Every organization has human resources which are the most important assets for the company, where those human resources have the ability to develop in determining the company's success in the long run. Human resources in the company need to be managed with the demands and capabilities of the organization. The study aims to: 1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at Puri Hotel Saron Denpasar. The study population was all staff at the Puri Saron Hotel in Denpasar totaling 60 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used is a t-test tool to test the partial effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as analysis of determination to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The regression equation obtained: Y = 0.520 + 0.618 + 0.434 X2. This model shows that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) the amount of influence contributed by work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance is 71.2% , and 4) work motivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Puri Saron Hotel in Denpasar.

This study aims to determine between work motivation and work discipline on performance of civil servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office. This research is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence between work motivation and work discipline on performance on civil servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office. The population used was 108 employees and the sample used was 60% of the total population or as many as 65 respondents. Testing instruments using the validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination, and the t test. The results showed that (1) Work motivation has a positive effect on performance of Civil Servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office with a value of 0.275, (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Provincial Education Office of Bali with a value of 0.642, (3) the magnitude of the influence of work motivation (X1) and work Discipline (X2) on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office amounted to 92.5.8%. means the magnitude of the influence of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on performance (Y) is 92.5%, while the remaining 7.5% is determined by other variables outside of work motivation and work discipline which are not discussed in this study

The purpose of this research: (1) to determine the effect of communication (X1) on employee performance (Y) in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Southwest Sumba Regency, (2) to determine the effect of leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Southwest Sumba Regency, (3) to find out the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Southwest Sumba Regency, (4) to determine the magnitude of the influence of communication and leadership on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Southwest Sumba Regency. The population in this study are employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Southwest Sumba Regency, while determining the sample using the Slovin formula so that the samples obtained were as many as 90 people. Data analysis techniques used were quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, and determination analysis. The analysis shows the regression model Y = 1.545 + 0.205X1 + 0.550X2. The conclusion obtained is communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y) in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Southwest Sumba Regency, which is indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive. Leadership (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y) in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Southwest Sumba Regency, which is indicated by the positive coefficient b2X2 regression coefficient. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance is the leadership variable (X2) that is 0.550 while the communication variable (X1) is 0.205. The magnitude of the influence of communication and leadership on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Southwest Sumba is 78.2% while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

The academic quality of a tertiary institution cannot be separated from its success in organizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research and Community Service. Higher Education is required to continuously develop three advantages, namely excellence in education, research and community service related to the utilization and application of science, technology, and art (IPTEKS). This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and competence on the performance of permanent lecturers. The number of samples in this study were 63 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Sampling uses a census technique, which is a sampling technique that is carried out on certain objectives and considerations. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In the analysis of multiple linear regression obtained equation is Y = 4.048 + 0.204X1 + 0.238X2. In addition to this it is also proven that the influence of Motivation on the Performance of Permanent Lecturers at the Bali International Tourism College is a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the existence of a probability value of less than 0.05 which is 0.04. While the influence of Competence on the Performance of Permanent Lecturers at the Bali International School of Tourism showed a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the existence of a probability value smaller than 0.05 which is 0.008. For the influence of motivation and competence on the performance of permanent lecturers at the Bali International Tourism College is 39.9%.

The problem raised in this study is whether dual role conflict (X1) affects the performance of employees (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa, whether work stress (X2) affects the performance of employees (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa, how much influence the dual role and work stress of the performance of the employees of PT Bodyworks Harum Spa and which independent variables have a dominant influence on the performance of employees at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa. The population in this study amounted to 109 people, this study uses the population as a sample. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, t-test analysis. The analysis shows the regression model Y = 48,663 - 617 (X1) - 538 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that multiple role conflict (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa as shown by the negative coefficient b1X1. Work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bodyworks Harum Spa as indicated by the negative coefficient b2X2 regression coefficient. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Brand Image and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Oriflame Product in Denpasar City. Data collection techniques in this study is the questionnaire. Sampling using a purposive sampling method, the sampling technique is carried out on the purpose and certain considerations of Oriflame product with a minimum age of 17 years old respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression coefficient tests. The findings of this study are brand image (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.638. Price (X2) has a positive and partially significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.027. Brand image (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.824. Implications for the company to always maintain and improve brand image and product quality so that purchasing decisions can be maintained properly. With the quality of ingredients and a good perception of the brand image and price, a positive so that consumer purchasing decisions can be maintained properly.

Data collection techniques in this study is the questionnaire. Sampling using a purposive sampling method, the sampling technique is carried out on the purpose and certain considerations of Oriflame product with a minimum age of 17 years old respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression coefficient tests. The findings of this study are brand image (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.638. Price (X2) has a positive and partially significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.027. Brand image (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.824. Implications for the company to always maintain and improve brand image and product quality so that purchasing decisions can be maintained properly. Along with the development of the tourism industry in Bali, competition in hospitality industry also getting tighter, especially in Nusa Dua region. One of the five-star hotels in Nusa Dua area is Inaya Putri Bali Resort Nusa Dua. This study aims to know the factors that determine the decision of tourists and the dominant factors that determine the decision of tourists to stay at Inaya Putri Bali. Sample determination techniques used purposive sampling method. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who stayed at Inaya Putri Bali. The results then analyzed with factor analysis techniques used SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. The analysis obtained 4 factors which explain 76.980% of the total variance factor. The factors that determine the decision of tourists to stay consist of 4 factors, namely: excellence, surplus value, supporting and marketing mix factors. The dominant factor that determines the decision of tourists to stay is the factor of excellence with an eigenvalue 10.142 and variance factor 50.709%. This study gave an overview to management of Inaya Putri Bali to improve excellence factors adn innovate factors outside of excellence factor in order to attract tourists to stay in the future.

The rapid development of the world of information technology has brought tremendous benefits for the progress of human civilization. Even humans are now able to adapt and participate in developing and utilizing these technologies. Starting from the communication system, electronic system, banking system, even things that were not thought of before, which is used as a motorcycle taxi support. This was then developed further so that online motorcycle taxis were created. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of financial compensation and work stress on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners. This study took a sample in Bali. The sample technique used is incidental sampling technique. The number of respondents used 100 online motorcycle taxi driver partners. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. The regression equation obtained: Y = 31.250 + 0.529X1 - 0.316X2. The results of this study indicate that; First, financial compensation has a positive effect on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Bali. Second, work stress has a negative effect on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Bali. Fourth, the amount of influence contributed by financial compensation and work stress on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Bali was 54.4%.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and employee satisfaction at Villa The Layar Seminyak. This research is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at Villa The Layar Seminyak. The population used was 150 employees and the sample used was 60% of the total population or as many as 90 respondents. Testing instruments using the validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination, and the t test. The results showed that (1) leadership had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at Villa The Layar Seminyak with a value of 0.501, (2) communication had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at the Villa Seminyak Screen with a value of 0.143, (3) the magnitude of the influence of leadership and communication to job satisfaction of employees at Villa The Layar Seminyak by 56.8%, (4) leadership is the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at Villa The Layar Seminyak with a value of 0.595.
