COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF REINFORCEMENT MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS AND COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF TRANSPORT PROCESSES IN THE ENVIRONMENT ANYLOGIC 强化机器学习算法效率的比较评价和环境anylogic中运输过程的比较评价

The task of increasing the throughput of sections of the transport network of the metropolis with the existing infrastructure is solved by means of automated traffic control systems, the purpose of which is to form control actions on the objects of the transport system in real time. An adequate response to load changes in the transport network is implemented by controlling traffic light objects using built-in adaptive algorithms, among which artificial intelligence technologies, in particular, neural networks, are increasingly being used. The noted approaches compete with the widely used optimization-based adaptation method (phase duration, displacement, etc.). The proposed article examines the issue of comparing the efficiency of an optimization algorithm with reinforcement machine learning algorithms by the criterion of the time spent by vehicles in the intersection system in the Anylogic simulation environment. This study will help determine a more efficient solution to the problem of setting the duration of traffic light control phases. It was shown that in the reinforcement learning algorithm, the ability to adapt to input intensities within the schedule is higher compared to the optimization algorithm. However, the reinforcement algorithm is more sensitive to the type of schedule than the optimization algorithm, which outperformed the latter by about 20% at the optimal point for the weekday schedule. The advantage of the reinforcement algorithm was more pronounced on the 2nd schedule, which features a tendency to increase traffic intensity, namely: 61% compared to the optimization and 70% compared to the base setting. It turned out to be practically insensitive to the “detuning” of the input data relative to the optimal policy when changing the intensity levels within this schedule. Thus, it was shown that the results of the regulation of the traffic process at the studied real intersection, obtained by modeling using reinforcement learning, are superior to the optimization approach, but are sensitive to the given intensity schedule.

SYNCHRONIZATION OF SCHEDULES AT THE TRANSFER HUB IN THE PTV VISUM ENVIRONMENT PTV虚拟环境中传输中心的时间表同步

This article discusses the problem of synchronizing the schedules of arriving commuter trains and local buses using the example of the transfer hub of the New Peterhof station in the suburbs of St. Petersburg through the PTV Visum program. To solve the problem, a transport model of the transfer node in question was developed. The article describes the method of synchronization of the schedule by the considered software, which was performed through the procedures of redistribution according to the schedule and optimization of the shift of intervals. During the implementation of the redistribution procedures, it was possible to reduce the total waiting time for public transport on the line by 14%, and at the Novy Peterhof station by 9%. The cost estimate of the time and the socio-economic effect of reducing the waiting time for transport were also calculated.

The article considered two methods of positioning unmanned aircraft systems in space: ArUco-markers and GPS. For an unmanned aircraft system, the positioning of which is carried out using ArUco-markers, a mode of following the vehicle and landing on a mobile vehicle has been developed. In the conditions of a laboratory experiment, on the basis of the laboratory of operation of unmanned aircraft systems of the SUAI Engineering School, the operability of the developed modules was checked. To monitor the landing process, a real-time video stream was used from the onboard camera of the unmanned aircraft system and visual observation of it.

The article discusses and defines the main components of the transport-retuned node «Zvezdnaya». The analysis of traffic flows at the intersection of streets as part of the TPU is carried out. Also, the statistics of the traffic congestion of the TPU with passenger flows are presented. In particular, the characteristics of transport and passenger flows are described. To study the congestion of the metro lobby station, a simulation model of the queuing system in the AnyLogic environment has been implemented.

This article discusses the main performance indicators on the social public route No. 530 in the city of Moscow and its optimization based on them by the method of replacing rolling stock. Since bus transport is one of the most important components of the transport network of the metropolis, it would be reasonable to improve this type of passenger transportation. Data on passenger traffic on the route under consideration indicate a high demand for the chosen direction.

The article proposes a methodology for ensuring the safety of the transportation process performed using an unmanned aircraft system - light and sound accompaniment of the flight stages, as well as signaling of errors during the flight. The development is designed to ensure that people who are under the aircraft on the route of its flight are aware of take-off, making an error-free flight and landing, and warn about the danger of being under the drone in emergency situations.

AOON protocol stack is described, the operation of the transport layer, data link layer and the management layer of the AOON protocol stack is considered in details. The article also describes a software model designed to check the correctness of operation of the AOON protocol stack from a functional point of view, and an example of the developed software model is provided.

This article presents the calculation of the optimal batch, dimensional and mass characteristics and the required number of transport packages for the transportation of Karelian birch in "knife" bars and boards. The number and weight of bars on EURO or FIN pallets, the number of boards of the same cubic capacity are determined and transport packages and stacks of boards are calculated taking into account the realization of the maximum possible carrying capacity and cargo capacity of vehicles and containers. The choice and justification of the rolling stock and its necessary quantity for transportation of the calculated batch of wood is made.

RESEARCH OF SCIENTIFIC DATA IN THE FIELD OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE 人工智能领域的科学数据研究

Based on current trends, you can see the need for a deeper development of the field related to artificial intelligence. Mainly for information to minimize the occurrence of human error. Today there are many publications that confirm what was said in the above thesis. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to imagine the scale of interest in this topic, due to the almost complete absence of visual representations. This fact, combined with a huge amount of information, can cause difficulties not only in the study, but also in the search for materials. In this regard, there is a need for data analysis using the VOSVIEWER program, which is able to create bibliographic networks, representing the visualization of bibliographic lists, and the BIBLIOMETRIX package, which allows for quantitative analysis and statistics of articles in order to find their citation and publication activity. The analyzed materials will be downloaded from the largest bibliographic and abstract database Scopus.
