Permasalahan pengembalian berkas klaim disebabkan oleh ketidaklengkapan dan ketidaksesuaian dokumen berkas klaim mulai dari pelayanan administrasi, pengisian resume medis, pengkodean dan entri data, verifikasi berkas klaim, serta pengajuan klaim. RS Mutiara Bunda merupakan rumah sakit Ibu Anak yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan, kasus pending cukup tinggi dibandingkan dari seluruh klaim yang ditagihkan tahun 2021 pada RSIAyaitu sebanyak 2%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya informasi mendalam terkait pengembalian berkas klaim pelayanan kesehatan JKN di RSIA Mutiara Bunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen, serta analisis data melalui tahapan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Adapun hasil penelitian dari sisi pelayanan admission, belum lengkapnya dokumen klaim yang dipersyaratkan, dari sisi pengkodean dan entri data klaim belum sesuai dengan aturan koding, dari sisi verifikasi berkas klaim masih terjadi pending dikarenakan terlewatnya pada saat verifikasi terkait ketidaklengkapan berkas klaim, adanya formulir yang tidak terscan dan kesalahan pengkodean. Harapannya perlu pembuatan SOP dan uraian tugas pelayanan admission dan pengisian resume medis oleh dokter, pendidikan dan pelatihan koding bagi tenaga koder sehingga mengurangi kekeliruan dalam kodifikasi, memenuhi kelengkapan sarana prasarana penunjang diantaranya mesin scan dan printer untuk dapat mempercepat proses kerja koder.

The 2019-Coronavirus Disease pandemic health crisis requires health services to continue to apply professional nursing models such as the implementation of hand over. Based on observations, hand over is the most frequently encountered of health management services. This study aims to explore the experiences of nurses hand over out acceptable weigh-ins during times of health crisis. The research method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Participants in this study amounted to 5 participants who were selected using a purposive sampling technique according to the inclusion criteria. Research data collection was carried out at Andalas University Hospital on 10-20 June 2022. Data were collected by in-depth interviews which were recorded and assisted with interview guidelines and field notes. The data were analyzed using the thematic method of colaizzi’s analysis. The results of the study obtained 4 themes, namely the accept weighing protocol during the health crisis period, the benefits of weighing receive during the health crisis period, obstacles to the implementation of the accept weigh during the health crisis period, and expectations for the implementation of the accept weigh during the health crisis period. A recommend that the hand over still continue during the health crisis and use personal protect equipment when it works and appropriate procedures as appropriate.

Service at Emergency Room Installation is one of quality evaluation to assess satisfaction. The satisfaction can be measured by identify gaps between patient expectations and services provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of outpatient satisfaction in Emergency Room Installation at Hospital Andalas University City of Padang. The research was surveyed using a Cross Sectional method with Accidentally Sampling toward 100 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Patient satisfaction is measured by the Servqual method, then the service quality dimension in a Cartesian diagram. The results show that the average patient is not satisfied for service in Emergency Room Instalation at Hospital Andalas University. The difference in performance score and expectation on the five dimensions of Servqual show the negative value. The statement that has the highest level of satisfaction is the appearance of employee emergency room installation is neat and clean, where the lowest level of satisfaction is the waiting time service. Based on a Cartesian diagram map showing that Hospital Andalas University management needs to focus on the points contained in diagram A which include on time in providing service, waiting time of services, providing complete the medicine and equipment, sufficient staff, and easy service procedure.

The availability of blood in the city of Padang is in crisis, but the need for blood is increasing every day. This is because the number of donors is decreasing, where there is low interest in donating blood, especially among students. This study aims to explore the perceptions of Andalas University students about blood donation. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. Participants were selected using purposive sampling by visiting student associations and around the campus, it was found that 7 Andalas University students had or had never donated blood. The data processing technique used is the 7-step colaizzi technique. The results of this study obtained 6 themes, namely knowledge related to blood donation, ambivalent perceptions related to blood donation, intentions related to blood donation, physical and psychological responses related to blood donation, internal and external barriers related to blood donation, and efforts to donate blood. Suggestion that the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Padang to conduct counseling about the perceptions, responses and barriers of participants regarding blood donation.

Fine motor development is the ability to move based on the coordination of body organs such as hands, eyes and nerves. One of the stimulations that can be applied to overcome disorders of children's fine motor development is to play plasticine. This study aims to determine the effect of plasticine play therapy on fine motor development in children aged 3-5 years in early childhood education at Batu Bandung Health Center in 2022. The design in this study was a pre-experimental pre-post test design. The population in this study were 70 PAUD children in the working area of Batu Bandung Health Center. Purposive sampling technique with a sample of 23 children. Data analysis technique is MC Nemar. The results showed that the value of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is an effect of plasticine play therapy on the fine motor development of children aged 3-5 years. It is expected that parents and PAUD teachers are actively involved in stimulating children's development activities to achieve optimal development.

With the advancement of technology today, online games have added communication features to facilitate teamwork. However, it turns out that these features are being misused and trigger cyberbullying. As many as 62% or 14 million young gamers have become victims of bullying in the online games they play. This research was conducted to elucidate the extent to which toxic games impact cyberbullying among adolescents. A qualitative design will be employed, where data will be collected through descriptive methods and deep interviews conducted face-to-face with 10 respondents aged between 13-18 years, in various regions of Surabaya, East Java. The Research found that cyberbullying, a form of oppressive behavior in online games, is fueled by the emotional state of the perpetrators towards their victims and has detrimental effects on mental health. However, statements from respondents reveal that, in this era, cyberbullying is considered a norm and that victims are often unable to take meaningful action. Conclusion: Cyberbullying is a form of oppression carried out through online media, driven by various motives such as the emotional state of the perpetrator towards the victim. The impact of cyberbullying can be quite dangerous as it can disrupt mental health and even lead victims to contemplate suicide. However, our respondents stated that cyberbullying has no impact or influence on their personal lives.
