A new vehicle is being studied, its technical characteristics and the stages of preparing the vessel for transportation are described. It also analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, its predominance in comparison with the "classic" air vehicle.

The problem of forming an integrated indicator of tactical and technical characteristics of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is considered. The theory of weighting means is used to calculate an integrated indicator. Weighting factors are determined by statistical processing of projects. The method of integrated estimation is presented and examples of calculating the integrated indicator of UAV performance characteristics are given. The grouping of models and the clustering of weighting means on base of the ordered rows are illustrated.

Key trends in the development of a modern megalopolis, in the period of large-scale loads on the health care system, in the period of the spread of viruses, encourage the use of advanced methods and approaches to the organization of work in the field of health care. The object of the research is the city of St. Petersburg, the analysis of the main indicators of the load on the city's health care system has been carried out. The changes in the system processes caused by the long-term influence of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) are substantiated. The scientometric analysis reflecting the necessity of introduction of information systems and services in the health care system was performed. Analysis of models and methods (SIR, ARIMA, Holt-Winters) for the task of forecasting is presented and simulation models of virus spread are presented. The practical task of forecasting the number of hospitalizations of patients to estimate hospital bed capacity is presented. The use of forecasting and simulation modules of virus distribution in the information-analytical system is substantiated to make a decision on the estimation of necessary capacity of the health care system.

The article presents an analysis of fixed capital investments per capita in the city of St. Petersburg and their forecast until 2030 using the Trend Line program, which is included as the MS Excel data-base software. This analysis was based on statistical data for the period from 2005 to 2021 inclusive. The obtained equations showed that the second and third order polynomial equations should be used in the forecast, on the basis of which the forecast was made until 2030.

Code division multiple access (CDMA) is currently considered as one of the promising technologies that can significantly improve the efficiency of modern and future communication networks. In code division multiple access systems, users can share a dedicated space-frequency-time resource to simultaneously transmit their own traffic. To ensure the separation of individual user streams on the receiving side, each user is provided with his own code sequence embedded in the broadband signal transmitted by this user, the spectrum of which, as a rule, occupies the entire allocated frequency band. When centimeter-and- millimeter wave wireless channels are used as the transmission medium, such factors as fading, multipath, and Doppler scatter can significantly degrade the performance of a code division multiple access system. The standard solution in this situation is to combine code division multiple access with OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) technology, known as multicarrier CDMA (MC-CDMA). To ensure the acceptable level of performance of multiple access systems under oversaturated conditions, many novel approaches based on the use of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) have been proposed. The paper considers a variant of multiple access with non-orthogonal coding that is close in approach to sparse coding multiple access (SCMA). The proposed access procedure is based on dividing the allocated time-frequency resource into relatively small clusters and sharing each cluster with its own group of users, equipped with a non-orthogonal cluster code with the ability to change the loading factor. For the proposed class of cluster codes, a general encoding and decoding scheme is presented. Examples of specific cluster code constructions and numerical results are given that allow one to get a number of the parameters for tradeoffs between an increase of the loading factor in the system and additional energy loss.
