Covid-19 has caused great repercussions in education; therefore, the present research aims to demonstrate the impact of organizational culture on educational quality in the context of Covid-19 in the Universities of North Lima, 2021. The study was developed in the quantitative approach of non- experimental, cross-sectional, and causal correlational design. The sample consisted of 127 teachers from the accounting faculty, chosen in a probabilistic and stratified way, and the instruments underwent validity and reliability tests for both variables. The main results obtained were that 57.5% of those surveyed said that the organizational culture is at an optimum level and 61.4% said that the quality of education is efficient. In addition, organizational culture is moderately (Rho=.642) related and has a significant impact (p-value<0.05) on educational quality between 39.7% and 51.6%. The most relevant conclusions were that the statistical analysis corroborated that organizational culture has a significant impact on educational quality, and that organizational culture has a significant impact on the dimensions of the educational quality variable in the universities of North Lima, 2021.

Public policies on gender violence with the greatest repercussions on violence against girls, adolescents, youth and women is a social problem at the global and national level, which threatens the physical and mental health of the population, which in many cases ends in femicide. The objective of this scientific article is to analyze the research concerning public policies regarding the public problem of violence against women in times of pandemic, information has been compiled in the databases of Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc and Dialnet in the last 5 years. The information that comes from the review of the scientific literature of 53 references is presented as a sample. One of the results was determined that gender / violence against women and family and public policies on justice and violence against women are extremely relevant to face this problem. It is mainly concluded that in Latin America the public policies applied do not guarantee the reduction of violence against women and that due to confinement and isolation due to the pandemic, cases of violence against women have increased in Peru and in the world.

The present study was to determine the level of use of the metacognitive strategies of the students of the fifth and sixth grade of the primary level. The research was developed in the quantitative approach, it was of a basic type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, of a descriptive level. The sample consisted of 80 students from the V cycle (fifth and sixth grade) of primary school. The sampling used was intentional non- probabilistic for convenience. To measure the study variable Metacognitive strategies, the survey technique was applied and the 33-item questionnaire with a Likert-type scale was used for data collection. Cronbach's alpha statistic was used for the reliability of the instrument, obtaining 0.805 reliability. The results of the research determined that the variable Metacognitive strategies are used by students in their learning in 62.50% considered at a regular level, 21.25% considered at a low level and 16.25% considered at a low level. good level, reaching the conclusion that metacognitive strategies should be encouraged and developed in students in order to improve learning, where they themselves are capable of self- assessment and self-criticism of their own learning.

The general objective was: To determine the influence of training on the quality of service and productivity of nurses in a Hospital in Callao 2021. The methodology has had a paradigm - positivist model with a hypothetical - deductive method; The approach has been quantitative, applied type, non- experimental and cross-sectional design, using the survey technique and the instrument used by the questionnaire. Introduction: The environment is important for the proper development of human beings, so it is very necessary to instruct them, from an early age, under the approach of environmental education. The level of skills that they obtain from the acquisition of this type of knowledge will be key to taking action against environmental deterioration in the future. Objective: To diagnose the level of development of environmental skills within the teaching-learning process in five-year-old students of early education public schools of the city of Lambayeque. Materials and methods: The inductive-deductive method, the analytical-synthetic method and the statistical method were used. A questionary was applied to the research sample to obtain the results. Results: A mostly low level is recognized in the four dimensions of environmental skills. Conclusion: The surveyed students present a low level in the development of environmental skills.

The objective of this article is to identify the strategies used by various countries to improve the use of participatory budgeting in Latin American countries. Based on participation and that these budgets generate greater welfare for citizens. In this way, the most needed works would be prioritized, seeking a more effective, efficient and above all transparent state. The type of research is descriptive and transversal. The approach is qualitative and uses documentary study and in-depth analysis as techniques. The sample used is composed of 30 related scientific articles. The results corroborated that the participatory budget is an important instrument of citizen participation that also generates great expectations among citizens. Likewise, it was identified that despite the predisposition of the political authorities, there are deficiencies in the transparency and efficiency of the administrative management of resources. Many signs of corruption have been demonstrated at different levels of the state, especially when executing the public budget allocated at different levels of government. For these reasons, the participatory budget has undergone changes in order to achieve a more adequate use of resources and execution of expenditures.

The main objective of this thesis research was to know, the application of the administrative process and the improvement of the management in the Peruvian Sports Federation of Judo in 2019, it was established that it is a necessary tool in the proper functioning of the management, for which two questionnaires were used; one of them to analyze the current administrative process, as well as another questionnaire, to evaluate the management in the Federation in a structured way, with the help of the bibliographic study, having as a universe and sample the collaborators of the Federation. With the results obtained, it is intended to encourage leaders of organizations, sports federations, technicians, who seek to improve results in management through the administrative process. According to the results obtained in the present study, it was verified that there is a correlation between the administrative process and the improvement of management in the Peruvian Judo Sports Federation, the correlation coefficient (rho) obtained was 0.821, which denotes a relationship strong positive between both variables; a greater application of the administrative process, a better management is obtained.
{"title":"THE APPLICATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT IN THE PERUVIAN JUDO SPORTS FEDERATION","authors":"Miguel Angel Pazos Almeyda","doi":"10.31876/ie.vi.154","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31876/ie.vi.154","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 \u0000 \u0000The main objective of this thesis research was to know, the application of the administrative process and the improvement of the management in the Peruvian Sports Federation of Judo in 2019, it was established that it is a necessary tool in the proper functioning of the management, for which two questionnaires were used; one of them to analyze the current administrative process, as well as another questionnaire, to evaluate the management in the Federation in a structured way, with the help of the bibliographic study, having as a universe and sample the collaborators of the Federation. With the results obtained, it is intended to encourage leaders of organizations, sports federations, technicians, who seek to improve results in management through the administrative process.
