Introduction. The present article aims to develop a cross-sectional, non-experimental quantitative research that allows knowing the level of resilience and its factors in the management of technology during the time of the pandemic in secondary school students belonging to EI 1255 Walter Peñaloza Ramella, from the Self-managed Community of Huaycán, located in the district of Ate, city of Lima - Peru. Materials and methods. The study involved 187 students between the ages of 14 and 18, the Wagnild & Young Resilience Scale was used, the Peruvian version, adapted by Gómez (2019), which includes Factor I: Personal competence and Factor II: Self-acceptance. Results. 50.3% of the students present a level of resilience between high and very high. Conclusion: Students with more knowledge in the management of Tics, 150 (80.21%) in reference to those with less information 37 (19.8%) at the Factor I level, digital natives tend to trust their ability to respond and adapt to achieve their goals and at Factor II level they are flexible, persistent and remain calm in the face of acquired skills despite adversity.

Objective. Review articles related to pedagogical leadership in times of pandemic. Materials and methods. The main academic databases EBSCO, Scopus, Web of Science, Redalyc and Scielo were selected; The search was carried out based on the subject and also having the digital object identifier DOI. In relation to the number of articles retrieved, these amount to 20 articles indexed in the different databases. Results. The pandemic will mark education in the coming years, for which political, technical and economic decisions will be made that modify educational processes and in addition to teaching- learning processes where pedagogical leaders play a very important role. The transformation of leadership in schools should be contemplated, towards professional communities that adopt a form of distributed leadership where the voices of teachers are invited even more in a pandemic context where a distributed cooperative work is required so that educational processes can be effective.

The setting of the minimum wage and the restriction on immigration are policies applied to the labor market in order to influence its development in Peru and the rest of the world. The objective of the research presentation is to contribute to society through the results of the analysis of the effects of the minimum wage and immigration on the development of the Peruvian labor market in 2021. Among materials and methods, it was established that the research is of a basic type non-experimental design with cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational level. The data collection technique was based on the survey using the questionnaire as an instrument applied to a sample of 385 Peruvian citizens belonging to the EAP of different socioeconomic levels between the ages of 18 and 65 years. The results indicate that the independent variables of minimum wage and immigration have a very low influence on the labor market, with a significance level of 0.00, this being less than 0.05 (p <0.05) and a Nagelkerke R-square of 0.188. It was concluded with the confirmation that there is no considerable impact due to changes in minimum wages and immigration in the labor market.

