The present study aims to identify the promotion of family and community participation in basic education schools and their involvement in various aspects, to this end, a review of the available state of the art was carried out, based on key terminologies and the grouping by categories of this fact, which is evident in other states of the region and the world. It also aims to publicize the results of the analysis carried out. We found that educational policies lack solid guidelines or few efforts are made to promote participation. Likewise, that educational management only encourages basic levels of participation: informative and collaborative. In addition, there is no pedagogical management in place that allows for this involvement in a positive way, despite the recognition of its importance in improving student learning.

The present investigation "Leaving green footprints" program to strengthen environmental awareness in secondary education, was carried out with the objective of determining to what extent the application of the "Leaving green footprints" program strengthens environmental awareness in 3rd year secondary school students. of an EI from Ugel 01 SJM 2021. The method used in this research is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach, the type of study is applied with a quasi-experimental design that allowed determining the effect of the application of the program "Leaving green footprints" to a sample experimental and then compare it with a control group with the same initial characteristics. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test indicated that the data tend to a normal distribution, therefore the student's T test was used, resulting in the application of the program "Leaving green footprints" significantly strengthens the level of environmental awareness in 3rd year high school students of an I.E of the Ugel 01 SJM 2021. Since before the application of the program it was 20.7% and after the application of the program it went to 82.8%, noting an increase in environmental awareness of 3rd grade students. High school.

The progress of technology and the arrival of the pandemic in the world has generated a large-scale replication in digital education, transforming education from the face-to-face environment to the virtual environment. The objective of this article is to review the progress regarding key points of digital competence and teaching performance. It is a theoretical- descriptive exploration of a documentary type, with documents between 2019 and 2020. SciELO, Scopus and Web of Science databases were used, including descriptors such as “Digital competences”, “pedagogical performance”, “Digital inclusion” and “ uses of TIC ”. These descriptors were combined in different ways at the instant of navigation in order to broaden the search criteria. In today's context, all educational institutions have had to migrate to the digital age, both public and private, as key to surviving in times of crisis, having technology as allies. Concluding, that teachers have had to adapt to this new educational and training profile in which we find ourselves engulfed by the technological trend in education

This literature review article aims to determine how the application of pedagogical strategies is the fundamental basis to be able to achieve the challenges during education in times of pandemic, these strategies would help improve educational quality and thus help solve this problem. This change in learning, immediate to the review of the information, assigns the initiative and participation of the students in the development of the strategies and they comply through the management of their learning. Likewise in this study work, we must take into account that strategies based on technologies do not improve this problem in the teaching of learning, on the contrary, they can cause new problems like any innovative strategy, it will depend on the way of proper use that is made and the benefits that can guarantee, as well as the implementation in a comprehensive educational project and the design of an adequate methodology. It depends on the quality of teaching, based on the use of intellectual, concrete, skillful and economic resources available, with the support of the human component, specifically from teachers and students. In the first place, all the revised references to the research topic are presented, then the method used for the study is described, consisting of the literature review of the topic with a descriptive methodological point of view and finally it is concluded that the strategies methodological, during the pandemic it has become a very important means that reaffirms learning, extending traditional classrooms beyond classrooms.

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of perception of service quality among customers of an information technology services company in Lima during the Covid-19 period. The study corresponds to the quantitative approach. The type of research is basic. In this sense, the design is descriptive. The sample was chosen by convenience, non- probabilistic sampling and 122 clients were considered. The instrument used was the SERVQUAL model for measuring service quality, assessing five dimensions (tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, and security). The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. Result: The highest percentage of service quality is found in the medium level with 98.4%, representing 120 clients of the study sample. Followed by the low level with 1.6 % representing 2 clients. None in the high level. It was concluded that the quality of services in private companies around information technology, have an acceptable management for customers who have qualified, in the assessment of medium level this implies that, in terms of quality of service, there are some dimensions that should be improved since it seeks to reach the optimum level of quality of services.

Research constitutes one of the key processes of university management, which faces a complex situation, a product of the health crisis, exacerbated by the digital and generational gap in terms of approaching virtual scenarios. The Objective: to specify how technological digitization and the generation gap impact university research. The Methodology: a documentary research was carried out, through the bibliographic review of scientific articles taken from Latindex, Redalyc, SciELO, electronic books, documents from official organizations. Results: The university of this century must be dominated by science and technology with the participation of all its researchers. The levels of digital divide: access, use and appropriation of ICT by individuals and organizations (public or private), delay the use of these technologies. The analysis is complex and makes it difficult to develop strategies that allow an adequate management of generations at work and Conclusions: The challenge for teachers is even greater when they are aware that they are working with students born in the digital age, and therefore they are constantly receptive to all kinds of innovations.

The objective of this research is to demonstrate the influence of organizational communication on knowledge management in postgraduate teachers in Northern Lima universities, in the context of COVID-19, for this purpose a quantitative approach was proposed; analyzing statistical data, explanatory level; arguing the impact of one variable on the other, non- experimental, transactional, and correlational. Two questionnaires were applied to a sample of 112 postgraduate teachers, which have reliability according to Cronbach's analysis more than 0.8, whose Cox and Snell results of .590 and Nagelkerke equal to .676, revealed that the organizational communication variable influences probabilistically between 59.0% and 67.6% in knowledge management. The most representative findings agree that communication has a humanistic approach due to the high interaction and trust that it generates among collaborators and that confinement has been a barrier to the transmission of knowledge, therefore, it is concluded that the creation, storage, transmission, and application of knowledge has been significantly affected by limited communication in this pandemic time.

Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic has hampered the performance of public and private entities, while remote work has taken over. It is critical to understand the positive impact of teleworking or telecommuting, which is enabled by connectivity technologies and applications, but also its disadvantages and the gap that it generates in undeveloped countries such as Peru. Objective. To identify and recognize how teleworking can be optimized amid the health crisis, and to understand its impact on the entities where it is adopted. Materials and methods. Systematic review of literature such as papers, studies and books, prioritizing the critical and analytical method. Results. Entities that adequately carry out telework and strengthen the capacities of their staff can achieve greater productivity; however, internal crises may result if too much pressure is applied. Conclusion. Peru has not provided for the operation of this modality; as a result, remote work is not adequately regulated and supervisory entities fail to carry out a thorough job regulating, e.g., the right of employees to disconnect from electronic equipment. Telework is a most valuable method these days, but, if not carried out
