Karapan Case in Islamic Perspective as a Madurary Cultural Identity in Pasean Pamekasan Community 伊斯兰视角下的卡拉潘案例:帕桑帕梅卡桑社区的马杜罗文化认同

Madura is an island located in the northeast of East Java. Madura has its own unique culture, one of the cultural icons in Madura is Karapan Sapi (Kerrabhân sapè), a cow racing competition. The Karapan Sapi culture emerged from the upbringing of K Ahmad Baidlowi, the grandson of Prince Pulang Jiwo (Panembbahan Blingi), to cultivate crops as a form of gratitude to God Almighty for the abundant harvest. But today's culture is experiencing degradation and is far from Islamic elements. This research is a literature study to see how the Karapan Sapi culture is from an Islamic perspective and its relation to the identity of the island of Madura itself. From the analysis of the existing theory, it can be concluded that Karapan Sapi (Kerrabhân sapè) is a typical Madurese tradition combining folk celebrations, entertainment, livestock health performances, and cattle racing. It is called Kerapan Sapi because two pairs of bulls compete for their running speed (é kerrap). Purpose if this research is to describe the karapan case in an Islamic perspective in the 20th century and the present. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. As for analysis used is qualitative data analysis which consists of three stages to answer the problem studied. The degradation in implementing the Kerapan Sapi tradition is due to criminal acts or activities that lead to things contrary to Islamic religious values. Torture of animals in the tradition of Karapan Sapi is the reason for the issuance of the Decree of the Governor of East Java No. 1/ins/2012 dated May 1, 2012, regarding the prohibition of bull racing with violence. The revitalization of Karapan Sapi's culture, which has a strong Islamic feel, takes time to implement. Law enforcement is also tricky and takes a long time to be realized. This is caused by the lack of firmness of the government and law enforcement, as well as the lack of awareness from the public.

Psikologi Islam Ibn Miskawaih Dalam Rehabilitasi Penyakit Mental Manusia 伊斯兰心理学Miskawaih的母亲在精神疾病康复中的作用

This article aims to examine the urgency of Ibn Miskawaih's Islamic psychology in rehabilitating human mental illness by referring to one of his magnumopuses entitled Tahdzīb Al-Akhlāq and several studies on his frame of mind. By using descriptive analysis, it is concluded that Ibn Miskawaih's Islamic psychology is studied through the discourse of al-quwwah al-ghadābiyyah which affects human feelings and thoughts as an indicator of the creation of suffering, depression, and sadness. In order to overcome the mental illness faced by modern humans, Ibn Miskawaih through his philosophical discourse on the soul views the problems of suffering, depression, and sadness based on the anxiety of the human soul in thinking and stimulating everything in reality. The soul is the essence of human existence that affects human actions, thoughts, and feelings so that individuals must practice the perfection of their essence through al-quwwah an-natiqah. In addition to offering a philosophical discourse on the soul as a mental illness rehabilitation process, Ibn Miskawaih's paradigm also responds to the views of western psychologists, such as Aaron Beck and Sigmund Freud who assess mental illness can be treated through social relationships. As a result, human mental rehabilitation is only studied materially, without seeing the essence that is seen as the core of human existence in reality. The result of this paper is to perfect the offer of western psychologists in the discourse of science through Ibn Miskawaih's Islamic psychology.

The history of hadith, such as regarding the issue of its codification, which has an important role, position, or contribution in the development of Islamic historiography, has left various problems of interpretation that are not clear, complicated, and problematic, thus triggering scholars to respond. One of them is Muhammad ‘Ajaj al-Khatib through his work as-Sunnah Qabla at-Tadwin. However, ‘Ajaj’s thoughts on the history of hadith in his book are still not explained analytically. This study aims to fill that gap. This study is a literature study of the work of ‘Ajaj, as-Sunnah Qabla at-Tadwin, which is equipped with various relevant secondary sources. The result is that ‘Ajaj’s thoughts found in his book as-Sunnah Qabla at-Tadwin are a response to the accusations by skeptics of the Prophet's hadith which are considered problematic in their historicity and authenticity. ‘Ajaj’s response to this topic aims not only to strengthen Muslim’s belief in the authenticity of the Prophet’s traditions but also to enlighten Muslim’s understanding of the history of the Prophet’s traditions and affirm the view that the Prophet's traditions have been preserved since the time of the Prophet. For ‘Ajaj, the hadith of the Prophet SAW from the beginning has been guaranteed to be authenticated. Because, since the time of the Prophet, hadith has been studied, taught, and maintained seriously and strictly. This is because so much attention has been paid to the hadith as the second source of Islamic teachings, and the consequences for those who deny it are so heavy.

