Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi pada pembinaan atlet dayung. dengan mengidentifikasikan adanya pengaruh dari beberapa aspek yaitu salah satunya dari segi gizi atlet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet dayung SMA Negri Olahraga Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 21 orang atlet.. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 orang Atlet.. Gambaran tingkat pengetahuan giziatlettinggi. Hal itu ditunjukkan denganatletyang masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi 3atlet(15,79%), kategori tinggi 13atlet(68,42 %) kategori cukup yaitu 3atlet(15,79%), dan kategori rendah 0 siswa. Pola konsumsi pangan atlet dayung SMA Negeri Olahraga dilihat dari frekuensi penggunaan bahan makanan menunjukkan bahwa pola konsumsi pangan makanan pokok adalah nasi putih dikonsumsi lebih dari satu kali sehari oleh atlet dayung SMA Negeri Olahraga, pengganti nasi adalah roti dikonsumsi kurang dari tujuh kali perminggu, dan mie satu sampai dua kali perminggu. lauk pauk adalah daging ayam dikonsumsi dua sampai tiga kali perhari, sayuran adalah bayam dikonsumsi dua sampai tiga kali perhari, buah-buahan adalah semangka, pisang dan papaya dikonsumsi dua sampai tiga kali sehari. perminggu, junk food adalah fried chicken dikonsumsi kurang dari satu kali perminggu. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan gizi atlet dan pola konsumsi perlu ditingkatkan lagi dikarenakan gizi olahraga sangat mempengaruhi terhadap aktifitas fisik atlet dalam meraih prestasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler atletik kelas III, IV, V, VI SDN Inpres Diha berada pada kategori sedang. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelititian ini yaitu analisis instrumen observasi serta instrumen angket yang di isi oleh siswa yang dimana kedua instrumen ini menggunakan skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini memfokuskan pada minat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler lari jarak pendek. Berdasarkan hasil pengisian angket ditemukan siswa yang berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 42%, kategori sedang sebanyak 57% sementara kategori rendah 0%. Sedangkan hasil pengisian instrumen observasi diperoleh siswa yang berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 14%, kategori sedang sebanyak 85% dan kategori rendah 0%.

Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh model latihan menggunakan karet terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan atlet perguruan beladiri pencak silat Nurul Husna Indonesia Kota Bima. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen designs dengan bentuk one-group pre-test – post-test design dengan populasi sampel sebanyak 10 atlet. Pengumpulan data menggunakan test tendangan depan selama waktu 1 menit, pengukuran serta data dianalisis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model latihan menggunakan karet berpengaruh terhadap hasil kecepatan tendangan depan, hal ini dapat terlihat dengan n = 10 dan taraf nyata 0,05 didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 21, 490 dan nilai t table sebesar 2,262. Dengan demikian Ha diterima, Ho ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada model latihan menggunakan karet terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan atlet perguruan beladiri pencak silat Nurul Husna Indonesia Kota Bima. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model latihan menggunakan karet efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan depan pencak silat. Dari model latihan tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kecepatan tendangan depan atlet perguruan beladiri pencak silat Nurul Husna Indonesia Kota Bima.

