The article examines the format of hotels, which is becoming popular in the world practice of hotel business and is developing very quickly – «adults only».Was detected that «adults only» hotels have appeared and are developing in contrast to the format of recreation with children and club family hotels with all inclusive system.The result of market relations for these needs is the emergence of hotels «adults only», and the booking application will be approved only if all customers listed in the booking have passed the announced age limit.Synonymous with the term «adults only» is «child-free», «hotel for adults» and so on.In the scientific practice of Ukrainian hospitality there is no such format of hotels. But scholars and practitioners today often use this format of temporary accommodation as a concept, investing in this concept of temporary residence style with a ban on people under 16 years of age.Adult-only hotel should be a temporary accommodation that strictly states that its custo-mers can only be visitors over 16 years or older and is more of a hotel-oriented hotel business model. .Suggested scheme of classification of hotels «adults only» on four indicators: class(4 *****, 5 *****) stars, age characteristics of the client (16+, 18+, 21+, 40+), the status of relations, couples, companies, large families) and individual preferences of the client (entertainment, quiet recreation, dating, nudism, sex challenge).It has been found that adults only hotels are geographically located in the tourist market of the world in four regions of the world: Europe, Southeast Asia, North Africa and Central America.The factors that determine their location on the world map have been identified and adults-only hotels have been analyzed, which have a point location in some countries of the world −Egypt, UAE, Tanzania, Tunisia.The conclusion is made about implementation of the need for theoretical and practical research on the classification and research of the peculiarities of the functioning and prospects of location of hotels «adults only».Key words: hotel, hotel format, adults only, child-free, hotel without children, hotel for adults.

In the proposed work based on theories of reproduction qualitative and quanti-tative characteristics of the final social product representing summary of the annual production are revealed. Whole process of reproduction comprehended in terms of formation of the final product according to natural form and cost and the role of intermediate links in this process.Such approach lets to find new opportunities of content research intensive and extensive types of reproduction, show intense conditions of development nature of dynamic results ratios and various types of costs, and formation peculiarities pace and critical proportions of a public production .From the angle of view of reproduction of the final social product the problem of criteria is socio-economic efficiency production, their relationships, and local criteria efficiency is considered. Research objective is to find out which economic forms accepts the product in its move-ment from inception to readiness for consumption. The ready receipt for final consumption of pro-ducts species and societies satisfaction needs there is achievement final economic results. Which chain would link in the public division of labor would not take and in what distance from the final stage of production it would been, it activity objectively obeys to achieving of these results. This means that the deepening of the process of social division of labor and specialization of production, being a factor in increasing labor productivity, gives rise to an objective orientation of the production process in all its links towards the achievement of final national economic results. The need to orient all economic activity towards achieving them is caused by this objective orientation of production.The final social product is an indicator of the volume of production, a quantitative expression of the products that are designed to satisfy social needs at the level of the national economy. The article considers the existing approaches to modeling the capacity of commercial seaports. A review of research on seaport development models in order to summarize the experience of modeling complex processes and improve their use for forecasting and analysis.. Economic and mathematical modeling of ports is directly related to one or another of their conceptual modelsExamples of stochastic modeling studies, queuing models, scenario approach with combination of simulation modeling, use of Markov apparatus with demolition, dynamic optimization model based on methods of inventory management theory, namely the generalized Wagner-Whitein dynamic model are considered.Simulation modeling of sea trade ports in four main directions was considered: modeling of dynamic systems, discrete − event modeling, system dynamics, agent modeling.The aim of the study is to compare approaches to modeling the capacity of commercial seaports in the current state.A two-level multifactor dynamic model of linear programming is proposed to determine the capacity of ports and their specialization by type of cargo in a broad sense. The multifactorial modeling by the proposed model and the possibility of its use for the purposes of analysis limiting the capacity of ports, and to justify options for their deve-lopment.The method of organizing the delivery of goods through transshipment ports by different modes of transport is implemented in the process of optimal distribution of cargo between ports and modes of transport, which determines the specialization of ports by type of cargo in a broad sense. It was solving the problem determines the reserves of port capacity and limiting the resources of ports in which to invest for the development of growing cargo flows. The possibility of choosing options for the development of commercial seaports was realized in the model on the basis of maximum net income with the condition of repayment of loans in equal amounts and additional restrictions on investment, loans by year and the condition of inseparable net present value of individual investment projects in ports.Multicriteria optimization was considered in order to choose a solution that meets the interests of all participants in the transport process.Comparison of analytical, simulation and situational modeling of sea trade ports is performed.Keywords: analytical, econometric models, simulation modeling, situational modeling, sea trade ports