Takhrīj as a search for al-Ḥadīth to its original sources is the first step that must be done. There are many tools that can be used to perform takhrīj al-Ḥadīth. This paper attempts to compare the accuracy of three tools of takhrīj al-Ḥadīth that are widely used today, namely Kitab al-Mu‘jam al-Mufahras li Alfādh al-Hadts, Software al-Maktabah al-Shāmilah and Software Jawāmi‘ al-Kalim. By conducting a comparative analysis that is practiced on the takhrīj al-Ḥadīths of intention and the al-Ḥadīths of human creation, the result is that the al-Maktabah al-Shāmilah software has the highest accuracy with a 100% level both in the al-Ḥadīth of intention and of human creation, then the book al-Mu‘jam al-Mufahras li Alfādh al-Al-Ḥadīth with 100% accuracy rate for intention al-Ḥadīth and 81.82% for human creation al-Ḥadīth, and the lowest is Jawāmi‘ al-Kalim software which only reaches 50% accuracy rate for intention al-Ḥadīth and 37.5% for human creation al-Ḥadīth.

This study aims to describe the discourse on the controversial translation of the Koran Bacaan Mulia by H.B Jassin. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative method with analysis using content analysis. The results of this study that the translation of the Koran H.B. Jassin is unique because it displays the aesthetics of the Qur'an which is manifested in the form of a poetic translation. This work caused a stir in the country and invited the controversy of Muslims in Indonesia. Various accusations and criticisms were directed at H.B Jassin who was considered incompatible in the field of the Qur'an because he did not master Arabic and other sciences that supported the process of translating the Qur'an. The debate about whether the Qur'an tends to be poetic or prose, long before H.B Jassin's work related to the poetry of the Qur'an appeared. The majority of scholars are of the opinion that the Qur'an without being poetic already contains elements of very great poetry. Regarding the rhyme contained in the Qur'an, not only Muslim scholars have studied it. The orientalists also discussed it, such as Richard Bell, who argued that there are hidden rhymes. Differences in understanding the verses in the Koran itself have sometimes led to pros and cons, plus there have been translations in poetic form whose content sometimes does not match the original text. Apart from that, the translation of the Qur'an H.B Jassin; The Noble Readings of the Qur'an should be appreciated because it has colored the treasures of Islamic scholarship in Indonesia as well as a form of creativity in receptive to the Qur'an.
摘要本研究旨在探讨贾辛(h.b. North Jember is part of a mountainous area that is potentially disaster-prone. The year 2006 became a terrible historical momentum called a national disaster, thus closing the possibility of such a disaster happening again is a shared need. Religion, which contains all the teachings, becomes a very important material in instilling awareness of the care for the environment around them, because in it there are descriptions of human responsibility for the dishes that have been given by God in the form of the universe. PENGGUNAAN METODE SOROGAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS BACAAN AL-QUR’AN 使用索罗根方法提高古兰经阅读质量

