Correlation between Running Surface Types and Risk of Iliotibial Syndrome 跑步表面类型与髂胫综合征风险之间的相关性

Running is a mostly performed sport by people, but it is important to pay attention to the running surface because it can be a factor of injuries experienced by runners. Running on a road runner track is preferred because it can reduce injuries by 32.4%. A study from the Vancouver Running Clinic, the frequency of experiencing Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) was 6.8% for men and 9.8% for women. This research was aimed to determine the relationship between the type of running surface and Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) injuries. This research is a correlational study using cross sectional approach. In this research, the non-probability sampling and incidental sampling techniques were used. This research involved 80 runners in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Magelang City as subjects. The data collection instruments for this research included the Ober test for ITBS and a questionnaire for respondent history. Analysis of data regarding the relationship between the type of running surface and the incidence of Iliotibial Band Syndrome found no relationship. It shows that the type of running surface does not affect the incidence of Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) in runners. It is expected that this research can become a baseline or foundation for developing prevention of Iliotibial Band Syndrome.

Improving Range of Motion through Leg Extension Exercise and Static Bike Exercise for Osteoarthritis Genu 通过腿部伸展运动和静态自行车运动改善骨关节炎患者的活动范围

Aging is identical with decreased functional abilities, such as prolonged standing, walking, squatting, running, or other activities. These decreases in functional ability can be caused by a degenerative disease, namely osteoarthritis (OA) genu resulting in a limited motion in the knee joint caused by a decrease in range of motion. Treatments for OA Genu cases include leg extension exercise and static bike exercise to maintain and to increase the range of motion (ROM) of knee joints.  This study was a Quasi Experimental study. The study lasted for five weeks from May-June. The sample of this study were 24 people. The results of the study found that the ability to movement extension and knee flexion in both groups increased. Both groups obtained p  value = 0.625 for extension and p value = 0.062 for flexion.  The p value of extension and flexion is p0.05. Results showed that, after the intervention in both groups, the osteoarthritis  patients at Siloam Hospitals Bali had improved flexion ROM and knee extension. Based on the difference value before and after treatment, the percentage increase in range of motion extension and flexion in the static bike group was slightly higher than the leg extension exercise group. It concludes that leg extension exercise and static bike exercise are equally good in increasing ROM of osteoarthritis patients. Leg extension exercises and static bike exercise can be used as alternative exercises to improve the ability to bend and to straighten knee joints experiencing limitations or stiffness.

Effects of Life Kinetic and Brain Gym Training Models On Working Memory and Concentration of Football Athletes 生命动能和大脑健身房训练模式对足球运动员工作记忆和注意力的影响

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Life Kinetic and Brain Gym training models on working memory and concentration of junior football athletes and to examine the more effective training model, the Life Kinetic or Brain Gym training models, to improve working memory and concentration of junior football athletes. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative research using the true experiment and the pre-test and post-test two treatment design. The population of this study were all students of Saswco Bandung U-13 Football School, totalling of 26 people. The samples were selected using total sampling technique. Respondents were given the Life Kinetic and Brain Gym training models 3 times a week, carried out for 4 weeks. The instrument for measuring working memory was The Digit Memory Test, while the instrument for measuring concentration was The Amazing 1 to 50. The hypothesis testing analysis technique used was the Multivariate test. The results of the research for the Life Kinetic and Brain Gym training models on working memory and concentration was sig. 0.000 0.05, while the between-subjects effect test value was Sig. 0.000 0.05. It shows that there was a difference between Life Kinetic and Brain Gym training on working memory and concentration of junior football athletes. In conclusion, the Life Kinetic and Brain Gym training models can improve working memory and concentration of junior football athletes. Life Kinetic training had a better effect than Brain Gym training on working memory and concentration of junior football athletes. It is suggested that further research should recall information more specifically during matches and practices of football games by simplifying Life Kinetic and Brain Gym Exercises.

