The challenges of society have made adjustments to the medical education system of Ukraine. In the conditions of the pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 and the introduced martial law throughout the territory of Ukraine, distance learning (DL) turned out to be the only possible form of the educational process. The purpose of the study was to study the peculiarities of teaching the discipline "Propaedeutics of Pediatrics" in the conditions of the National Academy of Sciences. The process of DL at the Department of Propaedeutics of Childhood Diseases of the Dnipro State Medical University (DSMU) took place using the MOODLE electronic portal, the Google Meet video service, the YouTube platform, the website and the electronic magazine of the Dnipro State Medical University. An anonymous survey of 210 third-year students was conducted regarding their attitude and degree of satisfaction with the educational process at the Department of Propaedeutics of Childhood Diseases using educational distance technologies. As the results showed, the majority of the interviewed students are completely satisfied with the process of DL. However, when choosing a form of education, preference is still given to the classroom format of education. Among the advantages of DL, students noted the saving of time and financial costs for moving between buildings and clinical bases, the comfort of studying in a home environment, the possibility of studying at any convenient time, the availability of information resources, and the possibility of re-processing complex material. However, the biggest drawback of the DL was the lack of opportunity to work with the patient and master practical skills. So, DL, like any other method of teaching and learning, has its advantages and disadvantages. But currently existing technologies of medical education with the help of modern digital platforms, high-quality content filling of educational web resources, introduction of an effective system of quality control of acquired knowledge make it possible to adapt to the new realities of the educational process and ensure consistently high quality of medical education

The article is devoted to the problem of negative consequences of mobbing among primary school teachers. Based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature, the state of problems is revealed. The task of this article is to analyze the problem in domestic and foreign pedagogical science and practice, to reveal the peculiarities of mobbing, the specifics of its manifestation and consequences in general educational institutions among primary school teachers. The article analyzes mobbing as a social problem. A terminological study of various manifestations of behavior, related to putting pressure on the employee and humiliating his/her dignity, was carried out. The essence of mobbing, its structure is revealed. The forms of mobbing among primary school teachers are characterized. The consequences of mobbing for an individual, school team and society as a whole are systematized. Directions for further research on the problem of mobbing are outlined. The analysis of international and domestic experience shows that the problems of mobbing are extremely difficult to overcome. Mobbing in many countries is perceived as a serious problem that needs to be fought. Mobbing leads to serious psychological and psychosomatic diseases that make a person powerless and destroy his/her self-esteem. Mobbing has a negative impact not only on the victim, but also on his/her immediate environment - family, friends. Teacher mobbing also has a detrimental effect on students. In Ukraine, there is no specially created legal mechanism for combating bullying at the workplace of employees, but a draft law is being developed, which includes an explanation of the term and a list of the main fines for such actions. The practical significance of the article is that its materials can be used in the organization of the educational process of general education institutions and primary school teacher training

A pedagogical model of the formation of organizational competence among future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the disclosure of the content of all its components: goals and tasks, organizational and pedagogical conditions, content, methods, forms of formation, criteria and indicators for diagnosing the results of formation is proposed. Approaches to understanding the concept of "pedagogical modeling" are defined. All components of the model are interdependent and only in symbiosis ensure the formation of organizational competence in future specialists in physical culture and sports of the AF of Ukraine. The model consists of the following blocks: target-methodological, theoretical, subject-subject, methodical, control-corrective and result: the target-methodological block reflects the target and task of forming organizational competence among future specialists in physical culture and sports of the AF of Ukraine, taking into account their professional knowledge, skills and abilities, professional and ethical standards, values and experience in the chosen profession; the theoretical block – the structure of their organizational competence and contains important requirements for its formation; the subject-subject block ensures the interaction of at least two subjects - a teacher and a cadet, the methodological basis of which is the subject-activity approach to the formation of the organizational competence of the latter; the methodological block – its gradual formation among respondents, which is implemented in a certain sequence; the control and correction unit provides for the implementation of such functions as diagnostic, regulatory and predictive, which in turn provide an opportunity to evaluate and control the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge by the respondents; the result block includes the result of the formation of organizational competence in future officers - specialists in physical culture and sports and the clarification of the levels of its formation using the criteria and indicators we have determined

