Product quality is conformity to requirements or specifications, which is greatly influenced by the production process. PT XYZ is a company in the meat processing sector, producing products such as smoked beef. There are 11 CTQs that must be met in smoked beef production, but there is still a gap between the number of defects and the maximum permitted limit. The slicing process is the main cause of the highest number of defects. This research aims to identify factors that cause defects in the slicing process and design a proposed machine to reduce the number of defects. The DMAI method is used to find solutions, followed by QFD to fulfill consumer desires. The design includes the addition of a proximity sensor, increased knife speed, and an integrated knife sharpener. A proximity sensor is connected to a microcontroller to monitor knife rotation speed and thickness in real-time. Providing this tool helps operators monitor machine conditions in real-time and prevent defects. The simulation shows an increase in the sigma level from 4,100 to 4,995.

The quality of education is very dependent on teacher performance. Teacher performance is the achievement of work results in a certain period. Having teachers who have good performance is influenced by many factors including the leadership of the school principal, facilities and infrastructure and teacher work discipline. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Mandau, with the aim of the research being to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership, work discipline facilities and infrastructure both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. This research uses primary data obtained from 63 teachers as a sample. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, questionnaires, research files. The data analysis tool was carried out using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test and F test with an alpha of 5%. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal's leadership was proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance. Facilities and infrastructure are partially proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline is partially proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance and simultaneously the principal's leadership, facilities and infrastructure and work discipline are proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of work commitment and work climate on teacher performance at Ekasakti Padang High School. The population that was also studied was 19 teachers of Ekasakti Padang High School. The variables studied were work commitment and work climate as free variables and teacher performance as bound variables, data obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using regression with the help of the SPSS program with a significance level of 0.05. This research survey research. Survey research is research conducted on large or small populations, but the data studied is data from samples taken from that population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research method used is a quantitative analysis appoarch. The results of this study show that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on the family of teachers at Ekasakti Padang High School, as evidenced by the results of the regression analysis with a calculation = 4.805 and p = 0.000 < 0.05. The work commitment created in the Ekasakti High School environment is in the enough category. The work climate has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Ekasakti Padang High School, as evidenced by the calculation = 6,908 and p = 0.000 < 0.05. Work commitment and work climate have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Ekasakti Padang High School, as evidenced by Fhitung = 23,924 and p value = 0.000.

Evaluation and Improvement of the Postal Delivery Process to Reduce the Level of Customer Complaints PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kcu Surabaya 60000. This study aims to evaluate and improve the POS delivery and delivery process to reduce the level of customer complaints. A high level of customer complaints can be an indicator of problems in the POS delivery process that can interfere with customer satisfaction and company reputation. Once the problems are identified, improvement measures are proposed and implemented. These improvement measures involve increased coordination between relevant departments, improved training and supervision of employees involved in the POS shipping and delivery process, as well as more effective and efficient use of technology and optimized supply chain management. The results of this study show that by implementing the proposed improvement measures, the level of customer complaints can be significantly reduced. Customers experience increased satisfaction with the POS shipping and delivery process, which in turn can have a positive impact on the company's reputation. This research makes an important contribution in improving the POS shipping and delivery process to reduce the level of customer complaints. The practical implication of this research is that companies can implement the proposed improvement measures to enhance their service quality and strengthen customer relationships. In addition, this study also provides direction for further research in the field of operations management and service delivery.

Here are lots of problems that occur in the field, such as problems related to the cohesiveness of the members of the Department of State Administration, as well as problems related to programs in the context of organizing the activities of the Department of State Administration, as well as problems regarding class clothes and field work lectures. This condition certainly creates differences of opinion between department members, therefore of the various problems faced by Komting, Komting certainly has strategies and also solutions to these problems. The purpose of this research is to identify the causes or factors of the problems faced by Komting and the strategies implemented by Komting in dealing with the problems that arise. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of observations of low learning outcomes in dance arts subjects caused by a lack of direct interaction between teachers and students where learning takes place using videos, a learning method is needed that can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the increase in learning outcomes by using a demonstration method in learning the art of dance in class VII SMP Pancasila. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The object of this study was 44 class VII B students of SMP Pancasila. The method used in data collection was a psychomotor test on 3 aspects, namely spatial aspects, time aspects, and energy aspects with instruments in the form of observation sheets of student learning activities. Data analysis uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle, the average value obtained was 64% and increased in the second cycle by 95%. In the first cycle of student learning activities, the average student learning activity is 61% and in the second cycle is 82%. So it can be concluded that using the demonstration method in learning the art of dance in class VII Pancasila Middle School can improve students' psychomotor learning outcomes.

