In the periodization of the history of Islamic thought, the era of the Companions is categorized as the era of Khulafā al-Rāsyidīn, which lasted approximately 30 years, namely since the death of the Prophet Muhammad and the appointment of Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddiq ra. as caliph (11 H/632 AD) until the death of Caliph Alī bin Abī Ṭālib ra. (41 H/661 AD). Even after that time, there were still many friends who were still alive, the period after that was categorized as the era of the Islamic empire led by various dynasties. The division of the period of Islamic thought certainly uses a political approach. This approach is not without reason because it will be seen that government politics has a lot of influence on the development of Islamic thought. This literature review aims to describe the socio-cultural background and development of Islamic thought in the era of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad.

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance measurement with the formulation of performance indicators of budget implementation (IKPA) on the implementation of the budget. Performance measurement in this study is a systematic process to assess whether the planned program/activity is in accordance with the plan and, more importantly, whether it has achieved the success that was the target at the time of planning. Through a performance measurement, the success of a government agency will be more considered, and the ability of the agency will be based on the resources it manages. This is useful for achieving results in accordance with the planned plans so that strategic planning can advance the economy. Performance indicators of budget implementation are needed as a tool to monitor and evaluate as well as to measure the quality of financial implementation in order to encourage changes in state financial management behavior. In 2020, new regulations emerged with the addition of new indicator formulations, the variables used were value data from the old and new formulations of performance indicators for budget implementation. The analytical method used is a quantitative method, research instrument test, classical test, linear test, and partial and simultaneous test. The findings in this study indicate that: First, the formulation of the Old IKPA Assessment has a significant positive effect on Budget Implementation. Second, New IKPA Assessment has a significant positive effect on the budget implementation.

The objective of this research was to analyze and discuss the social capital owned by the community in Aceh Tenggara in mitigating flood disasters. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. Our study revealed social capital owned by the community in Aceh Tenggara could help mitigate flood disasters. Cooperation among the central government, the regional government, and the local people seemed to be very good. It was performed commencing from helping the people in the post-incidence of the flood until its mitigation plan. The Cooperation has eventually established trust in the local people and the government that was involved in the policymaking, relocation activity, and distribution to the flood victims. The use of the values of people's local wisdom, such as 'Pelengakhi' (working together) by the local people, helped the flood victims. They also helped spread information about the flood through mosque loudspeakers. This social capital has become a collective strength owned by the local people in mitigating flood disasters.

Considering the growing prevalence of substance use amongst young people, prevention programs targeting children and adolescents are needed to protect against related cognitive, psychological, and behavioural issues. Preventative programs that have been adapted to Canadian Indigenous cultures in school and family settings are discussed. The first and second phase of the Life Skills Training (LST) program and the Maskwacis Life Skills Training (MLST) program are reviewed, as well as Bii-Zin-Da-De-Da (BZDDD; “Listening to One Another”) and a culturally sensitive smoking prevention program. Motivating factors, comorbid disorders, and at-risk personality types associated with substance use amongst Canadian children and adolescents, specifically Indigenous youth, are considered through the application of the biopsychosocial model. This paper aims to describe the requital efforts being made in Canada towards Indigenous communities, to compare substance use prevention programs targeting Indigenous children and adolescents, and to provide suggestions for future research on preventative interventions directed towards substance use within minority groups.

This paper aims to describe the requital efforts being made in Canada towards Indigenous communities, to compare substance use prevention programs targeting Indigenous children and adolescents, and to provide suggestions for future research on preventative interventions directed towards substance use within minority groups. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":335379,"journal":{"name":"Open Access Indonesia Journal of Social Sciences","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124790026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
