Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model latihan yang dibuat layak dipergunakan di dalam club dan untuk mengetahui hasil latihan pengembangan model variasi latihan roll belakang cabang olahraga senam lantai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan roll belakang pada peserta club persatuan senam Indonesia kota bima. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis data Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Langkah yang ditempuh dalam pengembangan ini terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan pengembangan, pembuatan produk awal, validasi produk, uji coba produk kelompok keci, uji coba kelompok besar dan produk akhir. Uji coba penelitian dilakukan terhadap 10 peserta club persani. Hasil akhir dari penelitian pengembangan ini berupa model variasi latihan roll belakang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan roll belakang. adapun hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukan hasil presentase kelompok kecil 83,75% dan kelompok besar 89,16% yang dimana dari hasil tersebut menunjukan hasil yang sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapa disimpulkan bahwa model variasi latihan roll belakang layak digunakan di club persatuan senam Indonesia (Persani) Kota Bima dengan presentase hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar meningkatUji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan kepada 4 peserta club persani dan uji coba kelompok besar dilakukan kepada 6 peserta club persani kota bima.

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan drill smash terhadap pukulan smash forehand dalam permainan tenis meja. Metode pada penelitan ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa putra PJKR Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk berjumlah 20 mahasiswa. Sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 20 mahasiswa. Dari jumlah sampel tersebut dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yakni 10 mahasiswa kelompok eksperimen dan 10 mahasiswa orang kelompok kontrol yang dilakukan dengan teknik Ordinal Pairing. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes pukulan smash forehand tenis meja. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Uji Analisis Varians dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan drill smash terhadap Pukulan Smash Forehand dimana Fhitung = 12.532 > Ftabel 0,05 (1:18) = 4,41.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of physical fitness with intellectual intelligence (IQ) in soccer athletes. The research method uses the correlational method. The sample in this study were 13 male soccer athletes who were members of the Soccer Club at the college level. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used to measure students' physical fitness was the Multilevel Fitness Test (MFT). Meanwhile, the measurement of intellectual intelligence (IQ) uses an IQ test with Standard Progressive Matrices (SPM) test. Data analysis used a correlation test to confirm the relationship between physical fitness and intellectual intelligence (IQ). The results showed that the male soccer athletes' average level of physical fitness (Vo2 Max) was in a good category. The intermediate IQ level is in the High Average category. The correlation test shows a linear relationship between physical fitness and intellectual intelligence (IQ). The better the physical fitness, the higher the intellectual intelligence.

This study aimed to determine the effect differences of the Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model and the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model on Pencak Silat learning outcomes. The research method used was an experimental quantitative approach with an intact-group comparison design. Participants from the population included 44 students (23 boys and 21 girls) aged 14-15 years selected using systematic sampling. Data collection techniques used observation and document analysis. The data analysis technique employed the independent samples t-test. The study results concluded that there were differences in the effects of the DI learning model and the STAD learning model on Pencak Silat learning outcomes. Furthermore, the result showed that the STAD learning model was better than the DI learning model. Thus, the STAD learning model can be used to improve Pencak Silat's learning outcomes for Secondary School Students students.

Various factors causing fatigue in athletes include an increase of lactic acid in muscles. According to the movement patterns of softball athletes, the energy source comes from the Lactaid anaerobic metabolism. Therefore, it is necessary to know the elimination of lactic acid in muscles, reflecting the decrease of lactic acid in the blood. This study aimed to determine the recovery time of lactic acid levels after exercise in 0 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 20 minutes. Accutrend Lactacid measured softball athlete lactic acid levels. The method used in this study was an experimental method with One-Shot Case Study research design, while the research subjects were randomly assigned from the viable softball athlete population in the Student Activity Unit. The samples included 12 athletes. Data analysis employed t-test paired scores with significance p ≤ 0.05 using SPSS V. 20.0 software. The results showed that the lactic acid levels returned to normal, namely the level of 2.79 mMol/L, at 20 minutes of rest. It concludes that that lactic acid levels of softball athletes increased after the start of training, decreased after 5 minutes of rest, and returned to normal in 20 minutes of rest.

