Bangunan cagar budaya merupakan bangunan yang butuh perlakuan khusus agar bangunan tersebut tidak kehilangan nilai fungsi dan aspek keselamatan konstruksinya. Seiring waktu bangunan cagar budaya mengalami perubahan fungsi, namun kerap kali perubahan fungsi pada bangunan tersebut tidak memperhatikan aspek keselamatan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik bangunan cagar budaya dari aspek keselamatan konstruksi serta pengaruh perubahan fungsi bangunan terhadap penambahan perkuatan dan perubahan nilai lahan berdasarkan NJOP (Nilai Jual Objek Pajak). Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dari hasil observasi visual dilakukan untuk mengasses sesuai enam kategori kerusakan. Kategori kerusakan dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kondisi, yaitu baik, sedang, dan buruk. Analisis keamanan bangunan diambil berdasarkan kondisi struktur dan perkuatan pada bangunan yang dibagi menjadi tiga kondisi, aman (kategori kerusakan 0 – II dengan perkuatan), sedang (kategori kerusakan I – II tanpa perkuatan), dan rawan (kategori kerusakan III – V tanpa perkuatan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 81 dari 125 bangunan berubah fungsi. Dari 81 bangunan yang berubah fungsi, terdapat 23% bangunan yang diperkuat dan 77% bangunan yang tidak diperkuat. Sedangkan pada 44 bangunan yang tidak berubah fungsi, terdapat 20% bangunan yang diperkuat dan 80% bangunan yang tidak diperkuat. Jalan Kepodang merupakan daerah dengan kenaikan nilai lahan tertinggi yaitu 317% dengan 63% bangunan di jalan tersebut mengalami perubahan fungsi. Smart City is a governance that utilizes information and communication technology in all its fields, so that it will facilitate public access and mobility. One dimension in the smart city concept is the smart economy which focuses on the governance of the city's economic growth. This study aims to determine the efforts made by the Semarang City Government in order to achieve Smart Economy to develop the economy of the people in Semarang City. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research data was obtained from literature studies analyzed with a content analysis approach. The results showed that the Semarang City government has pursued various programs to be able to achieve a smart economy in the Semarang Smart City system. These efforts include attracting investors through business meetings, strengthening the workforce, increasing home production, improving farmers' welfare, and revitalizing traditional markets. Investor networking efforts are carried out to increase investment in Semarang City, in order to open up the widest possible job opportunities. Strengthening the workforce is carried out to improve the quality of human resources in Semarang City to be able to compete in the job market, one of which is through the Great Gate movement to alleviate poverty and job training in BLK. In an effort to increase home production, the Semarang City Government assists SMEs to be able to do business through e-commerce and through business partners, especially at souvenir centers. In an effort to improve the welfare of farmers, the Semarang City government launched the Farmer Card to make it easier for farmers to get subsidized fertilizers and superior seeds, as well as the construction of Jalud to facilitate access and mobility of farmers while cutting expenses to increase farmers' income. Meanwhile, efforts made by the government to improve the effectiveness of traditional markets are carried out with traditional market revitalization programs. This is intended so that, the function of traditional markets can compete with modern markets that are currently very easy to find. These efforts are expected to be able to encourage economic growth while improving the standard of living and quality of life of the people of Semarang City.

Abstract. Floods and tidal floods are a topic of discussion every year in the city of Semarang because no proper solution has been created for mitigation. From January 2022-May 2023, most of the flood and rob events are located in flat and sloping areas. The disaster had an impact on human life, such as material, physical, economic, and psychological losses. Importance of innovation to create flood resilience is urgently needed to eliminate or minimize the adverse effects of floods and rob. Flood resilience analysis uses a spatial approach supported by GIS optimization, Remote Sensing, and the Cloud platform. Then the model builder is used to speed up and simplify the analysis process. The results of the analysis show that the highest level of flood sensitivity is in flat and gently sloping areas with high population density & buildings. Meanwhile, high capacity levels are in areas close to health facilities, have road accessibility, and have lots of economic activity. In addition, 93.37% of the area's resistance to flooding is still classified as low and medium. This should be of particular concern for areas with dense populations and buildings, such as Pedurungan District, Ngaliyan District, North Semarang District, West Semarang District, and Genuk District. Thus, through regional resilience mapping, it can become a basis for decision-making for local governments with the support of inclusive disaster management.