Efforts to Increase Students Learning Motivation Through Physical Fitness Games in Physical 通过体育课程中的健身游戏提高学生学习动机的努力

In learning physical education, the most basic thing is student motivation to take part in learning. The focus of the problem in this PTK is an effort to increase student motivation through physical fitness games for class VII F students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangsal, which are not as expected. The purpose of this research is to increase the learning motivation of class VII F students through a game approach. This research is a classroom action research that emerges from the learning process. The subjects of this study were 32 students in class VII F of SMP Negeri 1 Bangsal. The research instrument was a motivational questionnaire to find out how much students were motivated. The indicator for the success of this classroom action research was a significant increase in student learning motivation. The results of this study show that learning physical education with a game approach to physical fitness is evident that most students have high motivation of 51.3% and most have a fitness level in the moderate category of 43.3%. In learning physical fitness activities through games has increased.

Sports Comparison of Running Speed of Blind Athletes Using Technology Assistance and Guide Runner 盲人运动员技术辅助与导跑者跑步速度的运动比较

The purpose of this paper is to compare the running speed of blind athletic athletes at NPCI Bandung City by disclosing the difference in running speed performance of blind athletic athletes in Bandung City when using a running method assisted by a guide runner and when using technological innovations created by students and a lecturer at the Indonesian University of Education, namely Blind Run. This technological innovation received an award from KEMENPORA of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022 and has been implemented for blind athletic athletes at the Bandung City NPCI. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling, namely, athletes who are blind and have adapted to using the Blind Run product. A quantitative research method with the Mann-Whitney test is applied to answer the research hypothesis. The researchers' findings showed that athletes who ran using different methods had insignificant differences in speed. This is evidenced by the comparative test results, namely the sig. (2-tailed) of 0,121 or > 0,05 so that hypothesis can be terminated.

Improving Learning Outcomes of Rhythmic Movement Activity Learning through Utilization of the TikTok Media Model Project Based Learning 利用TikTok媒体模型项目学习提高节奏动作活动学习的学习效果

Abstract This research is motivated by the lack of achievement in learning rhythmic movement activities. This is due to one of them applying a monotonous learning model and liberating students more without any special material being taught. Other factors are also the main causes, including the absence of innovative media used during the learning process, very little introduction to learning material for rhythmic movement activities, and based on diagnostics that students' understanding is still lacking regarding rhythmic movement activities. The purpose of the researchers in conducting this research was to improve learning outcomes related to cognitive and psychomotor aspects in learning rhythmic movement activities through the use of TikTok media with the model project based learning (PjBL). This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which consists of several cycles. In each cycle consists of 4 phases, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results obtained show that in the first cycle, the completeness of achievement in the cognitive aspect is 53% and the psychomotor aspect is 22%. In cycle 2 the achievement of completeness in the cognitive aspect increased to 84% and the psychomotor aspect increased by 81% in all indicators

