Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Seni Budaya (Musik) di Kelas VIII.2 SMPN 3 Sungai Geringging

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of learning arts and culture (music) in class VIII.2 at SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Geringging. Researchers used qualitative research that is descriptive. The main instrument in this study was the researcher himself observing the learning process for class VIII.2 on the subject matter of music at SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Geringging. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps to analyze the data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the process of implementing art and culture learning for music material in class VIII.2 had not gone well. This is because there are obstacles in which there are no learning media, and there is no infrastructure for musical instruments, as well as practice rooms so the teacher does not teach in accordance with the existing syllabus and lesson plan (RPP). Learning the art of music in class VIII.2 is one of them only fulfilling the core competency indicators in the syllabus, namely "understanding" traditional musical instrument material. Then the problems that occur in the class are the visible attitudes of students when participating in learning the art of music, students look bored and bored participating in learning traditional musical instruments, then there are some students who are seen often having permission to go in and out of class, chatting with their peers, ignoring the material provided teachers, so that they do not respond well to learning. Based on the results that have been concluded by researchers, students feel bored, experience boredom, and do not respond well to the material taught by the teacher, because learning the art of music is mostly done in theory only, while practice is never carried out and taught to students because there is no infrastructure. -musical instruments available, and a room for practicing musical art. Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Painan, especially the problem found in language learning was that the teacher was still weak in motivating students during PBM. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still many students who do not focus when the teaching and learning process takes place. To overcome this problem the authors conducted school action research to improve teacher competence to find the right strategy in motivating student learning. This research is entitled to improve teacher competence in motivating student learning through running dictation strategies in language lessons at SMA 1 Lunang. The purpose of this study was to see how far there was an increase in students' learning motivation and students' enjoyment of learning a language. The action is carried out in two cycles. The data were obtained from observation sheets recorded by an observer who recorded student activities observed during the learning process. Based on the research results, the percentage of students increased from cycle I to cycle II, from 65.7% to 86%. Compared to the average percentage before the study it was only 54.4 as many as 11.6% of students. It can be concluded that learning by creating a fun learning atmosphere through running dictation strategies can increase student motivation.

Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Melalui Supervisi Akademik dan Coaching 通过学术监督和指导提高教师在管理学习方面的表现

Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Painan, especially regarding the planning and implementation of learning. To overcome this, school action research was carried out by school supervisors as supervising supervisors in the form of optimizing academic supervision and coaching in the January-July 2022 semester. This research is included in the type of action research with 4 stages of activity, planning, implementation, observation and reflection carried out during 2 cycles. The data needed in the research is netted through observation sheets and questionnaires. Data processing is carried out using the percentage formula, and data analysis is carried out quantitatively and qualitatively using tables and graphs. The results of the study show that through academic supervision there has been an increase in teacher performance in managing learning with regard to: a) Availability of teacher lesson plans components as much as 79.50% in cycle 1 increased to 100% at the end of cycle 2. b) average teacher lesson plan component quality being in the very good category increased from 42.19% in cycle 1 to 75% at the end of cycle 2, and the rest were in the good category. c) The quality of teacher learning increased from 31.3% which was in the very good category to 35% at the end cycle 2.

The purpose of this research is to describe efforts to increase students' interest in theater extracurriculars by applying the drill method at SMAN 4 Tebo. This type of research is qualitative research with a participatory approach. The research instrument was the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments. The supporting instruments that the researchers used in this study were in the form of documentation from field data recording devices in the form of activity photos and observation notes. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, literature study, interviews and documentation. The steps to analyze the data are collecting data, identifying data, classifying data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the efforts made by using the concept of musical drama by applying the drill method could increase students' interest in the Theater Arts extracurricular at SMAN 4 Tebo. Another effort is to give appreciation to students. The increase was seen based on indicators of interest, namely feelings of pleasure, student involvement (active), interest, and student attention. The use of the concept of musical drama by applying the drill method in Theater Arts extracurricular activities can make the atmosphere of this activity active and structured. This can be seen through the behavior of students contained in the indicators of student interest which are getting better and increasing so that they are able to increase student interest in the Theater Arts extracurricular.

This study reviews the improvement of Teacher Competence in Composing Teaching Modules through Academic Supervision at SMAS Baiturrahmah Padang. This study aims to increase teacher competence in compiling teaching modules, thereby increasing the effectiveness of achieving mastery of learning objectives by students. The method used in this study is Action Research which consists of 2 (two) cycles, and each cycle consists of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed that (1) in the formulation of the learning objectives indicator component, there was an increase from 61.1% in initial competence to 71.8% in cycle I and in cycle II it increased to 72.5%; (2) In the component of determining learning materials and materials, there was an increase in competence from 52.9% to 67.1% after cycle I and in cycle II it was stronger to 72.9%; (3) In the strategy and learning method selection component, there was a significant increase from the initial 56.4% to 61.2% in cycle I and increased again to 71.8% after cycle II; (4) Even though there was no sharp increase, there was also an increase in the selection of media and learning tools from 50.6% at the beginning of the activity and 58.2% after cycle I to 71.8% after cycle II; (5) We can also see a significant increase in the learning evaluation planning component. From the initial 47.0% at the beginning of the activity, it became 56.5% at the end of cycle I and managed to reach 70.6% at the end of cycle 2. Based on the acquisition of research data in this school action research activity, it was concluded that academic supervision can increase teacher competence in compiling teaching modules at SMAS Baiturrahmah Padang.