Pemerintah Kota Semarang menginisiasi program Kampung Tematik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan permukiman melalui inovasi berbagai kegiatan pada skala komunitas. Salah satu inovasi yang dapat dikembangkan adalah dengan mendorong kampung-kampung yang potensial untuk dijadikan salah satu destinasi wisata. Kampung Tematik Bonsai memiliki potensi lokal berupa adanya pembudidayaan bonsai yang dilakukan oleh beberapa warga setempat. Kampung Tematik Bonsai ini sudah terkenal di kancah nasional sebagai desa sentra penghasil bonsai dan diarahkan untuk dapat dikembangkan sebagai kegiatan eduwisata. Namun, dalam perkembangannya menjadi desa wisata, Kampung Tematik Bonsai memiliki beberapa permasalahan dari aspek infrastruktur, ekonomi, dan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengembangan Kampung Tematik Bonsai untuk dapat menjadi salah satu destinasi eduwisata di Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui telaah pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi lapangan dengan metode analisis deskripsi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa saran pengembangan Kampung Bonsai sebagai destinasi eduwisata Kota Semarang. Saran tersebut meliputi penyediaan ruang terintegrasi, penerapan inovasi atraksi wisata, dan upaya pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata.

Peningkatan tingkat kemiskinan penduduk di Kota Semarang yang telah mencapai 79,58 ribu jiwa pada tahun 2021 dengan garis kemiskinan sebesar 522.691 rupiah membuat pemerintah terus berusaha dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan melalui program perancangan kampung tematik. Dengan adanya pengembangan kampung tematik ini diharapkan dapat mendorong ekonomi lokal dengan menggali potensi-potensi ekonomi kemasyarakatan sebagai daya angkat pembangunan wilaya. Salah satu kampung tematik yang berpotensial untuk dikembangkan adalah Kampung Organik Rejosari Wonolopo dengan mengusung konsep perancangan edu-torism yang diharapkan dapat mengedukasikan generasi milenial akan pentingnya mempelajari pertanian guna menghindari krisis pangan untuk beberapa tahun ke depan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualititatif dan kuantitatif sehingga data yang didapatkan termasuk kedalam kategori primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan berupa wawancara, observasi lapangan, studi literatur, serta telaah dokumen. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian berupa rekomendasi perancangan Kampung Organik Rejosari Wonolopo yang terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu rekomendasi perencanaan sosial, rekomendasi perencanaan ekonomi, dan rekomendasi perancangan infrastruktur . The aim of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of market orientation on marketing performance with product innovation as a mediating variable for women small entrepreneurs in creative industries in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The research sample used was 117 people obtained by the census method. The relationship model between variables will be analyzed using path analysis (SPSS'26). Based on the test results, it was found that market orientation and product innovation had a significant and positive effect on marketing performance for women small entrepreneurs in creative industries in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. and Product innovation as a mediating variable was able to mediate the effect of market orientation on marketing performance for women entrepreneurs in small creative industries in Pedurungan District, Semarang City.

Secara khusus tujuan kajian tentang Pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang, adalah : 1.Melaksanakan identifikasi pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.2.Melaksanakan identifikasi permasalahan yang timbul dan solusi permasalahan pada pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.3. Merumuskan rencana strategis optimalisasi dan rekomendasi tentang pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.. Metode yuridis normatif dilakukan melalui studi pustaka yang menelaah (terutama) data sekunder yang berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, perjanjian, kontrak, atau dokumen hukum lainnya, serta hasil penelitian, hasil pengkajian, dan referensi lainnya. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan kajian ini adalah normative legal research, yaitu meliputi bahan-bahan hukum sekunder dan dikembangkan dengan bahan hukum primer yang tidak lepas dari instrumen teoritis akademis. Studi ini kemudian dilengkapi dengan kajian teoritis yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan analisis kebijakan untuk menyusun kajian ini. Selain pengumpulan data sekunder melalui dokumen-dokumen dan kebijakan eksisting. Berdasarkan hasil Kajian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi dan validasi data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Di Kota Semarang masih perlu dioptimalkan dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam proses verifikasi dan validasi data kemiskinan di kota Semarang, banyak hal yang perlu diperbaiki atau dievaluasi dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti fasilitator dalam mendata masyarakat yang kurang administrasi kependudukannya, masyarakat yang pindah, yang sudah meninggal dan lain-lain. Pelayanan terhadap masyarakat fakir miskin dan orang tidak mampu yang belum maksimal, serta pelaksanaan dan penerapan verifikasi dan validasi data yang belum 100%. 2) Dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi dan validasi data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Di Kota Semarang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu penentukan tingkat kemiskinan, waktu dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi dan validasi data, administrasi kependudukan, koordinasi yang belum maksimal, pergantian petugas verifikasi dan validasi data, kesadaran aparat terkait.