 This research is motivated by the lack of achievement in learning rhythmic movement activities. This is due to one of them applying a monotonous learning model and liberating students more without any special material being taught. Other factors are also the main causes, including the absence of innovative media used during the learning process, very little introduction to learning material for rhythmic movement activities, and based on diagnostics that students' understanding is still lacking regarding rhythmic movement activities. The purpose of the researchers in conducting this research was to improve learning outcomes related to cognitive and psychomotor aspects in learning rhythmic movement activities through the use of TikTok media with the model project based learning (PjBL). This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which consists of several cycles. In each cycle consists of 4 phases, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results obtained show that in the first cycle, the completeness of achievement in the cognitive aspect is 53% and the psychomotor aspect is 22%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Balance and Leg Muscle Power with the ability of T kick speed in pencak silat athletes of Bandar Lampung youth oath unit. The method used in this study is quantitative method. With the research design consists of independent variables and dependent variables. Balance (X1), leg muscle power (X2), and kick speed ability T (Y), a sample of 17 pencak silat athletes from the Bandar Lampung youth oath unit. In this study, the data collection used survey methods with test and measurement techniques. The results showed that: (1) Balance has a significant relationship with the speed of the T kick, with the value of t count = 12.63 > ttable = 2.144. (2) Leg Muscle Power has a significant relationship with T kick speed, with t value = 21.291 > ttable = 2.144. (3) Limb Muscle Balance and Power have a significant relationship with T kick speed, with F count value = 120.273 > Ftable = 3.74. This study concluded that Balance and Power of Leg Muscles have a close relationship with the ability of T kick speed in pencak silat athletes of the Bandar Lampung youth oath unit.
摘要本研究旨在探讨南榜市青年宣誓单位百米运动员平衡感、腿部肌肉力量与踢腿速度能力的关系。本研究采用的方法是定量方法。本研究设计由自变量和因变量组成。平衡性(X1)、腿部肌肉力量(X2)和踢脚速度能力(T (Y)),样本为来自楠榜市青年宣誓单位的17名跳绳运动员。在本研究中,数据收集采用调查方法与测试和测量技术。结果表明:(1)平衡性与T踢腿速度有显著关系,T计数= 12.63 >表= 2.144。(2)腿部肌力与T踢腿速度有显著关系,T值= 21.291 >表= 2.144。(3)肢体肌肉平衡和力量与T踢腿速度有显著关系,F计数值= 120.273 >Ftable = 3.74。本研究的结论是:南榜市青年宣誓单位的竹腿运动员,腿部肌肉的平衡和力量与踢腿速度的能力有密切的关系。

Football Augmented Reality Media Application for Student Learning Interests 足球增强现实媒体对学生学习兴趣的应用

Learning by drip with the media is a way of learning that can increase the interest in learning. This learning can be enhanced by applying augmented reality media. The application of augmented reality emphasizes the implementation of learning with a more diverse and interactive virtual concept. The learning dribbling model applied in this study is a direct and indirect learning model with augmented reality. This study aims to achieve the thesis on (1) the influence of the application of augmented reality in soccer ball dribbling equipment on students' learning interests and (2) the increase in students' interest in learning to use augmented reality football dribbling devices. This research method is a pre-empirical design with a quantitative descriptive approach. The study design used was a pre-test-post-test group design. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. Observation techniques were used to observe the target audience, interviews were used to collect data, while angle distribution was used to determine student interest in learning. The results show that there is an effect of augmented reality media on soccer dribbling material on learning interest of grade VIII-5 students at Junior high school of 1 Nganjuk, expressed as a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and student interest in learning in grades VIII-5 at Junior high school of 1 Nganjuk 1 Nganjuk using augmented reality media on soccer dribbling equipment increased to 6.4% when being treated.

Tingkat Kecakapan Passing dalam Permainan Sepakbola pada Pemain Galaxi FC Kota Bima

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kecakapan passing dalam permainan sepakbola pemain Galaxi FC Kota Bima. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, adapun teknik pengambilan datanya dengan menggunakan tes kecakapan passing yang diadopsi dari V. Poerwono. Tes kecakapan passing ini merupakan salah satu bentuk instrument untuk mengukur tingkat kecakapan passing dalam permainan sepakbola. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain Galaxi FC Kota Bima dengan jumlah 22 pemain. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian tingkat kecakapan passing dalam permainan sepakbola pemain Galaxi FC Kota Bima, secara rinci diperoleh 4,55% sangat kurang, 4,55% kurang, 18,18% sedang, 31,81% baik dan 40,91% sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian passing dalam permainan sepakbola pemain Galaxi FC Kota Bima yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik.

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan lempar lembing pada siswa putra kelas IX SMAN I Monta Kabupaten Bima. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen One Group EXperiment atau yang disebut juga dengan Teatment By Subjects Design. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada pengaruh latihan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan lempar lembing pada siswa putra kelas IX SMAN I Monta Kabupaten bima. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan melempar lembing setelah melakukan latihan otot lengan.
