At the present stage, management of working assets at the level of trading enterprises is one of the topical issues. This is due to the peculiarities of the functioning of trade enterprises in modern economic conditions and the importance of working assets for them as a resource, investment object, part of working capital. Much of the factors that determine the state of the enterprises of trade lie beyond the scope of their management. However, an important role in determining their position is the improvement of financial management and, above all, management of working assets. Of particular importance for trading companies is the management of the financing of current assets, because they are the main component of their commercial potential. All this determines the relevance and practical significance of research work, the goals of which are defined as the establishment of methodological foundations for managing the financing of current assets of trading enterprises in modern conditions, and the proposed materials are a continuation of research in this area. The article describes the author's view on the structure and sequence of the formation of the policy of financing current assets in trading enterprises in modern conditions. The relationship of the system of achievement of the goals related to different levels of the hierarchy and tools of realization of the policy of financing working assets is given. It is substantiated that the tools of the realization of the phases of forming the policy of financing the current assets of the trading enterprise should be the common approaches to the processing and formation of information management.

An overall description of the automated monitoring and control systems of various complex objects is given. Uncertainty of the object of control was estimated. An overall assessment of the effectiveness of automated monitoring and control systems based on a comparison of the potential and real systems was conducted there.

The article is devoted to the research of the investments’ role in the formation of the region’s resource potential. Particular attention is paid to the role of budget and foreign investment as the main elements of the financial infrastructure of the region. The essence of investment potential and related to it concepts are considered. The factors that influence the region’s investment potential are investigated. The objects that need to be analyzed when evaluating the investment potential are determined as well as the sequence of their study. In the article the author proves that investment is one of the most influential factors contributing to the increase of region’s resource potential. Therefore financial instruments should act in the direction of external investments’ attraction and intensification of domestic investment.

The article highlights a new alternative to traditional keyboards - a positive keyboard. The positive keyboard sharply reduces the complexity of the keyboard, namely the number of keys from 30 to 9 by increasing the length of a codeword from 1 to 2. This is made possible by graphical support, which is laid out in the geometry of the 9-key layout. One or two of these keys generate a signal, and the rest, as it turns out, can be quite close in their shape to the entered characters. That's why this keyboard is positive: all of its 9 keys are useful at any time, unlike traditional keyboards, which have a performance of 1/30 (approximately 3%). Therefore, a positive keyboard does not require marking, which is also a source of errors. Thanks to this, a positive keyboard frees up the creative abilities of a person.

The article defines the essence and role of credit policy, substantiates the need for its improvement in current conditions. The basic principles and functions of credit policy are given. It is concluded that the basis of credit policy should be the main principles: reliability and profitability of funds and the principles of rational lending. The goals of credit policy and directions of its implementation are determined. The share of credit operations in the general structure of assets of domestic banks is estimated. It is noted that commercial banks' credit policy is an integral part of the strategy and tactics of the NBU and the government. Measures to improve the efficiency of commercial banks' current activities and improve their credit policy are proposed.

The article deals with the theoretical approaches and mechanisms of determination of entrepreneurial activity, the formation of individual value orientations of the individual and factors influencing the formation of value and sense of life orientations of entrepreneurs. The analysis of the activity of foreign entrepreneurs shows that among the various personal qualities can be distinguished five of the most important: independence, ambition, perseverance, hard work, stability. The author notes that the increased interest of scientists in the problem of values and valuable orientations is the need for a deeper understanding of the nature of human cognition, which in the process of transformation acquires new characteristics and helps the individual to adapt to qualitatively new socio-cultural living conditions. The work reveals the essence of value orientations of the personality, as those that perform the functions of regulating behaviour and defining its purpose, linking into a single whole personality and social environment. Therefore, at each stage of personality development, the choice of the dominant mechanism of value system formation is determined by a complex set of internal and external factors. Internal psychological factors and factors of the external social environment determine the peculiarities of the development of the system of value orientations, interacting with each other in the implementation of one or another activity. Thus, the article shows that the subject of entrepreneurial activity is characterized by its specific (material, social, spiritual) value orientations, which underlie its activity and determine its structure. Consequently, values that have been identified as specific to entrepreneurial activity are strictly related to the fundamental values of each individual, but have a specific identity to them and determine the direction of the vector-specific business.
