Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with the aim of providing an assessment of the organizational climate (X), to test how well the level of employee engagement is at work (Z), and to measure how big the OCB of employees is in the organization. (Y). The data analysis method used is partial least square (PLS) version 4.0. The results showed that organizational climate had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), while organizational climate had a significant positive effect on work engagement, then work engagement had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), both indirectly through the intervening variable, namely work engagement.

Investments made by investors should submit to a Markowitz portfolio, where the goal is to get an optimal portfolio investment from several existing stocks. The goal of a portfolio is to maximize stock returns and minimize risk. The object of this study is plantation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The population is 19 companies in the plantation sub-sector, while the sampling method is 6 companies using purposive sampling. Through this research, investors are expected to be able to see which stock portfolio is the most optimal of several efficient portfolios in the agricultural sector. In addition, the plantation sub-sector supports government programs on food security for industry and consumers and increases non-oil and gas income, and increases the income of all relevant stakeholders, which in turn can increase the income and welfare of the Indonesian people.

Amidst the digital revolution and industrial transformation, the human resource management paradigm has changed dramatically. Nowadays, innovation in HR is no longer just an option but a necessity for organizations that want to remain relevant and competitive. This change occurred because of the many challenges faced by companies in finding, developing, and retaining quality employees. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding the analysis of innovation in human resources management. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Innovation in human resource management (HR) has become the main driver for organizational transformation in facing the challenges and demands of the ever-evolving world of work. The use of advanced HRM information technology and software has helped increase efficiency in various aspects of human resource management, such as recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation. Innovations in creating a work environment that balances work and personal life, as well as promoting equality and inclusion, have increased employee satisfaction and productivity.

Competitive advantage is the ability of a company to produce and provide superior products or services compared to its competitors. One of the important keys to achieving a competitive advantage is through product quality and product innovation. This study aimed to determine the role of product quality and product innovation on competitive advantage, a case study at the Nutrition Club in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. This study was an associative quantitative observational study. A total of 90 research respondents participated in this study, where the respondents were managers of a nutrition club in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. This study observes the variables of product quality (X1), product innovation (X2), and competitive advantage (Y). The analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling-partial least square) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. Product quality (X1) to competitive advantage (Y) directly, which shows the original sample value (path coefficient) 0.790, T- statistic 9.625, and P-value 0.000, so that the effect of competitive advantage (X1) on competitive advantage (Y) (significant condition for T-statistic > 1.96 and P Value < 0.05 has a positive correlation. Meanwhile, the Product Innovation variable (X2) to competitive advantage (Y) directly shows the original sample value (path coefficient) 0.214, T-statistic 2.604, and P-values 0.009, so the effect of product innovation (X2) on competitive advantage (Y) (significant condition for T-statistic > 1.96 and P-value < 0.05 has a positive correlation. Product quality plays a role in competitive advantage, and product innovation also plays a role in competitive advantage.

Gojek is a start-up company known for its accessibility, facilitated by a practical mobile application that allows users to book various services easily. These services include transportation, food delivery, same-city package delivery, and bill payments through the e-money feature, Gopay. Promotional events involving a collaboration with BTS, a popular K-pop group, have been found to significantly influence impulsive buying behavior in the community. Through the BTS collaboration, Gojek effectively enhances its brand image, particularly among BTS fans, resulting in increased transactions on the Gojek platform. This effect can be attributed to the combination of the collaboration with BTS, attractive promotional offers such as discounts and cashbacks, which successfully capture the attention of the public and prompt impulsive buying behavior. Additionally, Gojek distributes limited edition BTS collaboration merchandise, which further garners the attention of ARMY, the passionate fanbase of BTS. The findings demonstrate the substantial impact of BTS GOJEK event promotion on impulsive buying behavior among Indonesian ARMY, shedding light on the efficacy of collaborative promotional strategies in influencing consumer decisions.

Improving operational management efficiency is not just an option but a necessity to maintain competitiveness in a rapidly changing market. By optimizing production processes, inventory management, customer service, and utilization of technology, companies can reduce operational costs, increase speed and accuracy in service, and improve the quality of products served to customers. This study seeks to explore several strategies and steps that can be taken by companies in the food and beverage industry to improve the efficiency of their operational management. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding the analysis of improving operational management efficiency in the food and beverage industry. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Improving operational management efficiency in the food and beverage industry is a continuous process. By implementing process automation, intelligent data analysis, employee training, efficient inventory management, collaboration with suppliers, and a focus on quality and customer service, companies can achieve these goals. This effort will help the company to remain competitive and sustainable amid increasingly fierce and dynamic competition in the food and beverage industry.
