaan, Koordinator KIR, Guru pembina, dan Pelatih KIR, (2) Pengorganisasian kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR sesuai dengan rencana karena setiap anggota sudah mengetahui peran masing-masing dari setiap tugas yang diberikan, (3) Pengawasan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah beserta dengan orang tua siswa, dan (4) Penilaiaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dengan melihat tingkat keberhasilan dan prestasi siswa dari setiap perlombaan yang telah diikuti. Abstract: This qualitative research with a descriptive approach aims to describe the Management of Extracurricular Activities of the Youth Scientific Work Group (KIR) at SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Sources of data in this study are: Principal, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, KIR Coordinator, Teachers, and KIR Trainers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) Planning for extracurricular activities for youth scientific groups, namely: forming a KIR team consisting of: Principal, Waka. Student Affairs, KIR Coordinators, Guiding Teachers, and KIR Trainers, (2) Organizing KIR extracurricular activities according to the plan because each member already knows the respective roles of each assigned task, (3) Supervision of KIR extracurricular activities is carried out by the school along with with students' parents, and (4) Assessing KIR extracurricular activities carried out by the school by looking at the level of success and student achievement of each competition that has been followed.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru yang mengajar pada kelas XII IPS II sejumlah 15 orang, yang selanjutnya ditetapkan sebagai sampel total. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and student achievement at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. The population in this study were all 15 teachers who taught in class XII IPS II, which were then designated as the total sample. Data analysis used Spearman correlation with the help of the IBM SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that there was a relationship between teacher performance and student learning outcomes in class XII in SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.

The results of this study showed that the Automation and Office Management Laboratory which is carried out based on the basic principles of management and refers to the management standards of educational facilities and infrastructure makes the laboratory function effectively in supporting the process and student learning outcomes optimally.

Analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan dari mengatur susunan SOP, melakukan rapat koordinasi menyusun SOP yang memperhatikan persiapan, penilaian kebutuhan SOP, pengembangan SOP, penerapan SOP, serta Monev SOP; (2) Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan membentuk struktur organisasi serta tugas dan tanggungjawab personil pengelola SINDE; (3) Pengawasan dan Evaluasi melalui penilaian terhadap pegawai yang aktif dalam menggunakan SINDE; dan (4) Faktor penghambat: keterbatasan jumlah operator SINDE, dan minimnya kecakapan operator SINDE, serta kendala tekniks lainnya. Data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Validation of data through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Planning is carried out by arranging the composition of SOP, conducting coordination meetings to prepare SOPs that pay attention to preparation, assessment of SOP needs, SOP development, SOP implementation, and SOP Monev; (2) Organizing is done by establishing an organizational structure as well as the duties and responsibilities of SINDE management personnel; (3) Supervision and Evaluation through assessment of employees who are active in using SINDE; and (4) inhibiting factors: the limited number of SINDE operators, and the lack of skills of SINDE operators, as well as other technical obstacles. The solution to overcome these obstacles is through intensive guidance and training as well as collaboration with related parties.

The results of the study indicate that: (1) Planning is carried out by arranging the composition of SOP, conducting coordination meetings to prepare SOPs that pay attention to preparation, assessment of SOP needs, SOP development, SOP implementation, and SOP Monev; (2) Organizing is done by establishing an organizational structure as well as the duties and responsibilities of SINDE management personnel; (3) Supervision and Evaluation through assessment of employees who are active in using SINDE; and (4) inhibiting factors: the limited number of SINDE operators, and the lack of skills of SINDE operators, as well as other technical obstacles. Abstrak: Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Melalui teknik purposive sampling ditetapkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Tim Pengembang PPK, Koordinator Program PPK, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program PPK di SMK Karsa Mulya terlaksana dengan efektif dalam menumbuhkembangkan karakter peserta didik, dan menjadikan SMK Karsa Mulya sebagai salah satu sekolah kejuruan swasta rujukan dalam pelaksanaan program PPK di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Principal, PPK Development Team, PPK Program Coordinator, Teachers and Education Personnel. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the management of the PPK program at SMK Karsa Mulya was carried out effectively in developing student character, and making SMK Karsa Mulya as one of the referral private vocational schools in the implementation of PPK program in Central Kalimantan Province.
