Research on the relationship between open innovation, organizational learning and firm's innovation performance 开放式创新、组织学习与企业创新绩效的关系研究

From the theoretical logic which open innovation could improve innovation performance through promoting organizational learning, the paper suggests that the breadth, depth and coordination of open innovation play a significant promoting role for firms. Firms have more advantages in knowledge acquisition, absorption and utilization by the means of multi-cooperation with external technology sources. Open innovation has value for firms to explore and absorb new knowledge, and to enhance knowledge capability in the existing technology areas. The paper conducts an empirical research with 171 Chinese firm samples, the result shows that the breadth, depth and coordination of open innovation have a significant positive influence on organizational learning, the impact of open innovation on firm's innovation performance is conducted through organizational learning.

Empirical study of the processes of Internet Word-of-Mouth within an online community context 网络社区背景下网络口碑传播过程的实证研究

With the development of Internet, network is becoming a more and more important channel through which consumers look for product information. But there is very little academic research on how internet information affects consumer behavior. The purpose of this study is to explore the predictors and mechanism of the influence of IWOM in virtual communities. The results show that, expertise of source, homophily, hedonic motivations and perceived search facility were four factors that affect the influence of IWOM. Furthermore, IWOM actively sought and trust have significant mediating effects on the relationship of predictors and the influence of IWOM.

Innovation management in Japanese electronics companies: A perspective of total innovation management (TIM) 日本电子企业的创新管理:全面创新管理的视角

Total innovation management (TIM) is a new paradigm of innovation management in the 21st century. TIM provides a totally new approach for us to management innovation. It emphasizes that all elements of innovation, and all innovators should be included, and companies should innovate in all time, spaces, and aim at value-added. Based on this framework, this paper analyzes the challenges and solutions in three Japanese firms-PANASONIC, SONY and SHARP.

On the relationship of leadership behavior, team cohesion and team innovation performance 论领导行为、团队凝聚力与团队创新绩效的关系

The team leaders' leadership behaviors often influence team innovation performance. In this paper, we introduce variable “team cohesion” to the relationship between the team leadership behavior and team innovation performance to study of the relationship among the three. Through an empirical research we find: (1) the transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and paternalistic leadership all influence team cohesion significantly, and the influence degree from high to low is transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership; (2) both transactional leadership and transformational leadership have an significant influence on team innovation performance, yet paternalistic leadership is not; (3) team cohesion has a partial intermediary function in the relationship between transactional leadership behavior, transformational leadership behavior and team innovation performance.

Organizational slack and firm innovativeness in a transitional economy: The role of strategic proactiveness and IPR protection strength 转轨经济中的组织松弛与企业创新:战略主动性与知识产权保护力度的作用

In this study, we examine the relationship between organizational slack and firm innovativeness in transitional economy. Based upon it, we identify two moderators including strategic proactiveness and IPR protection strength, which influence the relationship between organizational slack and innovation significantly. A research framework of organizational slack and innovativeness is proposed then. Moreover, the theoretical contributions and managerial implications are discussed at the end of this study.

A research on the characteristics and influencing factors of undergraduates' career decision-making difficulties — Based on Zhejiang Sci-Tech University 大学生职业决策困难特征及影响因素研究——以浙江理工大学为例

This study introduces the characteristics and influencing factors of undergraduates' career decision-making difficulties. The participants are 233 undergraduates from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. The questionnaire used was the Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ; Gati & Saka, 2001). SPSS was used to conduct and analyze the study. There are several results are revealed as follows: (1) The structure of career decision-making difficulties is in line with results tested in foreign countries, but indecision factor jumps into the lack of information dimensions. (2)The girls' score was significantly higher than the boys' in “general indecisiveness”. (3) Significant grade differences between groups in “the lack of information about the self”. (4) Significant difference between different professional groups in “general indecisiveness”. (5) Whether is consistent or not, they all have interested professional and can focus on the relevant information. Persons without interests, will be disturbed by much more redundant information, can't focus on the relevant information. (6) To exchange information by the fixed social groups, it can increase the college students' understanding level on self and profession and reduce the puzzle of the career decision-making. (7) Students whose significance of employment is “to gain respect from others”, their scores of four factors are far lower than those whose significance of employment is “to reduce the burden of home”. (8) The students who “to gain respect from others” have a longer term in their planning, their goal of professional development is higher, and those who “to reduce the burden of home”, their employment is more blind, think more of the present difficulties. (9) The person who has the finest virtue, doesn't think that he has “virtue”, so is a virtue.

Feedback complexity analysis on community health service based on system dynamic 基于系统动态的社区卫生服务反馈复杂性分析

Urban community health service (the following is short for CHS) is a complex socio-economic system, there are some negative feedback structures that limits to achieve the function of CHS, only remove the restricted factors in the structure, can lead to harmonious development between the CHS organization and community residents. Based on the system research in the concrete CHS center and CHS station, the paper analyzed the dilemma of urban CHS in Jiangxi province, built the limit-to-growth archetype of restricting to CHS development by the method of system archetype. Under the guide of systematic scientific principles, the paper established structure model by the means of the feedback complexity principle of system dynamics, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure to improve the development of CHS, which achieve the purpose of analyzing the CHS development in a system scientific method.

Work style assessment for project managers in new energy industry 新能源行业项目经理工作作风评估

In the context of the development of new energy industry in China, this article combines literature analysis and questionnaire survey to discuss about the topic. Based on 190 questionnaires collected from students and practitioners, the article uses spss18.0 to explore and analyze vocational ability evaluation system of project manager in new energy industry, in order to identify the most important work competence and working style. Furthermore, three kinds of working styles of project manager in new energy industry are analyzed.
本文在中国新能源产业发展的背景下,采用文献分析和问卷调查相结合的方法来探讨本课题。本文通过对学生和从业人员的190份问卷调查,运用spss18.0软件对新能源行业项目经理职业能力评价体系进行了探索和分析,以确定项目经理最重要的工作能力和工作方式。进一步分析了新能源行业项目经理的三种工作方式。

Based on Shenzhen GEM listed company data in June, 2012, combined the Upper Echelons Theory in TMT study with the CEM in diversity research, this paper studies empirically with STATA 10.0 software to explore the relationship between TMT characteristics and R&D investment. The results show that TMT with younger members and rich working experiences tends to invest more on R&D however, the average age and gender diversity do not have significant affect. The results verify the proposition in CEM, which states that the elaboration of task-relevant information and perspectives is an important mediating variable between group diversity and organization innovation performance.
本文以2012年6月深圳创业板上市公司数据为基础,结合TMT研究中的上层梯队理论和多样性研究中的CEM理论,运用STATA 10.0软件进行实证研究,探讨TMT特征与研发投入之间的关系。结果表明,年轻、工作经验丰富的TMT倾向于加大研发投入,而平均年龄和性别多样性对TMT研发投入的影响不显著。研究结果验证了CEM中的命题,即任务相关信息和观点的阐述是群体多样性与组织创新绩效之间的重要中介变量。

The equipment manufacture industrial competitiveness development level determines one nation or region industrialized process. And it is the key element in promoting economy for regions or nations. So, appraising equipment manufacturing industrial competitiveness in scientific and objective methods is very important. The paper contributes to put forward an appraisal system for evaluating the equipment manufacturing industrial competitiveness, and then give the empirical test.
装备制造业产业竞争力的发展水平决定着一个国家或地区的工业化进程。这是关键元素为地区或国家在促进经济。因此,科学、客观地评价装备制造业产业竞争力具有十分重要的意义。本文提出了装备制造业产业竞争力评价体系,并进行了实证检验。