The article examines the problem of teachers' professional readiness to implement play-based, activity-based learning methods and the “learning through play” approach in Ukrainian primary schools in the context of holistic reform of school education - the introduction of the New Ukrainian School Concept. The modern school reform, which was introduced in 2018, brought changes to all aspects of education in Ukraine, however, it was mainly focused on the approach of teaching and learning. A new educational strategy based on the integrative approach of “learning through play”, which combines the principles and methods of active learning, experimental learning and guided discovery learning, inquiry learning, problem-based and project-based learning, and Montessori pedagogy, was introduced in the professional activity of primary school teachers. The results of the conducted research indicate that the vast majority of interviewed Ukrainian primary school teachers showed an insufficient level of professional readiness for the introduction of play-based and activity-based learning methods due to: a negative attitude to play in education; their insufficient awareness of the developmental, didactic and other functions of the play in the comprehensive development of a person at all stages of his/her life; the dominance of an authoritarian style of communication with students, etc. It was found, that there is an apparent contradiction between the predominantly high level of self-esteem of primary school teachers of their own readiness to implement play-based learning methods and a negative attitude towards the need to change their professional activity. The difficulties, revealed by the results of the research, provide the basis to make corrections in the system of higher and postgraduate pedagogical education in order to develop Ukrainian school education based on the principles of priority of the individual needs of the child, the competence approach, partnership and a safe educational environment

The article reveals the content of the concept of cognitive activity of children of middle preschool age, which was considered through the prism of the child's personal development and its influence on the child's intellectual sphere, therefore, cognitive activity develops through cognitive operation. The peculiarities of the use of simple experiments in the preschool education institution, which create prerequisites for the formation of cognitive activity, intuition towards nature and understanding of its meaning and acquisition of nature research skills, are analyzed. Identified components of cognitive activity: motivational, cognitive, activity, evaluative. The following practices (interviews with educators, questionnaires) and research methods were determined for pedagogical diagnosis of the levels of formation of the cognitive activity of children of middle preschool age: diagnostic method of cognitive development "What objects are hidden in the pictures?" (R. Nemov), the method of diagnosing the psychosocial maturity of children's behavior (O. Taran), the method of D. Godovikova, the method of examining the cognitive development of children by E. Strebeleva. The presented results of an experimental study of the peculiarities of formation of the cognitive activity of children of middle preschool age showed mainly an average and low level of development. The presented method of forming the cognitive activity of children of middle preschool age by means of simple experiments provided for a number of specially selected simple experiments that were included in classes from different sections of the program. The selected experiments were aimed at forming the cognitive activity of children of the middle group, and were diverse in terms of subject matter and duration. The results of observation of children after the implementation of the method showed increased interest in cognitive activities, motivation to independent search for the causes and consequences of various natural phenomena, etc

The article is devoted to the possibility of using the latest management models in modern higher education. A new economic model based on the use of information technology is analyzed - this model is called "Wikinomics". Herein the essence of this model is determined - namely, peering, i.e. cooperation of equals, as the basis for the existence of the whole wikinomistic paradigm. The following key principles of wikinomics: openness, exchange of ideas, equality and globality are studied, as well as their content is adapted for use in the provision of higher education services. In the article the possibility of using the tools of modern management models in higher education, namely wikinomics, is analyzed. The mechanism of functioning of online platforms of the educational courses is considered, and their compliance with the existing requirements of higher education is determined. The possibility of standardizing the use of wikinomistic approaches in higher education through non-formal and informal education is studied. The essence of non-formal and informal education is considered and the thesis that wikinomics is a manifestation of informal education is proved. The importance of adhering to the wikinomistic principles in informal education is proved. The need for the existence of online educational platforms as a tool for building an individual educational trajectory is postulated. It is argued, that educational courses that are located on the recognized online platforms can and should be considered as the full-fledged educational components of the educational programs. Herein the necessity of using the principles and approaches of wikinomics in higher education as the guarantee of rapid response to the changing labor market requirements and as the effective tool for increasing the competitiveness of modern students is substantiated

The question of the special importance of a music teacher in the development of choral culture, which significantly affects the preservation of spiritual values of the younger generation, is considered. The issue of choral ensemble in the process of formation of professional qualities of students of musical specialties of pedagogical educational institutions is covered. One of the professional competencies of a music teacher is the organization and management of vocal and choral activities. It is noted, that for a successful professional activity the teacher-choirmaster needs to understand the importance of the choral ensemble in working with choirs, be able to use different types of ensemble for quality choral sound. A special place in working with the choir is occupied by the feeling of the ensemble, the ability to adjust the choral sonority in accordance with the author's intention to reveal the artistic image. The essence of the concept of «choral ensemble» is defined and the main types of it are characterized. It is specified, that the choral ensemble is the artistic unity of all components of choral sound and the merging in strength and timbre of individual voices in one choral part and the balance of sound between all parts of the choir. The importance of using such concepts as partial and general, natural and artificial ensemble in the training of future music teachers is revealed. Partial ensembles include ensembles of intonation, combat, timbre, dynamic, metrorhythmic, agogic, diction-orthoepic and tessitura. It is indicated what factors influence the choice of a particular type of ensemble. A number of regularities of the ensemble, which follow from the texture of the musical work, are highlighted. The use of different types of ensemble in practice is described on the examples of choral works. A detailed analysis of all types of choral ensemble is covered in the unaccompanied choral score by L. Shukailo «Oh, on Kupala» from the cantata «Seasons»

