The study investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence, occupational stress and productivity of employees in electrical industries. Research questions were answered while null hypotheses formulated were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The study adopted a correlational research design and was carried out in North Central States of Nigeria. The population for the study was 301 employees in electrical industries. The entire employees were involved in the study. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire titled Emotional Intelligence, Occupational Stress and Productivity Questionnaire (EIOSPQ). Five experts face- validated the instrument. The internal consistency of the questionnaire items was determined using Cronbach alpha reliability method and coefficients of 0.88 was obtained for Electrical Occupational Stress, 0.94 for Productivity of workers in electrical occupation, 0.85 for Emotional intelligence of employees. The overall reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.96. Out of 301 copies of EIOSPQ administered, 295 copies were completed representing 98.01 percent return rate. Pearson product moment correlation and regression analysis were employed to analyse data for answering research questions and hypotheses. The findings on hypotheses revealed that: EI significantly predicts productivity of employees in electrical industries, EI does not significantly predicts occupational stress of employees in electrical industries, emotional intelligence was a significant moderator of the relationship between occupational stress and productivity of employees in electrical industries, demographic variables were not significantly influenced emotional intelligence and productivity of employees in electrical industries. It was recommended that employees in electrical industries should be sensitized through workshops and seminars on how EI can influence their productivity and occupational stress in their occupations.

In the current Covid-19 transition period, innovations in early childhood learning models are needed that are effectively used. The many models of early childhood learning during this pandemic need to be studied further which are appropriate for implementation. This study aims to empirically verify the early childhood learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze the factors that influence early childhood learning during the Covid-19 period. The method used in writing this article is a systematic literature review, which is a literature search from national article sources conducted using indexed searches on Google Scholar and Microsoft Academic. This literature review was conducted using the prism method technique. The articles reviewed are the most recent 50 articles from 2020 to 2021, and the results were sorted into 26 articles. All articles are classified by year of publication, type of indexing journal, method, and early childhood learning model. The results of the study are presented as follows. (1) The search results prove an increase in the number of articles published from 2020-2021. (2) The results of the study show that the most widely used learning model in early childhood learning involves the participation and assistance of parents in children's learning at home through learning media created by teachers and distributed through social media. (3) The obstacles that can be identified are: (a) the role of parents in children's learning during the pandemic is still less than optimal, (b) the lack of mastery of technology skills of students and parents during online learning. So it is necessary to develop an early childhood learning model that can be applied in online implementation, able to facilitate collaboration between parents, teachers, and students.

During the covid-19 pandemic, 12th grade high school students felt more stressed and tired due to a continued isolation. Therefore, academic resilience is needed so that students can face existing academic problems. It was found that self-compassion can foster resilience. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-compassion using the Indonesian version of the Self-Compassion Scale and Academic Resilience using the Academic Resilience Scale-30. 277 participants from 12th grade high school students who are distance learning took part in this correlational research. Results show that there is a positive correlation between self-compassion and academic resilience. This therefore results in a new finding of how students could be more academically resilient in facing academic burdens during the pandemic. To get a more comprehensive picture, future studies could explore more demographic data, such as whether anyone assists students while distance learning and how stressed students are.

Mental health awareness is a condition when individuals are aware of the importance of mental health in maintaining their positive psychological well-being. Awareness involves prevention of mental problems, identifying mental problems, and self-managing in any possibilities of mental distuption. A way to maintain mental health awareness is to obtain knowledge or information related to disorders, management, and prevention of mental health problems through literacy. Meanwhile, Lack of mental health literacy have been identified as major obstacles for the promotion of mental health and early intervention during this pandemic era. This study aims to develop a measuring instrument by testing the validity and reliability of mental health awareness through literacy during the COVID-19 pandemic towards college students using the Rasch Model approach. The subjects of this study were male and female, college students aged 18 – 25 years and Indonesian citizens. This research was conducted on 307 subjects. The results of the research showed that the mental health awareness scale using Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire is a reliable and valid measuring instrument (α = 0.844) during the COVID-19 pandemic by using the Rasch Model approach and compared to the classical theory of mental health awareness. There are 21 valid items and 8removed items with no any dimensions are eliminated.