La gestión actual en las Instituciones Educativas Publicas se desarrolla en un contexto de incertidumbre, conflictos y riesgos, condiciones poco favorables para una gestión exitosa. El neuroliderazgo introduce como nueva de forma de pensar, decidir y hacer en la gestión de recursos humanos, el planteamiento de un modelo de gestión basado en los avances de la neurociencia. El objetivo de la investigación ha sido la elaboración de un modelo de gestión educativa con la finalidad de empoderar al director (líder) con estrategias basadas en el neuroliderazgo. El estudio es de enfoque mixto, de tipo propositiva. Se aplicó el análisis documental, la observación, el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral para Docentes (TESALD) a una muestra de 132 docentes de una población de 387 que laboran en 21 Instituciones Educativas en el distrito de La Victoria de la Región Lambayeque. El cuestionario fue validado por medio de expertos y confiable por medio de alfa de Cronbach. Como resultado se pudo diagnosticar que los niveles de satisfacción laboral de los docentes el 49.2% en un nivel promedio y el 25% en un nivel bajo. La sociedad del conocimiento tiene en la ciencia y la tecnología a dos acicates del cambio y del progreso social. El actual status del que disfruta la humanidad se debe sin lugar a dudas a la creatividad. El objetivo de este trabajo está enfocado en la revisión sistemática del constructo creatividad; asimismo, se aboca a identificar las diversas teorías existentes en torno de este constructo, así como ver qué instrumentos de medición de la creatividad existen en la actualidad y, finalmente, conocer la existencia de programas de intervención en torno de la creatividad implementados en la universidad. Para tal efecto, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de artículos científicos recurriendo a bases de datos de Google Académico, Ebscohost, Latindex y Web On Science (WoS), acotando el período a 2016 – 2020, en el idioma español. Adicionalmente, se ha sido exhaustivo en la lectura del resumen y se ha considerado en su gran mayoría artículos completos. En suma, se ha trabajado con 20 artículos, distribuidos todos entre los años 2016 y 2020. Los estudios indican que la creatividad, se halla relacionada con la innovación, aunque subyacen debilidades en la literatura referente a emprendimiento, sin embargo, la creatividad en el ámbito universitario exige contar con estrategias metodológicas orientadas a desarrollar competencias creativas en los estudiantes y, una forma de promover el desarrollo de la creatividad es a través de la investigación educativa y la aplicación de programas de intervención. El actual status del que disfruta la humanidad se debe sin lugar a dudas a la creatividad. El objetivo de este trabajo está enfocado en la revisión sistemática del constructo creatividad; asimismo, se aboca a identificar las diversas teorías existentes en torno de este constructo, así como ver qué instrumentos de medición de la creatividad existen en la actualidad y, finalmente, conocer la existencia de programas de intervención en torno de la creatividad implementados en la universidad. \u0000Para tal efecto, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de artículos científicos recurriendo a bases de datos de Google Académico, Ebscohost, Latindex y Web On Science (WoS), acotando el período a 2016 – 2020, en el idioma español. Adicionalmente, se ha sido exhaustivo en la lectura del resumen y se ha considerado en su gran mayoría artículos completos. La presente investigación cualitativa tuvo como objetivo conocer y analizar las representaciones sociales de los actores educativos sobre la inclusión de estudiantes con discapacidad en una institución de Educación Básica Regular. La Metodología usada fue un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo, basado en la fenomenología descriptiva, la técnica usada para la recolección de datos fue, la entrevista semiestructurada aplicadas a docentes, padres y especialistas. Los Resultados Del análisis inductivo de los datos resultaron tres categorías apriorísticas, demostrando que la información que manejan los actores educativos es escasa, lo cual no favorece al derrumbe de los campos de representación social que indican entre otras paradigmas, que las personas con discapacidad no pueden aprender ni desarrollar habilidades como otros niños que no tienen discapacidad, lo que construye actitudes que van en detrimento de las capacidades cognitivas y emocionales del estudiante, afectando su aprendizaje y adaptación al entorno social. Por lo que se concluye que los docentes y padres tienen escasa información y esta genera confusión y opiniones divididas respecto a la permanencia de esta población en escuelas regulares y finalmente la actitud docente puede influenciar de manera positiva o perjudicial para los estudiantes que presenten algún tipo de discapacidad.

El presente proyecto se lo ha realizado en la Unidad Educativa Benemérita Sociedad Filantrópica en el séptimo grado de educación básica, periodo lectivo 2015 – 2016. El objetivo de la investigación fue examinar la influencia de la lectura crítica en la calidad del aprendizaje significativo mediante un estudio bibliográfico y análisis estadístico de campo. En la investigación se emplearon encuestas que se aplicaron a docentes, directivos y estudiantes del plantel, el análisis de los datos detalló la falta de interés que presentan los estudiantes hacia la lectura, tornando compleja la comprensión de la misma. Desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes, las lecturas realizadas en clase se tornan teóricas y tediosas, lo cual los direcciona a distraerse con facilidad dentro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Esto ha creado barreras al momento de fomentar la interacción activa entre los miembros de la clase. Por otra parte, se constató que algunos docentes no aplicaban actividades dinámicas que relacionen los contenidos educativos con diversas experiencias vividas minimizando el desarrollo de aprendizajes significativos en los estudiantes. Esta serie de aspectos fundamentaron la elaboración de una propuesta que permita al docente aplicar actividades innovadoras que puedan adaptarse a los diferentes contenidos educativos presentes en el área de Lengua y Literatura.
