The world of education plays an important role in an effort to make the nation's future generations of quality. This can happen if it is supported by good teacher performance. Factors that influence teacher performance include motivation and use of information technology. The objectives of this study are: to determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Wira Bhakti Technology Vocational School Denpasar, to determine the effect of using information technology on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SMK Teknologi Wira Bhakti Denpasar, to determine how much the influence of motivation and the use of information technology on teacher performance in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic at SMK Teknologi Wira Bhakti Denpasar. The sample used amounted to 52 people with a sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The analysis technique used: descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and determination analysis using SPSS Version 24.0 application. The results showed that: 1) partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SMK Teknologi Wira Bhakti Denpasar, 2) the use of information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Covid pandemic era. -19 at Wira Bhakti Technology Vocational School Denpasar, 3) the magnitude of the influence of motivation and the use of information technology on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Wira Bhakti Technology Vocational School Denpasar was 61.9% while the remaining 38.1% was influenced by other variables which was not discussed in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The research method uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis: Y = 14.075 + 0.268X1+ 0.262X2 indicate that the leadership style (X1) and motivation (X2) are assumed to be equal to 0 (zero), then employee performance (Y) will increase. Significance test using t test obtained tcount (X1) and tcount (X2) is greater than t table of (2,158) and (2,079) greater than (2,012), is in the area of rejection of Ho, this means partially leadership style and motivation have an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Padangsambian Kelod Village Office Denpasar.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of employee morale that occurs in government agencies BPK RI Representatives of Bali Province. Spirit of work is seen from several factors including; employee work discipline and employee job satisfaction. Every employee in an agency is required to have high work discipline so that employees can provide good service to the community. Job satisfaction or employee dissatisfaction depends on the difference between what is expected. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee morale. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 95 employees at the BPK RI Representatives of the Province of Bali. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. The regression equation obtained: Y = 15.356+ 0.422X1 + 0.209X2 + ɛ. The results of this study indicate that; First, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the BPK RI Representative Office of Bali Province. Second, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the BPK RI Representative Office of Bali Province. Third, work discipline has a more dominant influence on employee morale at the BPK RI Representative Office for the Province of Bali and finally work discipline and job satisfaction have an effect of 21.0% on employee morale at the BPK RI Representative Office of Bali Province. Some suggestions that can be conveyed in this research include; give rewards to employees who have a high discipline attitude and punishment for employees who have a low level of discipline, give full support to increase employee job satisfaction in order to support employee morale.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of employee morale in companies, especially in the field of tourism or hospitality. Employee morale is related to communication and the work environment, if communication is not effective, it will have an impact on the survival of the company, because the implementation of this communication cannot be separated from what has been felt by employees which in turn affects employee morale. The work environment has an important meaning, because without communication there will be no interaction between people in an organization, as well as the work environment. good. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of communication and work environment on employee morale. This study uses a quantitative approach, which focuses on hypothesis testing using measured data so that it is hoped that a conclusion can be drawn. The sampling technique used is to use all members of the population as a sample so it is called census research. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 2.280 + 0.430X1 + 0.457X2 + . The results of this study indicate that; firstly, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, secondly the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale and thirdly, communication and work environment have an influence of 64.7% on employee morale. some suggestions that can be given in this research include; improve communication in order to avoid misunderstandings and increase the comfort of the environment where employees work.

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy applied by the company. This research was conducted at The Tanis Beach Resort Lembongan. The subjects in this study were department head managers and customers, totaling 20 people. This study was tested using SWOT analysis by identifying various internal and external factors of the company, namely the analysis of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which were then formulated in the SWOT Diagram and SWOT Matrix. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation and supervision on employee performance in the Fire and Rescue Agency of Badung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents using a Likert scale. Types and sources of data used in this study are types of quantitative data and primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study uses random sampling techniques and data analysis techniques in this study using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study show that 1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Badung Fire Department, 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Badung Fire Department and 3) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at the Badung District Fire Department. The implication of the research in this study is that every decision and policy adopted by the agency will always have an impact on employee performance, so the right policies are needed to reduce the existence of fraud in the implementation of the duties and obligations of each division of employees.

The naming of the new factors is determined according to the variables that make up the factor. The first factor is the service quality factor which has the highest eigenvalue value of 9,280 and is able to explain the total variance of 48.844%. The second factor is the price factor which has the highest eigenvalue value of 4.408 and with a variance value of 23,200%. This study aims to determine what factors and which factors are the most dominant considered by consumers in buying Garnier products in the city of Denpasar. The design of this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS analysis tool version 24. This study uses 70 respondents as research samples drawn based on purposive sampling method. The research method applied in this study is based on factor analysis with data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that only 14 independent variables can be analyzed. Of the 14 variables after the factor rotation process, there are four main components. The naming of the new factors is determined according to the variables that make up the factor. The first factor is marketing and application factors which have the highest eigenvalue of 4.688 and are able to explain the total variance of 33.487%. The second factor is the personal factor with an eigenvalue of 2,021 with a variance percentage of 14.707%. The third is a factor of excellence with an eigenvalue of 1.377 with a total variance of 9.835%. The fourth factor is the reference factor which has an eigenvalue of 1.041 with a total variance of 7.062%. Implications for the company to always maintain the quality of service and product quality they have.

Mulya","doi":"10.51713/jarma.v2i2.50","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51713/jarma.v2i2.50","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to determine what factors and which factors are the most dominant considered by consumers in buying Garnier products in the city of Denpasar. The design of this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS analysis tool version 24. This study uses 70 respondents as research samples drawn based on purposive sampling method. The research method applied in this study is based on factor analysis with data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that only 14 independent variables can be analyzed. Of the 14 variables after the factor rotation process, there are four main components. The naming of the new factors is determined according to the variables that make up the factor. The first factor is marketing and application factors which have the highest eigenvalue of 4.688 and are able to explain the total variance of 33.487%. The second factor is the personal factor with an eigenvalue of 2,021 with a variance percentage of 14.707%. The third is a factor of excellence with an eigenvalue of 1.377 with a total variance of 9.835%. The fourth factor is the reference factor which has an eigenvalue of 1.041 with a total variance of 7.062%. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of knowledge and motivation on interest in investing in the capital market. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, which is a random sampling technique for members of the population to be sampled. The number of respondents used the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 56 students of Triatma Mulya University. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. Regression equation obtained: 4.215 + 0.564X1 + 0.331X2. The results showed that: first knowledge about investment has a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in the capital market, second motivation has a positive effect on students' interest to invest in the capital market and lastly knowledge and motivation together positively affect investment interest on the capital market. This adequate knowledge will shape a person's ability to gain profits and also be able to manage risks that exist both small and large so as to reduce the impact of losses that will be experienced. This risk factor is considered by potential investors to be able to invest in the capital market.

This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample technique used is the nonprobability sampling technique, which is saturated sampling. The number of respondents who used 75 Fave Hotel Kuta employees. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. Regression equation obtained: Y = 0.570-0.302X1 + 0.268X2. The results of this study indicate that; First, motivation has a positive influence on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta. Second, the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta. Third, the magnitude of the influence contributed by motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta is 57.0% Some suggestions that can be conveyed from this study include; the absence of a better future guarantee from fave hotel kuta by some employees as well as from indicators of social needs namely lack of interaction between employees at work, lighting indicators can be overcome by moving the lights in strategic places and not blinding the eyes