Dehydration is a case that will happen when exercising. The allowed dehydration level for a single exercise for health is still uncertain. Based on a review of research, dehydration up to 2% can lower mood but has not decreased aerobic performance. Information on the allowed level of dehydration to maintain exercise and performance still needs to be done. The research method used was an experimental pre-test post-test method. This study compared 2.2% and 2.8% dehydration levels on 400 meters running performance. The population of this study was all Sports Coaching Education students class of 2017 and 2018. The sample grouping was administered randomly into two groups. The first group was the 2.2% dehydration group consisted of 16 students. The second group was the 2.8% dehydration group consisted of 25 students. The dehydration process was conducted passively by doing sunbathing while using a raincoat. Bodyweight was measured before dehydration up to several times to reach the desired level of dehydration. The measurement of the 400-meter run was carried out before weight measurement and after dehydration. The data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was no difference in the 400-meter run performance at the two levels of dehydration. Dehydration between 2.2% level and 2.8% level equally lowered the 400-meter running performance. This study suggests that the athlete's hydration level when exercising should be kept below 2.2% to achieve optimal performance. During training, athletes should be provided with drinks to maintain hydration levels.

The study's purpose was to establish the inertial sensors-containing device (ISCD)-determined match characteristics that predict elite, male badminton players’ performance levels. Twenty-two (22) male single players (aged: 23.39 ± 3.92 years), who represented 10 African countries, participated in the study. Players were categorized as successful and less-successful players according to the results of five championships during two seasons. ISCD units (Catapult MinimaxV4), Polar Heart Rate Transmitter Belts, and digital video cameras were used to collect match data. ISCD-determined variables were corrected for match duration, and independent t-tests, cluster analysis, and a binary forward stepwise logistic regression were used for statistical analyses. A Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve (ROCC) indicated the validity of the group classification model. High-intensity accelerations per second were identified as the only ISCD-determined variable that showed a significant difference (p = 0.05) between groups. Furthermore, only high-intensity accelerations per second (p = 0.03) and low-intensity efforts per second (p = 0.04) were identified as significant predictors of group classification, with 76.88% of players that could be classified back into their original groups by making use of the ISCD-based logistic regression formula. The ROCC showed a value of 0.87. The identification of the last-mentioned ISCD-determined variables for the attainment of badminton performances emphasizes the importance of using badminton drills and conditioning techniques to improve not only the physical fitness levels of players but also their ability to accelerate at high intensities.

Mood disorders are a frequent complaint experienced by women during menopause due to hormonal changes. Physical exercise is known to reduce depression, but research on menopausal women is limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical exercise on depression in menopausal women. The study design used was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test for 16 weeks. The measuring instrument used was a GDS (Geriatric Depression Scale). The research subjects consisted of 34 menopausal women aged 45-65 years. Subjects were divided into two groups, including the physical exercise group (2x90 minutes/week, n=17) and the control group (n=17). The results showed that physical exercise significantly decreased depression (p=0.013) in the physical exercise group compared to the control group. It concludes that regular exercise is effective for preventing and treating mood disorders that occur when menopause.

The purpose of this study was to help improve the basic futsal techniques through video feedback (VFB) in futsal learning. The research method used was the pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in a university, specifically in the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program, involving 34 students as the samples. The samples were then receiving feedback via VFB. Instruments to measure the basic technique was the Dribbling test. The results showed a significant improvement in the basic dribbling technique after using VFB in futsal learning. Futsal learning activity using VFB is one of the strategies in Physical Education learning to optimize the classroom environment, improve basic techniques, increase competence, improve playing skills, and explore physical motor activities. It concludes that Video Feedback significantly improves student skills. The use of audiovisual media (video) also has a high level of effectiveness in the training or learning process and is essential for student learning to carry out the exercise material effectively in the learning process. Future research is expected to use VFB to determine the student's cognitive ability and futsal playing skills.

This study aimed to improve the student knowledge and skills in Pencak Silat by applying project-based learning on a blended learning basis. The research method used was the experimental research method. The design of this study was quasi-experimental by involving a control group and an experimental group. The participants of the study involved 60 students of Universitas Ganesha selected using a random sampling technique. The data in the study were collected by utilizing a questionnaire. Data processing was carried out using Paired Sample T-test method. The result showed that the project-based learning model on a blended learning basis could improve the student knowledge and skills in the Pencak Silat learning process. It can be seen from the increase that occurred in the control and experimental classes. Thus, learning Pencak Silat through Project-Based Learning on a blended learning basis can be used as an alternative to improve student knowledge and skills in Pencak Silat.