This research is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of reading the Qur'an to students, as a step to anticipate the decline of the Qur'anic generation that is currently happening. Islamic boarding schools apply the use of the sorogan method in Islamic boarding schools, designed to form Qur'anic people who believe in the truth of the contents of the Qur'an, read, memorize, and understand the meaning contained properly and correctly. This requires to form individuals who are proficient in reading the Qur'an in accordance with the science of tajwid, makhorijul letters, shifatul letters and try to produce tartil reading quality. The use of the sorogan method is unique and different from the others, so that triggers are interested in research. The purpose of the study was to examine how the use of the sorogan method in improving the quality of reading the Qur'an at the Al-Istiqomah Tanjungsiang Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative research method with a case approach. The research subjects used were the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, the community council (teacher) of the students of the Al-Istiqomah Tanjungsiang Islamic boarding school. The instruments used are interviews and observations. Meanwhile, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification were used as steps to analyze the data. The results of this study, namely the use of the sorogan method in improving the quality of reading the Qur'an at the Al-Istiqomah Tanjungsiang Islamic boarding school applied, namely (a). get used to using the sorogan method in improving the quality of reading the Qur'an as it is done at dawn, ba'da magrib and taqroruddurus time (b). knowing the advantages of the sorogan method, seen by looking at the results of using the sorogan method then students practicing and developing it (c). before using the sorogan method, it was rather difficult for students to read the Qur'an (d). get used to discipline by coming to the Koran not too late (e) getting used to using the sorogan method, namely reading Al-Fatihah letters together, reading prayers, students facing the ustadz one by one, and finally closing prayers together. same. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengidintifikasi landasan efistemologi hukum Islam dalam kontruksi Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 Tentang Zakat Penghasilan. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif diskriptif analisis berupa library research dengan pendekatan normatif filosofis dan didukung teori pradigma rasionalisme hukum Islam untuk menganalisis data primer dan skunder. Adapun data primer terdiri dari Fatwa MUI No. 3 Tahun 2003 Tentang Zakat Penghasilan, Peraturan Meteri Agama RI No. 52 Tahun 2014 Tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Penghitungan Zakat Mal dan Zakat Fitrah serta Pendayagunaan Zakat untuk Usaha Produktif,  Musyawarah Nasional Tarjih XXV Tanggal 8 Juli 2000 M, Keputusan Sidang Dewan Hisbah 12 Sya’ban 1423 H Tentang Zakat Profesi, dan Hasil Bahtsul Masail Nahdlatul Ulama. Sebaliknya data sekunder terdiri dari kitab, buku dan artikel ilmiah yang ada relevansinya dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi Fatwa MUI Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 Tentang Zakat Penghasilan menggunakan pradigma rasionalisme hukum Islam dengan aliran epistemologi Bayani, yaitu mengqiyaskan zakat profesi dengan zakat emas senilai 85 gram, kadar zakatnya 2,5%. Dalil yang digunakan oleh MUI. Pertama, ayat al-Qur’an surat al-Baqarah 267, 219 dan al-Taubah 103. Kedua, Hadist yang diriwayatkan oleh Ibn Umar, Abu Hurairah dan Hakim bin Hizam. PERKEMBANGAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN, SISTEM PEMERINTAH DAN ILMU TASAWUF PADA DINASTI ABBASIYAH abbasid王朝的科学、政府制度和科学发展

The Abbasid dynasty was the most successful Islamic dynasty in advancing Islamic civilization, among the aspects of progress made by this dynasty were the government system, the development of science and the development of Sufism at that time. The purpose of this study was to find out more specifically about the development of science, the system of government adopted and the development of Sufism in the Abbasid dynasty. Furthermore, the author uses a qualitative approach method with the type of library research by processing reading results, notes related to research sourced from journals, books and scientific articles and then processing them into library findings. To find out and analyze these findings, the authors apply the interactions used by Milles and Huberman, namely by selecting the information or data source, presenting the findings, and providing conclusions from the findings. From the analysis it is known that the development of science during the Abbasid dynasty developed very rapidly giving birth to religious and general science disciplines, forming scientific supporting facilities. In this dynasty the system of government adopted was a monarchical system, a caliph had a strong and solid authority in carrying out his duties and policies, and political policies had to be in line with religion. In carrying out the social life of the people in this dynasty, it was inseparable from the teachings of Sufism.   Keywords: The development of science, the system of government, the science of Sufism.   Abstrak Dinasti Abbasiyah adalah dinasti yang paling sukses dalam hal memajukan peradaban islam, diantara aspek kemajuan yang ditorehkan oleh dinasti ini adalah sistem pemerintahan, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan perkembangan ilmu tasawuf pada masa itu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lebih spesifik tentang perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, sistem pemerintahan yang dianut dan perkembangan ilmu tasawuf yang ada pada dinasti Abbasiyah. Selanjutnya, penulis menggunakan Metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Kepustakaan dengan mengolah hasil bacaan, catatan terkait penelitian yang bersumber dari jurnal, buku-buku dan artikel ilmiah kemudian diolah menjadi hasil temuan pustaka. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis temuan tersebut, penulis menerapkan interaksi yang digunakan Milles dan Huberman yaitu dengan alur memilih informasi atau sumber data, menyajikan temuan, dan memberikan kesimpulan dari hasil temuan tersebut. Dari hasil analisis keilmuan pada dinasti abbasiyah berkembang sangat pesat serta melahirkan disiplin ilmu agama dan ilmu ilmu umum, membentuk fasilitas penunjang keilmuan. Pada dinasti ini sistem pemerintahan yang dianut adalah sistem monarki, seorang kholifah memiliki otoritas kuat dan kokoh dalam menjalankan tugas dan kebijakan, serta kebijakan politik harus sejalan dengan agama. Dalam menjalankan kehidupan sosial masyarakat pada dinasti ini tidak terlepas dari ajaran ilmu tasawuf.   Kata kuci: Perkembangan