Stress and anxiety are becoming more common and prone to occur among first-year students who are undergoing the transition period from high school to university because new learning methods, when compared to undergraduate students will be more susceptible to depression due to the demands of completing a thesis. This research aims to difference in the level of stress, anxiety, depression of first-year and undergraduate students and differences in terms of gender at the Department of Psychology, Universitas Negeri Padang during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative with a comparative study and obtained 592 respondents using stratified random sampling. Data collection of a Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS-42). The data analysis techniques are carried out data analysis requirements with homogeneity and normality tests followed by hypothesis testing with t-tests. The result as for the depression variable there were significant differences with percentages in the level of first-year students and undergraduate students of 22.7% (mild) and 20.2% (extremely severe) respectively. The high prevalence in the first-year and undergraduate students of college life is alarming. It illustrates the need for primary and secondary prevention measures, with the development of adequate and appropriate support services for this group.

When entering college, first-year students faced new challenges. College adjustment is necessary in the early period of college because it can predict college success. Covid-19 pandemic hinders college adjustment due to distance learning. Meanwhile, a previous study conceptually mentioned that self-compassion supported college adjustment. This study examined the correlation between self-compassion and college adjustment among first-year college students in distance learning during Covid-19 pandemic. Undergraduate students batch 2020 (N = 381) were surveyed using Self-Compassion Scale and Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire. Pearson’s correlation test showed a positive significant correlation between self-compassion and college adjustment. The strongest correlation was found between isolation and personal-emotional adjustment. These findings indicated that self-compassion tends to help a better college adjustment in a distance learning context.

The objective of this research is to find out whether positive and negative emotions transmitted from work while taking care of their children and assisting them during home-based learning, has any influence on parents’ harsh parenting towards children. Data was collected using JAWS and CTSPC instruments and received responses of 49 parents aged 20-59 years old, with children’s education level ranging from kindergarten to senior high school. The Data were analyzed using Spearman Correlation. The findings show no significant relationship between positive emotion and harsh parenting, as well as between negative emotion and harsh parenting. Several factors such as parents’ age, family economy, and children’s level of education may influence the findings, although the specific influence of these factors needs further research.

The previous meta-analysis found that the corrected correlation between meaningful work and organizational citizenship behavior was relatively low. This study investigates the mediating effect of work passion in the relationship between meaningful work and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were collected using an online self-report questionnaire on full-time lecturers in some cities in Indonesia (N=162). Data were analyzed using Hayes PROCESS macro on SPSS software. Results showed that meaningful work was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior and work passion. Results also showed that work passion was positively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior. The mediation analysis showed that work passion fully mediated the relationship between meaningful work and organizational citizenship behavior. Although group guidance is believed to be an effective and efficient service to facilitate the development of positive aspects and prevention of negative aspects of students, the frequency of its use for students is not optimal. This study aims to analyze student motivation to follow group guidance and differences in their motivation based on gender and ethnicity. The study used a comparative descriptive method. A total of 690 samples were involved in write-paper-and-pencil questionnaires, namely the students' motivation scale to attend group guidance, which was designed based on the Likert Scale model. We analyzed data using descriptive statistics and different test analysis using independent samples t-test and Bayesian method by applying JASP software. Analysis results showed that most students have the prime motivation to follow group guidance and there are significant differences in student motivation to follow group guidance based on gender, but in terms of ethnicity did not show any significant differences. School counselor can implement the findings of this study in determining group members in group guidance services.

The challenges of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic require creativity and learning innovation, so online learning evaluation is very much needed. The purpose of this paper is to explore the implementation of Quizizz-based online evaluation in universities as a fun alternative to evaluation. Quizizz has adequate features to serve as a means of evaluating online learning such as quizzes and daily assessments. However, most of them only use Quizizz as a learning game, whereas through Quizizz various formal learning evaluations can be carried out such as quizzes, daily assessments, surveys and so on. This research method is a qualitative method. Methods of collecting data with literature review, observation, and interviews. Sampling was selected by purposive sampling method, There are 56 students from the class of 2021 who are taking electronic components lectures, of which 21 are male and 35 are female, ranging in age from 19 to 20 years. The results of the study found that the implementation of Quizizz is easy to use, has many features and many facilities that support learning evaluation activities. Furthermore, the use of features on Quizizz, such as Live Quiz, gives the impression of live evaluation which is fun. Learning evaluation through Quizizz can make it easier for lecturers to make detailed and objective assessments. So, with the current Covid-19 pandemic, learning evaluation with Quizizz is the right alternative.
