. The establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is the mandate of the law. BUMDes is also one of the leading work programs in the government's priority performance. The limited meeting of the President of the Republic of Indonesia on September 24, 2020, invited the village government to carry out development synergy. Although 5000 BUMDes are targeted by the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration it has been surpassed by the establishment of nearly 35,000 BUMDes across Indonesia. However, there are some villages that still seem hesitant and less motivated to establish BUMDes. Kawedanan District consists of seventeen villages and three sub-districts. There are a large number of villages in Kawedanan District but not all villages have established BUMDes. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of the village in the initiation of establishing BUMDes in Kawedanan District. This research activity was carried out qualitatively, through initial surveys, interviews, field studies on village potential mapping. The result of this activity is a document on mapping village potential and selecting a BUMDes company plan.

A place to store this stuff if not managed properly then it will be their own complaint for both workers and management. Complaints that arise usually messy stuff, stuff that in looking for difficult to reach, absence and so that adds to the workload of complaints and its own for house keeping part of the hotel employees. To provide solutions to the problems, conducted experimental research is the implementation of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) or also called 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin). This research was conducted at four hotels in Kuta, Bali with 20 employees as sample, and treatment by subject design. The musculoskeletal disorder predicted by Nordic Body Map questionnaire, fatigue is predicted by 30 item questionnaire general fatigue, and work productivity predicted by work volume divided by workload and work time. Data were analyzed at the level of significance of 5%. Result of analysis showed that between before and after treatment 5S increase significantly (P <0.05) on the musculoskeletal disorders (25.4%), general fatigue (28,4%), and increase productivity (32,5%). It was concluded that the implementation of 5S can increase work productivity workers hotel.

This article aims to determine the effectiveness of learning by including teaching material on the Edmodo and schoology application towards learning outcomes in fourth-grade elementary schools. Research data were collected quantitatively with experimental research using pre-experimental methods. Based on data analysis, the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test (t-test) were 12.03 and at the real level α = 0.05 thus t-count> t-table then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. There are differences in learning outcomes between students who use the Edmodo application before and after teaching material is given. Thus, the results show that Edmodo applications incorporated into teaching materials are more effectively used towards learning outcomes.

. Character education in the excellent service course is very important because in the prime service course students must be able to provide the best service. Students belong to the category mature so that the character has been formed. Character education for the adult level is only limited to strengthening and raising awareness in oneself. Based on my previous research, in 2019 character education based on local wisdom has been able to improve student service abilities, but with conventional delivery, students are a bit difficult to understand the Javanese philosophy being taught. Based on this, learning media such as instructional videos are needed, so this research aims to facilitate students in the character education process based on local wisdom. The object of this research is students of the Madiun State Polytechnic of Business Administration who are currently taking excellent service courses. This research method is a quasi-experimental form of "Non Equivalent Control Group Design". Where the researchers took one experimental class and one control class. This study used a non-parametric analysis with the chi square method and the contingency coefficient of SPSS.21 assistance on the crosstab menu. The results of this study indicate that the use of audio-visual learning models has an effect on improving the ability to serve students. The magnitude of the influence of the use of the audiovisual learning model on improving the ability to serve students is 43.3%

: The potential abundant resources in Situbondo Regency are very possible to be used as a source of Locally-generated revenue (PAD), the low management of potential sources will have a direct impact on PAD revenue so that innovation is needed both in management and innovation of transaction tools that support the acquisition of PAD itself. This study aims to determine the degree of Regional Autonomy of Situbondo Regency, determine the amount of contribution of each source of PAD to PAD, determine the effectiveness of revenue from PAD sources and know the average count (Mean) regarding the effectiveness of revenue from PAD sources. The object of this research is Situbondo Regency with PAD data for 10 years, namely 2010 to 2019. The variables of this study are (a) the amount of contribution of each PAD source, namely the ratio between the revenue of each source of PAD and the total PAD and (b) the effectiveness of the source. PAD with a target of receiving PAD sources. It is said to be effective if the realization of revenue from PAD sources is greater than the target of revenue. This study uses secondary data taken from the Regional Revenue and Financial Management Office of Situbondo Regency. The degree of Regional Autonomy of Situbondo Regency shows the contribution of PAD to total Regional Revenue shows an average of 9.42% or still below 30%, but the achievement of PAD in Situbondo Regency continues to increase from 2010 to 2019. Contribution of each source of PAD to the Total PAD in an average proportion shows Regional Tax of 20.16%, Regional Retribution of 11.38%, Results of Regionally Owned Companies and Management of Separated Regional Assets of 3.83% Others Legitimate PAD of 64.3%. These results indicate that the majority of revenues come from Other Legitimate PAD.
