The paper examines the practice of applying the methodology of lean production through leveling the problem areas of the organization of traditional production and the subsequent validation process. The main most popular elements of lean manufacturing among domestic manufacturers are given, and the results of verification after the introduction of lean manufacturing elements at all levels of production processes are present.

This article discusses the issues of assessing the technical condition of the camshaft, internal combustion engine. The necessary parameters for assessing the technical condition of the engine camshaft have been determined. How and how to measure and calculate this or that parameter is presented in detail. Methods for calculating the parameters are presented. A scheme and method for measuring neck wear, determining the height of the cam, determining the beating of the central journal of the camshaft are proposed. The main defects of the camshafts are presented. The issues of the influence of these parameters on the operability of the camshaft and the internal combustion engine as a whole are considered.

A unified method of disclosing blind ranges, reducing or eliminating measurement ambiguity has been proposed and investigated, which allows, within the framework of a typical long-range detection session of an air object by a pulse-Doppler radar, to reduce time costs, expand information content, and unify algorithmic support of a detection session. At the heart of: unified adaptive-robust procedures for controlling radiation parameters (guaranteeing the observability of an object) and processing ambiguous quasi-measurements of range (in absence of detection) and real measurement (in initial detection).

In this article, we propose an algorithm for accurately landing multirotor (quadcopters, hexacopters, etc.) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at an autonomous charging station. This article also presents methods for locating the charging station and landing the UAV at night. Section 1 describes the general sequential landing procedures. Section 2 describes methods for detecting the ArUco marker and evaluating its position and orientation using the OpenCV computer vision library and shows the recognition result. In section 3, the precise landing algorithm is analyzed in detail, and a block diagram of the algorithm is given. Section 4 discusses the integration of the night vision camera into the landing algorithm.

The article presents an analysis of the transported goods by motor transport of St. Petersburg and their forecast until 2030 using the Trend Line program, which is included as the MS Excel database software. This analysis was based on statistical data for the period from 2000 to 2020. The obtained equations showed that the logarithmic and power equations should be used in the forecast, on the basis of which the analysis was carried out until 2030.

Within the framework of the methodological support being developed for the planning and management of the fleet of a small shipping company, the task of synthesizing a management system has been solved. The structure and parameters of the system are determined based on the specified requirements for the conditions of its operation, as well as ways to ensure the goals of the functioning of the fleet management system of a small shipping company. The concept of a small, medium or large shipping company is defined by the number of vessels under operational management. It is noted that due to the variability of the economic situation in the transportation market in modern market conditions, permanent "rigid" connections between the elements of the transport system are not formed and the problem of coordinating the work of these elements exists only at the level of operational planning and regulation for small shipping companies. Therefore, it is necessary and sufficient to limit the system under study to the framework of flight planning. The fleet management system at this level in trump shipping traditionally consists of two consecutive subprocesses: the formation of vessel traffic patterns and the assignment of specific vessels to these schemes. The main result of the study is that a new management system structure was formed on the basis of a system analysis of processes in the conditions of working with a small fleet and identified addition-al tasks and requirements for the system. Distinctive features of the new structure from the prototype: the process of arranging transport vessels has been replaced by the process of determining the optimal composition of the leased fleet; two auxiliary subprocesses have been added to manage additional operations if necessary to unload cargo on an unequipped shore.

The article presents an analysis of the development prospects for the aerospace industry in relation to on-board systems and new-generation networks. It also presents the approaches for developing the SANDS software, intended for computer-aided design and simulation of on-board networks. Various approaches are described that will allow the existing software product to be refined and updated to meet new industry demands.

The current situation of coronavirus infection necessitates the use of models and prediction methods for decision- making in a rapidly changing situation in large cities and towns. Due to the dynamics of the processes, it is necessary to use different models and forecasting methods for the development of the situation. The city of St. Petersburg is the object of study and an analysis of hospitalisation of patients is performed. St. Petersburg was chosen as the subject of the research. The presented research was carried out within the framework of the work "Mathematical modelling of logistic systems in medicine" during the performance of diploma projects on the assignment of St. Petersburg executive authorities in 2021. In the course of the study analytical data are collected, the city districts where the situation with transportation of patients to medical organizations is likely to be difficult to predict are identified, and the methodology of forecasting hospitalization of patients by ambulance cars is considered. In solving the problem of predicting the situation, forecasting methods in the class of polynomial models are used and the effectiveness of using the Holt-Winters method is justified.

The presented study deals with the organization of supply chains for spare serviceable avionics equipment from the perspective of decision makers, heads of instrument-making enterprises. An extremely important issue is the determination of key parameters of avionics spares objects. On the basis of the conducted research, the element base of the serviceable avionics equipment facilities and conditions of operation, recovery of serviceability are considered. Due to the complexity of approaches to avionics objects, the article provides a fixation of key parameters, defines the distinctive features of exactly the avionics spare serviceable avionics equipment, which will determine new requirements and conditions of building the future supply chain. As a result of the conducted research, the article presents a classification of methods for calculating serviceable avionics equipment, based also on the theory of recovery processes. On the basis of the performed system approach to the objects of avionics inventory and spare parts management, examples of supply chain organization variants are given. The presented research is of practical significance both when designing a new chain of supply of spares, and when modernizing the existing supply chains for spare serviceable avionics equipment.
