CHINT group, a typical cluster firm, is selected in this paper for discussing the decision mechanism of local search and extra-local search based on the cluster firms' growth stages. The results indicate that local search and extra-local search show different effects on firms at different growth stages. Besides, we find an interesting phenomenon: along with cluster firms' five growth stages, the role of local search changes from dominant to supportive, and finally becomes concise; while extra-local network seems to co-develop along with the firm's growth positively.

Prior studies mostly focus on the outcomes of realized strategies in the strategic management literature. Very few of them examine how strategies are developed, what affects the firm's strategic orientation, and how strategic orientation affects firm's innovation performance. As key factor, top managers provide guidelines and directions for firm's pivotal strategy decisions. Despite the fact that most strategic orientations are initiated at the top management team (TMT) level, very little is understood about how the TMT diversity influences the strategic orientations. Based on the literature review, this paper summarizes the research achievement of TMT diversity and Strategic orientation. According to the major research direction and the major flaw in prior study, we propose a research framework among TMT diversity, strategic orientation, and innovation performance. Finally, we discuss implications for theory and practice.

Hofstede's culture values framework has been widely used by researchers since it was first raised in 1980. Long-term orientation is one of the five dimensionalities of the framework which came from “Confucius Dynamics”. Previous research indicated that it has an positive effect on stuffs' willingness of knowledge sharing. This paper intends to explore the mechanism hidden between them, and find a perception of long-term interaction plays a mediate role between them.

Based on transaction cost theory, this paper investigates the relationship between technology capability and MNC's technology licensing strategies. Using data of international patent licensing happened in China during 2005-2006, this study examine the impact of technology gap on non-exclusive right in licensing contract. And technology competition negatively moderates the relationship between technology gap and licensor's choice. The results extend technology licensing theory.

In this paper, the influential factor model of SaaS user acceptance was built and tested. We found that e-service quality of SaaSwas primarily made up of four dimensions: ease of use, security, reliability and responsiveness. And all of them have impacts on SaaS user acceptance and can be measured by the SaaSQual scale. We also found perceived usefulness, ease of use, reliability, responsiveness and social influence have direct positive impacts on user behavioral intention to use SaaS, while security has an indirect positive impact on user behavioral intention to use SaaS through perceived usefulness.

From knowledge dynamics perspective, knowledge management mainly includes organizational learning, organizational memory and organizational forgetting. In the context of change and cross-culture, more and more scholars pay attention to knowledge management from the perspective of knowledge forgetting, particularly in active forgetting obsolete knowledge. That is unlearning. According to the past literatures, this paper firstly gives a summary of the concept and connotation of unlearning. At the same time, we talk about the evolving process of unlearning and discuss the difference and connection between organizational unlearning and learning. Then we analyze the mechanisms of unlearning. Based on the types of knowledge, we discuss the different levels of unlearning between individuals and organizations. Meanwhile, we also discuss the process mechanism of unlearning, which includes the behavior process and the cognitive process. Finally, we discuss about future research directions and issues. One the one hand, we should study factors that hinder organizational unlearning more and establish corresponding mechanisms to overcome these negative factors. On the other hand, we should pay more attention to the interactions between organizational unlearning and unlearning and keep balance between them.

The fundamental question of organization when facing with rapidly changing environment is that how to develop or change its resources. Exploring new resource is challenging in the meaning that it requires new technological domain which depart from the firm's existing knowledge. Although previous studies have emphasized the importance of understanding firm's dynamic capability to change its previous resources, we have still struggled with the questions on how incumbent manages the much broader series of resources. In this paper, the case of hybrid vehicle development provides a unique setting to examine how an established company develops its resource portfolio changes in people, assets and knowledge.

Industry-university-research institution collaboration plays more and more important roles in the regional innovation systems. However, what is the structure of the collaboration in the systems? What's more, what's the relationship between the structure and the activities of regional innovation? This study examined the Indus-try-university-research institution collaborative modes within four different regional innovation systems of China. Based on the patents including universities of Guangdong province, Zhejiang province, Liaoning province and Sichuan province during the year 2000-2010, different collaborative structures in regional innovation systems are discussed.

As with the constantly development of globalization, different countries and regions have been closely linked. The flow of international capital, technology, product and labor creates new chance for the conflicts and blends of diverse cultures. In such a background, individuals' creativity plays a critical role in the development of itself and enterprises. An increasing number of researches have focused on how to convert culture's similarity and differences to multiple culture resource advantage, hence enhancing organizational innovation and development. This paper presents a framework that integrates and reinterprets current research in cross-culture and creativity. The framework also serves to identify areas that need further thinking and can be used as a template for those who want to have a whole picture of cross-culture and creativity.