This study aims to describe the existence of folk games and traditional sports in Pontianak City. Folk games are symbolic of hereditary knowledge that has many functions, not only as part of the culture of folk games, but can develop character, basic movements and mental emotional conditions of children. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative in the form of a survey to find out how much knowledge students have. The subjects in the study were students in the city of Pontianak totaling 311 students. With a distribution of 118 students in elementary schools, 91 students in junior high schools, and 102 students in senior high schools. In addition, to obtain information from the community, it was carried out to the Komite Permainan Rakyat and Olahraga Tradisional (KPOTI) Kalimantan Barat. There are 12 games that are known to students in the city of Pontianak, including tapok pipit, bentengan, ketapel, gala hadang, buah lima, lompat tali, taba, gasing, main jengkal-jengkalan, egrang, sumpit and gonde. The intensity of students playing traditional games in the frequent category is 37% and the rare and very rare category is at 63%. Furthermore, students most often play traditional games during holidays, which is 58%, and play traditional games at school by 23% and are played in the afternoon and evening by 19%. There are 7 obstacles in playing, the biggest obstacle is the absence of friends to play with a percentage of 67%, the second biggest obstacle is that there are no game tools with a percentage of 47%, then fear of getting hurt 21%, not knowing how to play 16%, often fighting 10%, prohibited parents 5%, and unpleasant 4%. In general, traditional games in the city of Pontianak, especially among children, are still often played both during free time and during school breaks.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and the physical fitness of students of SD N 1 Labuhan Ratu, Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a survey method with a correlational quantitative approach. The population used is class V with a total of 40 students. The sampling technique used total sampling consisting of 23 sons and 17 daughters. Body mass index (BMI) instruments, namely digital scales and height measuring devices, then physical fitness used the TKJI test for ages 10-12 years. Data analysis used the product moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between body mass index (BMI) and the physical fitness of SD N 1 Labuhan Ratu students in Bandar Lampung city which can be seen from the interpretation criteria for the correlation coefficient r, namely the value rx.y = 0.768 is strong for boys and rx.y = 0.562 is for women. Moderate results for women because their level of physical fitness is low and for men their level of physical fitness is strong. These results are because gender is a factor that affects physical fitness. So the conclusion is that there is a relationship between body mass index (BMI) and physical fitness for both boys and girls, but for male students the relationship is stronger while for female students the relationship is moderate.

Using augmented reality media in the learning process can create excitement. Happiness belongs to positive emotions. Emotions are related to the learning process, the information that enters the students then they remember what the teacher conveys, this is influenced by emotions. Joy can trigger an overflow of positive emotions that activate the nerves of the brain to record the material being given by the teacher easily because feelings and attitudes will have a very strong influence on the learning process so that a person will have the desire to learn with all his abilities if he likes what is being learned. and he will feel happy to be involved in it. This research method is quantitative with a pre-experimental approach. The research design used the one case study with a purposive sampling technique. the total population is 489 with a sample that will be used as many as 114 students. The results of the study used an excitement questionnaire with 23 questions covering several aspects. Positive aspects of 18.21%, Aspects of full involvement of 18.42%, Aspects of establishing positive relationships with teachers and friends of 24.60%, Aspects of finding meaning in everyday life 12.86%, Achievement aspects of 12, 81%, and external factor aspects of 13.10%. This study aims to determine the effect of several plyometric exercises on improving smash skills in volleyball. Many studies have conducted this research in the field of sports. Various kinds of studies explain that plyometric training has a very positive effect on improving volleyball smash abilities, but the results of the data presented tend to be different, with this it is necessary to re-analyze the data in order to provide comprehensive information about plyometric training on improving volleyball smash abilities. The meta-analysis method used in this study was assisted by Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JSAP) software version 0.16.0.0 by collecting data from research results that already exist in databases such as Google Scholar. Literature search from Google Scholar using the keywords: “plyometric” OR “plyometric” AND “smash” with a range of 2010-2022. The sampling technique used in the search for articles is fulltext articles and article research is carried out in Indonesia. The results of the search with these keywords found a population of 979 articles and 11 samples used, then this data will be retrieved according to the inclusion and exclusion that have been determined. The results of this study indicate that the RE model was identified as 1.15 from the results of studies that have been analyzed and there is no publication bias, therefore it can be concluded that plyometric training has a high effect on volleyball smash ability.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola tidak bisa bertahan dalam waktu pertandingan penuh khusus pada Vo2max. Tujuan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik (Vo2max) tim sepakbola junior Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam program ini adalah metode ekperiment dengan tes awal terlebih dahulu selanjutnya diberikan latihan terprogram lalu dilaksanakan tes akhir. Populasi pada kegiatan ini seluruh pemain sepakbola yang berjumlah 20 orang. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquiry terhadap tingkat konsentrasi siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, desain penelitian Randomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 29 Bandung, sampel diambill menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Sebanyak 30 siswa belajar dengan model pembelajaran Inquiry dan 30 siswa dengan model konvensional. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan survey. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sample guru pendidikan jasmani di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang menyetujui 22 orang, (7 orang perempuan dan laki-laki 15). Instrumen yang digunakan mengacu Buku Pedoman Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar. Hasilnya tingkat kepuasan guru pamong terhadap Program PKM mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan jasmani Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan 86,36 % (19 orang) menjawab memuaskan, 13,63 % (3 orang) menjawab tidak memuaskan.