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lebih spesifik tentang perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, sistem pemerintahan yang dianut dan perkembangan ilmu tasawuf yang ada pada dinasti Abbasiyah. Selanjutnya, penulis menggunakan Metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Kepustakaan dengan mengolah hasil bacaan, catatan terkait penelitian yang bersumber dari jurnal, buku-buku dan artikel ilmiah kemudian diolah menjadi hasil temuan pustaka. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis temuan tersebut, penulis menerapkan interaksi yang digunakan Milles dan Huberman yaitu dengan alur memilih informasi atau sumber data, menyajikan temuan, dan memberikan kesimpulan dari hasil temuan tersebut. RELEVANSI MODERASI BERAGAMA DI TENGAH MASYARAKAT MAJEMUK 多元化社会中宗教温和相关性

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan urgensi moderasi beragama di Indonesia dalam perpektif filsafat. Tidak bisa dipungkiri lagi bahwa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang unik “homogenous society” dan “religions” sekaligus. Tetapi ketika mengelola keberagaman, Indonesia justeru mengalami “anomali” dan “krisis” yang akut. Fenomena “pertarungan” dan “kompetisi” yang bersifat sosiologis baik dalam bentuk ekstrimisme, intoleransi, perundungan, radikalisme, ujaran kebencian, hingga pada level terorisme nyatanya menyeruak di berbagai daerah, dan acap kali mengganggu stabilitas kehidupan harmonis masyarakat di tanah air. Berdasarkan pada metode interpretasi, dengan merujuk pada berbagai literatur baik berupa buku, jurnal, artikel dan tulisan lepas lainnya yang relefan dengan topik bahasan, dapat di simpulka bahwa moderasi bergama di Indonesia sangat diperlukan dan bahkan mendesak untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk membangun kehidupan bersama yang lebih harmonis. Spirit moderasi beragama seperti toleransi, keadilan, dan keseimbangan adalah prasyarat yang tidak bisa di tawar-tawar oleh siapapun, melainkan harus di junjung tinggi dalam mengelola realitas kehidupan masyarakat majemuk di tanah air.
本文旨在阐述印尼宗教温和派在哲学意义上的紧迫性。毫无疑问,印度尼西亚是一个独特的“同质社会”和“宗教”国家。但在管理多样性时,印度尼西亚的犹斯特鲁经历了严重的“异常”和“危机”。极端主义、不容忍、虐待、激进主义、仇恨言论、恐怖主义在不同地区出现,往往破坏了国内和谐生活的稳定。根据解释方法,通过参考与主题相关的书籍、期刊、文章和其他与主题相关的文献等优秀文献,可以得出结论,印度尼西亚普遍存在的温和,甚至是迫切需要的,是建立更和谐的共同生活的努力。宽容、正义和平衡等宗教温和的精神是任何人都不能讨价还价的先决条件,但必须在管理这个国家多元社会生活的现实方面得到高度重视。
