This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Boarding School-Based Character Education (PKBP) which focuses on improving the personality qualities of students at MINU KH. Mukmin Sidoarjo. The study method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using the theory from Milles and Huberman, which includes descriptive narrative, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity was checked through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results showed that the implementation of PKBP at MINU KH. Mukmin Sidoarjo involves four aspects: teaching and learning activities, extracurricular activities, Islamic boarding school religious activities implemented in schools, and supporting activities. To improve the quality of personality, focus is given to inculcating the values of religious character, honesty, discipline, tolerance, independence, hard work, curiosity, national spirit or nationalism, communication, fondness of reading, environmental and social care, and responsibility. The PKBP strengthening program is carried out in three ways, namely extracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular programs.

This study aims to determine the effect of gratitude (gratitude) in Islam on psychological well-being (psychological well-being) in final-year students at UIN Malang and to determine the magnitude of the significance of gratitude (gratitude) in Islam on psychological well-being (psychological well-being) in final-year students in UIN Malang. “This research is quantitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were final-year students who were attending lectures at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The sample used in this study consisted of 12 respondents. The method used in selecting the sample is purposive sampling. Eksistensi hukum Islam yang berkembang di masyarakat sudah sejak lama dapat diterima dengan baik yang dipahami sebagai sebuah hukum. Al Qur’an dan as Sunnah menjadi sumbernya sebagai ajaran syariat Islam. Ajaran hukum Islam juga mempengaruhi tata hukum di Indonesia baik berupa hukum tertulis maupun hukum tidak tertulis. Hukum Islam mempunyai kedudukan yang penting dan strategis di tengah-tengah masyarakat Indonesia, yang mayoritasmemeluk agama Islam. Perjalanan sejarah hukum Islam telah mengangkar dalam masyarakat Indonesia baik dari zaman kerajaan, zaman kolonialisasi maupun zaman setelah kemerdekaan. Hukum Islam tidak dapat dipungkiri ikut memberikan andil dalam tatanan sistem hukum nasional di Indonesia dan tentunya berkontribusi dalam memberikan pembinaan hukum di masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif empiris. Pengumpulan data melalui cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan reduksi data, verifikasi data dan analisis data. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan korelasi yang nyata bagi hukum Islam alam rangka pembinaan kesadaran hukum masyarakat Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of product reviews to buying interest of UINFAS Bengkulu students in terms of islamic economic perspective. This research uses the type of field research, with descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results obtained from the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that product reviews are very important and able to increase the buying interest of UINFAS Bengkulu students. Because, product reviews are very helpful in increasing knowledge about products that suit their needs. Meanwhile, product reviews by @Urb4bygrl in terms ofislamics perspective have fulfilled the four elements of moral values in Islamic teachings which include: Shiddiq (honest), amanah (responsible), fathanah (intelligent), and tabligh (communicative). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas review produk dalam meningkatkan tminat beli mahasiswa UINFAS Bengkulu ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa review produk sangat penting dan mampu meningkatkan minat beli mahasiswa UINFAS Bengkulu. Karena, review produk sangat membantu dalam menambah pengetahuan mengenai produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Istighosah is not merely confined to religious practice but also serves as a means to preserve and safeguard the culture and identity of the community as a whole. This inspires a deep understanding of spiritual principles that strengthen and nurture the community in harmony with the embraced local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in reinforcing students' character through regular Istighosah activities. Through a phenomenological approach, data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis at SDN Wonosari Gempol, Pasuruan. The collected data were afterward analyzed using the methods developed by Miles Huberman and Saldana (2014), which involve data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The study's findings reveal that Islamic Education teachers in Reinforcing Students' Character through Routine Istighosah Activities at SDN Wonosari Gempol Pasuruan reflected that students can exhibit religious attitudes in their daily lives, demonstrate discipline both individually and collectively, and exhibit a sense of responsibility as learners by learners performing their tasks diligently.

Abstract Jambi Malays have diverse traditions, such as the Payung Sekaki marriage tradition in the village of Muara Madas, Jambi. The purpose of this research is to find out the hadith foundation behind the Payung Sekaki marriage tradition. As for data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study uses Peter L. Berger's sociology of knowledge theory. The results of this study indicate that the practice of the Payung Sekaki marriage tradition in the village of Muara Madras is the practice of the Hadith helping each other which originates from the traditional motto "tudung manudung bak daun sihei" which means helping each other, the strong help the weak and the weak are assisted by the strong. In Peter L. Berger's theory of the sociology of knowledge, the Payung Sekaki marriage tradition has three processes, namely; (a) Externalization which is the understanding of religious leaders about the Hadith of mutual help which is then applied in the Payung Sekaki marriage tradition. (b) Objectification, namely the response of the Muara Madras village community regarding the Payung Sekaki marriage tradition. 占碑马来人有不同的传统,例如占碑Muara Madas村的Payung Sekaki婚姻传统。本研究的目的是找出Payung Sekaki婚姻传统背后的圣训基础。至于使用观察、访谈和文件的数据收集技术。本研究的数据分析过程采用Peter L. This study examines the use of digital literacy to increase the learning outcomes of PAI students at SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya. This study uses quantitative research with a correlational descriptive approach. Data collection using a questionnaire was carried out in a self-administered questionnaire, namely, the respondents answered the questionnaire themselves that had been made by the researcher. The sample used was 177 students as respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using the Smart PLS application version 3.0. The results showed that the ability to access digital tools (XI), the ability to search for information with digital devices (X2), and the ability to evaluate information from the Internet (X3) both partially and simultaneously had a significant positive effect on PAI learning outcomes (Y). Digital literacy skills are very important in learning, especially in finding PAI information with digital tools. The more professional students are in search for this information, their insights and knowledge references will increase so that student learning outcomes for PAI will also increase.

The BMK (Book Reading Guidance) lesson is one of the lessons taught at the Qomarudin Sampurnan Bungah Gresik Madrasah Diniyah Islamic Boarding School which is given to students of the Tsalis magic class, Robi. Khomis, and Sadist. The salaf book used is the book of Fathul Qorib. The BMK learning method at Madrasah Diniyah Qomaruddin so far has been bandongan (lectures). The sorogan method is a learning activity for santri that focuses more on developing individual abilities under the guidance of a kyai/ustadz. The purpose of implementing the sorogan method is to improve the ability of the students personally so as to produce a more stable learning achievement for each student. The method in this research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 24 students of the Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Qomaruddin Sampurnan Bungah. Data collection procedures carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of the sorogan method was quite good. The classical values before cycle, cycle I, and II were respectively 25%, 66.67% and 100%. The average value of students increased in each cycle from 67.17, 68.75 and in cycle II to 89.79. The results of this study indicate that the sorogan method is classified as effective in increasing BMK (Book Reading Guidance) learning achievement for students.

The debate about democracy and Islam has consistently been juxtaposed as if it never reaches a final resolution, leading to disharmony between pro and con camps in relation to democracy, especially in the contemporary era. This study elucidates that there is no need for a dichotomy between democracy and the discourse of the Quran, as the Quranic vision is not contradictory to the spirit of democracy. This research is conducted based on direct observation, taking into account empirical evidence from literature and phenomena occurring within society. The study concludes that such debate is not of paramount importance; rather, what is more urgent is fostering public participation capable of implementing democracy that aligns with the vision of the Quran and Islam at large, to prevent all forms of injustice, authoritarianism, intolerance, and oppression.