One of the language variations is in the form of code switching and code mixing. Code switching and code mixing are the changing of a particular language or variety of language into another language. Code switching and code mixing can occur in bilingual or multilingual communities. Language mixing occurs in the context of formal and non-formal speech. Code switching and code mixing can not only occur in direct speech, but can also occur in social media, especially Twitter. This study aims to identify forms and describe the factors that influence the occurrence of code switching and code mixing on the Twitter account @KuntoAjiW. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained through observation and documentation on social media Twitter. The results of this study are in the form of code switching and code mixing, as well as factors that influence code switching and code mixing on social media Twitter on the @KuntoAjiW account. The forms of code switching and code mixing contained in the @KuntoAjiW account are Indonesian, Javanese and English. Factors that influence the occurrence of code-switching and code-mixing on the @KuntoAjiW account are the habits of speakers, speech partners, the presence of third speakers, and the use of more popular terms and topics of conversation..

This study aims to examine the effect of a 6-phase design on the torque and speed of a 3-phase induction motor with a symmetrical single-layer design system. The research was conducted in the Power Systems Laboratory of Electrical Engineering, Padang Institute of Technology by continuing to operate a 3-phase induction motor with this 6-phase design in this 3-phase electric power system. Then it is compared with the performance of a conventional 3-phase induction motor and focuses on the torque and speed of the motor. The induction motors that are the object of research are 3-phase induction motors, 0.75 KW, 1 HP, 380 V/Y, 1.3A, 50 HZ, and 2880 RPM. The results of the study indicate that there is a decrease in torque in the 1-layer symmetrical 6-phase design motor with 3 flux fields due to a decrease in the ability of the motor with increasing speed. This is due to the occurrence of a flux field attached to one of the two coils which is serialized to the other 2 coils with different types of magnetic poles so that they weaken each other which affects the decrease in the ability to drive the motor so that the torque prod. used decreases

The development of podcasts as learning media is carried out as a form of effort in overcoming problems in learning activities, where the lack of learning media used by teachers has an impact on students' lack of motivation in learning. This study aims to develop podcasts as learning media for grade IV Indonesian Language Subjects in order to produce media that is appropriate, practical and effective for use by teachers and students. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) research with the Hannadfin & Peck research model. This development model consists of 3 stages in each stage there is an evaluation, namely needs analysis, design, development, and implementation. Based on the assessment results from the media validator and material validator, an average material validation result of 4.9 was categorized as "very appropriate", the validation results from media validator 1 obtained an average of 3.42 categorized as "valid" and media validator 2 was obtained an average of 4.86 is categorized as "very valid". This podcast media is said to be "practical" based on the practicality test with an average value of 4.37.

The free use of social media in all circles, in the end it can lead to symptoms of stress in adolescents due to the incompatibility of expectations seen on social media with the existing reality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media use on stress levels in adolescents. The result of this study was the discovery of an increase in stress experienced by adolescent social media users during the pandemic.

Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Animasi Berbasis Powtoon pada Mata Pelajaran Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi 基于Powtoon的动画学习媒体关于建筑成本估计的问题

This study uses classroom action research with a model developed by Kurt Lewin (1944) including planning, action or action, observation, and reflection. Problems in the Construction Cost Estimation subject are inadequate learning media and students' understanding of the Construction Cost Estimation material is not yet optimal. Based on the validity of the research instrument experts obtained an assessment of 90% categorized as very feasible, the validity of the media expert was 0.80 and the validity of the material expert was 0.72 categorized as valid. The practicality of the teacher is 0.74 and the student is 0.70 which is categorized as practical. The results of the first cycle with observations of teacher activity obtained an average of 1.61 percent 40% and 2.39 percentage 60%, and cycle II obtained an average of 3.33 percentage 47% and 3.78 percentage 53%. The results of the first cycle with observations of student learning activities obtained an average of 7.67 percent 47% and 8.70 percent 53%, and cycle II obtained an average of 10.79 percent 53% and 13.29 percent 55%. The average results of the pre-test and post-test in cycle I were 82.07 and 87.24, and in cycle II was 87.41 and 93.28. The t-test with paired sample t-test obtained (sig. 2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 with Ho rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes with Powtoon learning media.