The use of different types of ensemble in practice is described on the examples of choral works. A detailed analysis of all types of choral ensemble is covered in the unaccompanied choral score by L. The key to the success of educational reform is a comprehensive and thorough training of future specialists in any field, with a broad scientific worldview and a high level of culture. For high-quality training of future professionals, a new stage has begun, characterized by the emergence of innovative technologies in the educational process. In higher educational institutions that train future specialists, there is an interest in the modernization of the educational process. The XXI century is a time of differentiation of sciences, earlier integral science was divided into smaller parts, new branches appeared, scientists specialized, individual researches give way to collective efforts. In such a whirlwind of events, the desire to study in detail and deeply any initial discipline, especially the history of its formation and development, is lost. In the absence of time, historical and mathematical information gradually becomes secondary, and should be consistent, clear, complete and arouse students' interest in the subject. That is why it is important to emphasize some historical aspects of development, problems of teaching and learning, and possible ways to solve it in the discipline of "history of mathematics". The research used methods of scientific knowledge: systematic and comparative analysis of literature, work programs, syllabi, pedagogical process on the problem of research, generalization and systematization. It was found out, that the methods of teaching and learning have changed, although we have the opportunity to work with the latest computer technologies, but the role as an effective means of learning and the place as an integral part of the universal scientific heritage remain unchanged. It is shown, that the history of mathematics will continue to serve as a discipline that is a kind of link between humanitarian, technical and natural sciences, contributes to the development of a scientific worldview and forms erudition

The paper presents a steganographic method of masking textual information in photo files. Concealment is implemented in Python. The introduction of individual letters of the text into the image is carried out by the method of "least significant bit". The program can be used for both educational and practical purposes. The Pillow graphics library was used to implement the program. This is not a specialized library for steganographic needs. The use of this library makes it possible to visualize the mechanism of hiding information in the lessons, while the conciseness of the program code gives the possibility to demonstrate it in the classroom setting. It is also important for educational purposes, that working within the Pillow library allows you to see the state of an empty and filled container at the level of individual bits. To assess the practical value of the program, it was tested with texts of different lengths and with containers (photographs) of various kinds. The experiment showed the correct reproduction of texts. Careful visual examination of the empty and correspondingly filled containers (photographs) revealed no differences or suspicions of text bookmarks. Of course, if the party who intercepted the masked message has guesses about how the text is hidden, then this text is easily revealed. Therefore, it is obvious, that the use of the program for practical purposes requires additional manipulations in the code, in particular related to the order of implementation of the text and the choice of location. It is also desirable to additionally encrypt the text with at least a simple method. Such encryption is possible with the usage of a separate program. Analysis of photographs and manipulation with them at the level of individual bits also has educational value in terms of disclosing a method of capturing the corresponding physical signal. The latter gives an explanation of the methods of encoding static images, noise level, the magnitude of the useful physical signal, and the limits of sensitivity of human vision

Еducation is aimed at individualization, improvement of the professional route and the process of professional training of future speech therapists. Of particular importance are issues of professional, personal and moral culture, which embody the positive socio-personal achievements of pedagogical skills, personal values and communicative interaction in the system of special and inclusive education to be followed by both children and their parents. The purpose of the work is to determine the criteria, indicators and diagnostic tasks of formation of the professional culture of future speech therapists, to diagnose the state of formation of the professional culture of future speech therapists. Diagnostic sections allowed us to determine the criterion-indicator base of formation of the professional culture of future teachers-speech therapists. The culture of professional communication reflects the level of proficiency in reference speech in compliance with all established requirements of the Ukrainian language (orthoepic norms, lexical and grammatical design, etc.), intonation and content saturation of expression, degree of erudition and general tolerance, conscious and respectful attitude to the subject process. Personal and professional competence reflects the degree of formation of value professional orientations of the individual, dynamic activity, non-standard and flexible thinking, constant enrichment of special knowledge, interests, skills, broadening horizons, creative understanding of non-standard pedagogical problem situations. We have developed a set of diagnostic tasks for each of the selected criteria and formed a scale for evaluating their implementation. Since professional culture is a complex concept that includes integrated personality traits, we have identified the levels of its formation
