Risk and resolutive capacity in the transmedia clinical technology platform 跨媒体临床技术平台的风险和解决能力

This article presents in detail a reflection on the design of health organizations and the problems arising from the incongruence between the incorporation of technology and the specialized personnel, which affects the resolution capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to understand both the value chain like the collective imaginary about risk, safety, clinical microsystems and clinical management, in an environment of increasing informational intensity, not only in processes but also in sociality built from digital networks. The results are derived from two Research Projects carried out on Colombian Hospitals in which the Clinical Engineering Group participated. The document is composed of nine parts: history of clinical engineering, problems of duality in the complexity declared by hospitals and problems associated with digital transmedia clinic; Problems of duality in the complexity declared by the Institutions providing services (IPS); Problems associated with medical devices in highly complex hospitals; Collective imaginary and devices; risk; Technology and security; Organizational knowledge and learning; Transmedia clinical technology platform; Value chain and full resolution capability; concluding with: clinical microsystems and clinical management.

Diagnosis in industrial processes 工业过程诊断

This article describes the most important aspects in the diagnosis of failures on industrial processes. An analysis of process safety is seen from monitoring tools including expert systems as well as intelligent hybrid models. The article continues to identify aspects such as reliability, risk analysis, fault diagnosis techniques and industrial control and safety systems in processes. Reliability and risk analysis provide important information in a process safety tool; analyzes such as HAZOP, FMEA, Fault trees and Bow tie are described through this article. Then compiled and summarized the different techniques and models of fault diagnosis concluding with a presentation of control and safety systems in an industrial process

Evaluation of hyperparameters in CNN for detecting patterns in images 用于检测图像模式的CNN超参数评估

Deep learning techniques have emerged as an effective solution to the problems of current pattern recognition techniques, such as neural networks. Within these new techniques, the convolutional neural networks (CNN) offer an integration to the recognition of patterns in images, given by the traditional set of images processing plus neuronal networks. This article presents the analysis of the different hyper parameters that imply the training of a CNN, which allows to validate the effects on the accuracy of the network. It is used as a base the recognition of electric energy meters, obtaining a network with an accuracy of 96.32 %.

Genetic algorithms for optimization and study transport tours 遗传算法优化和研究交通旅游

This paper is the result of a research project developed by the DIGITI’s research group at Francisco José de Caldas University, on optimization problems by using artificial intelligence and it shows the implementation of a genetic algorithm (GA) as a tool for planning and optimization transport tours, with the goal of finding the best path destinations for a fleet of vehicles. It presents basic concepts of the theory and the results obtained, about the administration and logistics in the supply chain, through a planning solution that optimizes the use of transportation resources.

In this article, some instances of well known combinatorial optimization NP-Hard problems are solved by using Koopmans and Beckmann formulation of the quadratic assignment problem (QAP). These instances are solved by using an Embarrassingly Parallel Genetic Algorithm or by using an Island Parallel Genetic Algorithm; in both cases, the implementation is carried out on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs).

Analysis of the spatio-temporal gait parameters of transtibial amputees 经胫截肢者时空步态参数分析

In this study we analyzed the spatio-temporal parameters (step length, step time, stride length, stride time, speed and rate) of three unilateral transtibial amputees in order to find the best gait pattern and this verify the adaptation of the prosthesis, using inertial sensors of the TECHNAID ® brand in order to make the diagnosis in an objective way; the data were processed using the MARCHA ET software of the DIGITI research group of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. In this study, were analyzed three subjects from the Hospital Militar Central (HMC) the cause of amputation is due to trauma caused by antipersonnel mines. It was found that subjects with unilateral transtibial amputation lean on more time and carry more weight on their healthy lower limb, which leads to an increase in mechanical demand on the knee joint of the amputated leg.

Breathing and temperature detection using thermal images in infants 利用热图像检测婴儿的呼吸和体温

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is one of the leading causes of death in children under one year of age. SIDS is defined as the death of a child under one year of age, without apparent symptoms or causes during sleep that lead to his death. Therefore, monitoring of childhood sleep has become vital for parents, health care providers and health educators during the perinatal period. Temperature and respiration are the parameters most used during neonatal and postnatal consultations as an indicator of events related to the SIDS. This document proposes a method of non-invasive detection of temperature and breathing, based on the automatic detection of areas of the forehead, nose and mouth of the infant, calculating statistical measures and pixel-temperature conversion of thermal images. The proposed method used 7.189 thermal images of 6 infants during sleep, obtaining a general accuracy of 88,26% in temperature and breathing detection into three different classes.

This study makes a revision of the most recent investigations that have implemented the wavelet transform by analyzing the electrical and mechanical variables of the induction motors. The investigations can be grouped into three main topics: diagnosis and detection of faults, control and detection systems and the classification of electromagnetic disturbances.

Integration of hardware and web artefacts in embedded systems 嵌入式系统中硬件和web工件的集成

This paper is a guide for the realization of integration processes between Web artifacts and the Hardware that supports them in Embedded Systems oriented to the internet of things. This suggested method is based on tests and hardware and software architecture design that contemplates the support of Web transactions taking into account the limitations of an Embedded System. The result of the study is a guide for working groups with a structured systematic and coherent orientation of process of integration between software and hardware, aimed to Embedded Systems that interact on the Web.

Human-robot scaffolding architecture 人-机器人脚手架结构

This study presents the advances in the design of the architecture called Human-Robot Scaffolding. The Architecture allows an anthropomorphic social robot to intervene assertively during the learning of the Mean-Fines analysis strategy. Its design recognizes three aspects. Firstly, the scaffolding educational strategy. Second, the psychological theory of Flow. Third, the paradigm BDI agents for the execution of the robot's goals. The partial validation of the architecture has been done with 20 children between 10 and 13 years old from two schools in Colombia. According to the results, the modules and the goals proposed in the architecture promote in an assertive way the learning of the Mean-Fines analysis strategy.