The purpose of this research is to design PID control on BLDC motors using 2 tuning methods, namely Cohen-Coon and Trial & Error. PID control of formula calculations with calculations in Simulink Matlab. From the simulation results shown in graphical form, the use of the PID control gives a better effect than the use of the P and PI controls. This can be seen in the comparison curve which shows the speed of the initial start process when using the PID control. In the Trial & Error method, the response value of the system to controller P is obtained, namely, rise time = 0.0151 s, settling time = 0.6 s, overshoot = 75.9%, peak time = 1.74 s, and time delay = 0.424 s. on the PI controller namely, rise time = 0.0148 s, settling time = 0.591 s, overshoot = 76.3%, peak time = 1.74 s, and time delay = 0.0416 s. on the PID controller namely, rise time = 0.0496 s, settling time = 0.55 s, overshoot = 44 %, peak time = 1.31 s, and time delay = 0.128 s. The purpose of this research is to design a PID control on a DC motor using 2 tuning methods, namely Trial & Error and Ziegler-Nichols. The results showed that the Pittman DC Motor system response from the Pittman DC motor was very unstable, in which there were still many oscillations and a very high overshoot value. In the Trial & Error method, the system response value was obtained on the P controller, namely, rise time = 0.000551 s, settling time = 0.00468 s, overshoot = 37.1 %, peak time = 0.972 s, and time delay = 0.00134 s. on the PI controller namely, rise time = 0.000396 s, settling time = 0.00534 s, overshoot = 47.7%, peak time = 1.23 s, and time delay = 0.00102 s. on the PID controller namely, rise time = 0.000223 s, settling time = 0.00502 s, overshoot = 64.6%, peak time = 1.54 s, and time delay = 0.000601 s. In the Ziegler-NIchols method, the response value of the system to the P controller is obtained, namely, rise time = 0.00118 s, settling time = 0.00564 s, overshoot = 15.4%, peak time = 0.178 s, and time delay = 0.00262 s. on the PI controller namely, rise time = 0.000275 s, settling time = 0.00531 s, overshoot = 58.3%, peak time = 1.44 s, and time delay = 0.000767 s. on the PID controller, namely, rise time = 0.00133 s, settling time = 0.00446 s, overshoot = 12.6 %, peak time = 0.0237 s, and time delay = 0.00288 s. The simulation results show that the value for the Ziegler-Nichols tuning method is better than the Trial & Error method, perhaps because the input value for the Trial & Error method is larger.

The results showed that the Pittman DC Motor system response from the Pittman DC motor was very unstable, in which there were still many oscillations and a very high overshoot value. In the Trial & Error method, the system response value was obtained on the P controller, namely, rise time = 0.000551 s, settling time = 0.00468 s, overshoot = 37.1 %, peak time = 0.972 s, and time delay = 0.00134 s. on the PI controller namely, rise time = 0.000396 s, settling time = 0.00534 s, overshoot = 47.7%, peak time = 1.23 s, and time delay = 0.00102 s. on the PID controller namely, rise time = 0.000223 s, settling time = 0.00502 s, overshoot = 64.6%, peak time = 1.54 s, and time delay = 0.000601 s. In the Ziegler-NIchols method, the response value of the system to the P controller is obtained, namely, rise time = 0.00118 s, settling time = 0.00564 s, overshoot = 15.4%, peak time = 0.178 s, and time delay = 0.00262 s. on the PI controller namely, rise time = 0.000275 s, settling time = 0.00531 s, overshoot = 58.3%, peak time = 1.44 s, and time delay = 0.000767 s. on the PID controller, namely, rise time = 0.00133 s, settling time = 0.00446 s, overshoot = 12.6 %, peak time = 0.0237 s, and time delay = 0.00288 s. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the interaction between drama students and teachers on the academic achievement of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Tebo. The type of research used in this study is a mixed method that combines quantitative and qualitative research. In this research, the sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a sample of 30 students in this study. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is simple linear regression. The results of the study prove that theater arts for class VIII 1 of Tebo 6 Public Middle School with the theme Tasainen for the 2022/2023 school year have a significant positive effect on student-teacher interaction abilities and student learning outcomes. If Fcount 9.71 > 4.20 then H0 is rejected, with a significance level of 0.004 and 0.05, it can be concluded that student-teacher interaction has a significant effect on academic achievement in theatre. From the results of the coefficient R2 (R-squared) obtained with a coefficient of 0.231, it can be concluded that the effect of student-teacher interaction is 23.1% in the theater arts subject at SMP Negeri 6 Tebo. While the rest are other effects such as internal factors in the form of physical factors and psychological factors, as well as external factors in the form of family factors, school factors, and community factors.

This study aims to know and describe the learning of traditional music (Pupuik Sarunai) of grade X students of SMA Negeri 2 Hiliran Gumanti. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, interview and documentation study. The steps of analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data display, verification and affirmation of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of learning activities that were not in accordance with the module had an impact on the assessment of the learning outcomes of these students. From the evaluation of learning conducted by teachers, it was found that there were still many students who had not reached the KKM score, which was as many as 6 people, participants who got the KKM pass score of 16 people, and for students whose scores passed KKM only 9 people. In order to achieve the goals and learning outcomes, teachers must pay attention to teaching modules that have been designed and can be applied to the implementation of the learning process regarding the sarunai pupuik musical instrument.
