In this paper, we proposed a dynamic analysis model which combines grey GM(1,1)model and Markov chain model as the Grey-Markov model to predict the cargo throughput. Because the forecasting accuracy of single grey GM(1,1)model is lower. The Grey-Markov model can improve the accuracy prediction for the cargo throughput. The new combined model has the advantages of both Grey forecasting method and Markov chains forecasting method. Using the data of Qin Huangdao port is conducted to evaluate the Grey-Markov model which shows that the precision of the Grey-Markov model is better than the Grey model.

In this paper, a local search for learning mechanism was proposed to improve the adaptive fuzzy inference system. The adaptive fuzzy inference system is a complementary technology based on the concept of fuzzy theory, if-then rules and fuzzy reasoning. The learning or training capability of this system is provided by the neural network through a learning mechanism. The learning algorithm we have proposed in this paper is based on the local search. The simulation is carried out based on the famous Mackey-Glass time series. Our results show that the local research for learning algorithm in adaptive fuzzy inference system is useful and effective because it requires less memory and it is able to overcome the disadvantages of the gradient descent. This demonstrates that the local search is very suitable for learning mechanism in the adaptive fuzzy inference system.

In order to assess the secure states of network systems hidden Markov stochastic process is used as the decision and analysis tool. Alarm events from intrusion detection systems are used as the processed objects. A novel hidden Markov Model is proposed and it is used to describe the state transform procedure of attacked hosts. The calculation method of the risk exponent for hosts is given. The risk exponent of each host is added together to give the quantitative evaluation of the risk for entire network systems. The experiments have justified that the proposed method is effective.

A novel multi-robot formation control method based on planetary system is proposed in this paper, which has effectively achieved formation for multi-robot by adjusting the distance and angle between the leader and the follower-robots, thus enables robots to successfully avoid collision and obstacles, and at the same time, outperformed than the conventional formation control methods which always have low precision and make the robots be prone to lag behind. Furthermore, simulations are presented to illustrate the feasibility and the stability of the planetary system-based approach as well as the intelligence and environmental adaptation of the system has been enhanced.

The Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) problem with multiple, conflicting objectives was hardly resolved by tradition individual disciplinary optimization design method. It is combined the MDO method with multi-objective optimization method to formulate the integration of multi-objective MDO method. This integration method could handle hierarchically optimization problems meanwhile trade off multiple objectives in the problems, based on optimization concurrently to attain consistence design. Through a mathematical example, it is verified that this method is acceptably and efficiently.

Vibration signal measured from machinery is often heavily interfered with by various noises. This paper puts forward a joint method to reduce noises, acquire the enhanced signals from the decomposed subbands and extract the incipient fault features. First, the signals are denoised by the method of singular value decomposition (SVD). Then, the denoised signal is decomposed into four layers by undecimated lifting scheme packet (ULSP). Finally, all 16 subbands of the fourth layer are plotted and the rich-fault-information subbands are used to extract incipient features. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated with simulated data. Furthermore, in the processing of engineering signal, the weak feature caused by the fault of a valve in reciprocating compressor is bulged and the early failure of spring is detected.

This paper adopted the inverted index to construct the polysemy index table which is based on the annotated corpus, and achieve a small search engine based on the Lucene technology. After studying the frequency and distribution of the Polysemy in the labeled corpus, we constructed the index table to improve the speed of searching polysemy in corpus. The small search engine realized the function of web resources crawlling and extracting, indexing, search word processing, resources quering and sorting. It extended the application of inverted index technique in the network information retrieval.

Product reviews are very important for the sellers to make correct decisions. In order to help sellers detect the product reviews newly appearing in Internet, we propose a hierarchical product review detection method based on the keyword extraction. Taking the characteristic of the product reviews into account, this method firstly extracts the candidate keywords, and then filters out noise keywords based on the rules. And then extend these keywords based on the correlative words recognition. This paper finally realizes the hierarchical product review detection method based on these keywords. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is successful.

Drivers' route choice problem is important to Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS) whose purpose is to solve the traffic congestion problem. In this paper, we discuss the route choice problem and introduce Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Logic Theory. And a method based on the Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Logic Systems (IT2FLSs) is proposed to deal with the route choice problem. This method can handle the imprecision, uncertainties and vagueness lying in the dynamic choice process more efficiently.