The city center's decline is a severe problem faced by cities worldwide and the City of Semarang. The population decline has coincided with the transformation of urban villages in the Central Region of Semarang City. Many dwellings have changed their function due to the growth in commercial activity, which then affected the physical form of settlements in the area. Therefore, the city center often experiences depreciation and creates vacant land, which also impacts ongoing environmental degradation. The physical transformation of urban villages needs to be identified as a positive opportunity to develop a more productive city center. This study aims to identify the characteristics and typologies in the city center to model the development of the Semarang City Center Area. This study uses a mixed research methods approach (mixed method) and used primary data in questionnaires distributed to the community in the Central City of Semarang. Respondents in this study are people who live in two residential groups, namely Kampung Kota (Urban Villages) and Planned Housing. The result is that there are four typologies based on settlement characteristics and changes in their function. These typologies include Fixed Planned Housing, Changed Planned Housing, Fixed Urban Villages and Changed Urban Villages. Then the four typologies become the basis for the development model of the Semarang City Center Area, looking at the opportunities and challenges.

Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu kota besar di Indonesia, yang ditinjau dari jumlah penduduk. Seiring dengan berjalannya, tahun, pertumbuhan penduduk kota ini terus meningkat, hingga pada tahun 2045 diperkirakan akan ada 2 juta penduduk yang bermukim di Kota Semarang. Masalah pangan pun menjadi hal yang krusial, dimana permasalahan perkotaan yang selalu berkaitan dengan faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan, tidak akan bisa lepas dari pangan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan, dengan transformasi sistem pangan yang berkelanjutan, dalam rangka memitigasi permasalahan pangan yang akan datang dikemudian hari. Transformasi dilakukan melalui analisis sistem pangan yang telah ada, meliputi aspek ketersediaan, keterjangkauan, dan pemanfaatan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, didapatkan bahwa perlunya dilakukan transformasi baik di hulu maupun hilir, serta permasalahan yang ada di sistem hulu sehingga dapat menunjang hilirisasi pangan. Policy brief yang disusun mencakup beberapa aspek yang berkaitan dengan kondisi pertanian Kota Semarang, baik dari hulu hingga hilir, dengan tujuan untuk transformasi sistem pangan yang berkelanjutan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant economic impact. The second Sustainable Development Goals are eliminating hunger, achieving food security and good nutrition. The Government of Indonesia has carried out and implemented Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guarantees for Halal Products, since 2019. Indonesia is targeting to become the Center for Halal Food Products in the world in 2024. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy given their great potential in increasing public welfare. The number of MSMEs in Indonesia reached 64.2 million with a contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP) of 61.07% or 8,573.89 trillion. MSMEs are able to absorb 97% of the total workforce and are able to collect up to 60.42% of total investment in Indonesia. To achieve the government's target to become the center of world halal products and continue to contribute to the Indonesian economy, MSMEs have problems in terms of halal certification. This requires intensive study. The Semarang City Government already has Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning halal food products. Local governments have an obligation to protect the public from consuming food and beverages that are not guaranteed to be halal. This research is a qualitative research where the respondents used are MSME actors spread across the city of Semarang. The number of MSMEs in Seamarang City until March 2022 was recorded at 23,984 business actors. This study aims to identify problems related to halal certification for MSMEs, understanding, willingness and increasing understanding and willingness in halal certification. The results the profile of MSMEs in Semarang City is Micro Industry and do not have Business License Codes /Nomor Ijin Berusaha (NIB). The MSMEs do not understand about policy Halal Certificate Product about 84%. They don’t also understand about SIHALAL and self-declare / Sertifikasi Halal Gratis respectively 90% and 72%.
