The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of dance for Padang 10 Public High School students using the Jigsaw Type learning method. The type of research is classroom action research. The research instrument was a test given at the end of each cycle. Primary data and secondary data are used in this research material. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study prove that student performance and learning outcomes increase with the application of cooperative learning methods in puzzle-type dance education at SMA Negeri 10 Padang. It can be seen that in the 2nd cycle, the percentage of classical perfection of students' learning outcomes in the cognitive domain rose to 92% with very good score criteria, while in the 1st cycle, the percentage of students' learning classical perfection with low results was only 72%. The learning outcomes of students' abilities (psychomotor) were also very good as seen from the classical percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I, namely 56% in cycle 2, rising to 88% with very good criteria. so the application of learning using the Jigsaw Type cooperative learning method can increase student performance and learning outcomes.

There are problems in the ability to speak skills, especially text procedures for students at MTsN 10 Bireuen. The problem that often occurs in learning is that students are not fluent in speaking English due to limited vocabulary, grammar, speech and understanding and students lack self-confidence. This study aims to improve the ability to speak text procedure through the application of the demonstration method through the media of realia objects in class IX 4 MTsN 10 Bireuen odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with four steps of planning (planning), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). Data collection was carried out using observation, questionnaires, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results of the Classroom Action Research showed that there was an increase in the speaking skills of class IX 4 students at MTsN 10 Bireuen after applying the demonstration method through the media of realia objects. The learning completeness of class IX 4 semester 1 students at MTsN 10 Bireuen after using the demonstration method through realia objects in mastering the text procedure speaking skills increased from cycle I 71.68 to 77.97 in cycle II.

One of the principal's duties is to carry out academic supervision. The point of academic supervision is to guide teachers in improving the quality of the learning process. The goals of academic supervision are for teachers in carrying out the learning process, prepare syllabi and lesson plans, select learning strategies/methods/techniques, use media and information technology in learning, assess learning processes and outcomes, as well as classroom action research (Module for Academic Supervision, Director General of PMPTK, 2021). Therefore, schools as formal institutions that are expected to produce quality students must be run by educators and education staff who have high professionalism to advance the school. However, based on observations over the past year, it appears that the motivation and professionalism of some teachers tend to be low in teaching assignments. This can be assessed from several things, namely only 50% of teachers are present in class on time during teaching hours, only 30% of teachers use learning media while teaching, only 40% of teachers use varied teaching methods, and only 20% of teachers use appropriate learning strategies. In addition to these problems, based on the learning progress report in the semester I for the 2021/2011 school year, there were around 40% of students in the class whose grades had not yet reached the KKM.

The results of observations during physics learning took place in Class VIII-2 students found problems in the teaching and learning process, namely; (1) The teaching and learning process uses conventional methods that it causes students to look bored, bored and passive, (2) The achievement in learning physics is still low. The purpose of this classroom action research was to improve physics learning outcomes. One effort to overcome the problems mentioned above is by applying the Mind Map learning method or concept maps. The research subjects were all students of class VIII-2 MTsN 10 Bireuen, totaling 32 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of the Mind Map (concept map) in learning physics material in straight motion for class VIII-2 students could improve learning outcomes, where in cycle 1, the number of students who completed as many as 20 students, cycle II students who completed 24 students and those who did not complete 8 students and cycle III students who completed 28 students and who did not complete 4 students.

Technological developments can provide benefits if applied properly. Along with this, the need for technology is also very much needed in the medical world. With the condition of a large hospital, the large number of patients and the limited number of medical personnel and the demand for good patient care has always been a problem in every hospital. One of the problems is the provision of infusion fluids, in this research the aim is to make scientific work to realize designs, and programs, and determine the performance of Arduino Uno-based infusion fluid speed control devices, using the Weight Sensor (Load Cell) method as a detector for remaining infusion fluids, and using the NodeMCU8266 as a data transfer medium, as well as controlling the infusion flow rate using the Macro set and Micro set methods. After testing this device, it was found that this device worked well and was suitable for the research subject. This system is expected to make it easier for nurses in hospitals to monitor and replace infusion fluids

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic efforts to develop the Silokek Geopark tourist attraction in Nagari Silokek, Sijunjung Regency. Then the application is analyzed in carrying out development by minimizing weaknesses and threats, and optimizing the usability of opportunities and strengths. Data was collected through literature studies, observations and also interviews with the Youth and Sports Tourism Office, Pokdarwis, local communities, and visitors. The data were analyzed in a descriptive way, then in carrying out an analysis of the application of the strategy for developing the Silokek Geopark tourist attraction, it was carried out through a SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy in developing the Silokek Geopark tourist object is optimizing programs by utilizing the potential of the Silokek Geopark, utilizing communication and telecommunications technology in an effort to maximize promotion, improve the management of tourist attractions so that investors are interested in investing their shares in Silokek Geopark tourist object in Silokek Nagari.

One important aspect that influences the success of an organization in achieving its goals is the job satisfaction of employees or members of the organization, in this case the leader plays an important role in increasing job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the role of leaders in creating and increasing job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Kec. Mandiangin Koto Selayan City of Bukittinggi. The research method used is a qualitative method which is carried out directly by observing and analyzing facts in the field. The technique for collecting data is through interviews and observation. After the data is collected, an analysis is carried out regarding the existing problems and then conclusions will be drawn about how the role of the leader in increasing job satisfaction in the Kec. Mandiangin Koto Selayan Bukittinggi. The results of research conducted in Kec. Mandiangin Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi City, shows that the level of employee job satisfaction is still classified as not good or not optimal.

Level of consumptive behavior of Padang State University students. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of active consumptive behavior of Padang State University students. This type of research uses quantitative techniques in the form of descriptive analysis. This study involved 54 UNP student respondents from various departments and batches using a purposive random sampling technique as a sampling step. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application used as a categorization of research subjects. The results showed that the dominant level of consumptive behavior among UNP students was low, namely around 59.3%, the remaining 33.3% (moderate), and 7.4% (high).

Technological developments, electronic components and circuits have resulted in a direct voltage supply system that is produced by converting the input DC voltage to another form of DC voltage with a higher output utilizing a boost converter circuit, using a low source voltage where the output voltage can be changed according to user requirements. To anticipate the voltage drop on the output side which is affected by changes in the resistance value of the load and changes in the value of the source voltage, a voltage control is needed that can regulate the output stability of the boost converter. One of the voltage control techniques used is integral proportional controller (PI). This study uses the Ziggler – Nichols oscillation method which is applied to the integral proportional controller (PI) in the boost converter circuit by using the Arduino Mega2650 as a controller circuit which is programmed with Matlab Simulink and a voltage sensor that functions to detect output on the boost converter as well as feedback from the Proportional Integral (PI) controller which will later be compared with the desired setpoint to produce the appropriate Pulse width Modulation (PWM) signal. The test results show that the PI controller works well in accordance with the purpose of adjusting the output voltage on the boost converter. This can be seen in the output of the boost converter which is in accordance with the reference voltage of 15 volts, 20 volts, and 24 volts with an output voltage of 15.36 volts, 20.52 volts, 24.82 volts
