The article presents the results of applying the model of improving the technological process in the MatLAB software environment. At the same time, the improvement of cyclic processes and their elements is of great importance.

The article is devoted to the research of the effectiveness of the functioning of helicopter pads of air ambulance based on the use of simulation modeling. Data on the functioning of helicopter pads near healthcare facilities in St. Petersburg are presented. As part of the work, an analysis of the existing airfield network was carried out, the workload was assessed and the technological processes of the work of air ambulance were analyzed. A simulation model of real flights was developed in order to obtain statistical data for subsequent decision-making on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the placement. The intensity analysis was carried out, based on which a short-term and long-term forecast of work was obtained, as well as a further plan for the development of air ambulance was proposed.

In this article the work in the program VOSviewer and the performance of scientometric analysis on the basis of the data of publications in Scopus. The scientometric analysis performed in the software system BIBLIOMETRIX. The scientometric analysis allows to determine the key articles, in which the most important scientific articles and publications in the field of logistics and supply chains are presented. The results of research in the field of management processes in logistics systems have been analyzed. The ranking of the publications by significance in the ratings (quartiles Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) has been performed. The analysis of publication intensity is performed and the key authors and names of the articles with the highest citations are presented.

The article analyzes the use of unmanned aerial systems for various tasks at transport infrastructure facilities. The necessity of creating methods for identifying obstacles at transport infrastructure facilities and the effectiveness of the use of unmanned aerial systems for the problem under study is substantiated. An autonomous flight program has been developed that allows detecting obstacles and recording them in a database. The developed program was tested both in a virtual environment and in real conditions in the airfield.