Modern trends in the development of the world transport market and the port industry necessitate the acceleration of Ukrainian sea trade ports development taking into account the modern role of port activities for the national economy and the processes of integration into the world economic system.Currently, the port industry is undergoing significant changes under the influence of vari-ous factors, which is characterized by constant changes in maritime trade and logistics supply chains, market conditions, etc. If earlier the changes in the port industry were mainly technologi-cal, in recent years the changes taking place at the port enterprises cover all spheres of their func-tioning.The port sector faces not only the immediate challenges posed by the COVID-2019 pan-demic, but other factors that have a long-term impact on the industry, ranging from changes in supply chains and globalization to changes in the way port businesses are managed and in cargo handling technologies, and also increasing trends in greening and digitalization of port activities.Changes in the traditional activities of port enterprises are associated with a whole range of demographic, technological and environmental factors that form a number of important trends. As port authorities, port operators, regulators and other stakeholders are involved in adding value to the port, they need to understand what changes are taking place in the port industry today and what the implications are.The article researches the factors influencing the development of the port industry in modern conditions in the world and in Ukraine, identifies the main problems and directions for the further development of port enterprises.In modern conditions, there have been significant changes in the Ukrainian port industry, which manifested itself in the transformation of seaports − in fact, they have become waters and specialized areas, rather than state-owned enterprises, as before. Abstract.The article analyzed most recent meaning and problems of the entry tourism in Ukraine, were mentioned the main obstacles, that could cause problems for tourism industry in Ukraine and its negative impact on the development of the branch as opposed to the world standards. It analyzed the main indicators in the activity of collective means, indicated a tendency to their reduction in numbers and shortage in foreigner fraction, which remained there before. The modern problems of tourism branch as well as overall tendency of change in the interaction between causes of regulations of tourism industry were defined, stated the reasons of decrease of touristic flows. Modern tourism pays a significant part in stimulations of the economical development of not only separate branches but also country’s economics as well. Development of the tourism stimulates consumers’ demand, increases the level of the currency income, impacts the employment, boosts the living conditions of thepopulation, activates relations between the countries of the touristic process, provides constant development of the certain regions and is considered a great way in protection of the cultural, historical and environmental heritage. The involvement of the foreign tourists brings significant income for the country, however, also requires big investments in the branch for the modernization of the service sector. Tourism in-dustry provides more and more income to the budget of the world countries every yearand that is why the market became highly competitive as every country tries to be the most attractive one for the potential traveler and, consequently, lead in the promotion of touristic goods. Tourism potentiality of Ukraine is embraced in a very few ways. With the proper attitude, tourism can bring significant economical benefits to the county, without causing any social and environmental problems. There are few factors affecting the development of entry tourism: political and economical stability of the country, safety and comfort of the tourists, the overall state of the touristic infrastructure, evidence of the cultural and historical heritage, special recreational zones, tourist destinations or either cultural or sport events. Tourism branch brings high income to the countries that cultivate it and also the countries of the European Union. In the conditions of euro integration, the development of the tou-rism activity in Ukraine, especially the entry tourism, becomes the one of the significant importance. The demand for innovative technologies in the field of law is constantly growing. The purpose of the article is to assess the prerequisites and prospects for the development of the legal services market based on the use of innovative technologies, in particular Legal Tech. It has been determined that the field of Legal Tech is a very relevant area of legal consulting development in Ukraine. Legal Tech services are an auxiliary attribute in the work of a modern lawyer in any field. Legal Tech is a startup option. This startup will allow lawyers to optimize the management of clients' cases, in particular transport enterprises, with the help of modern technologies. The sphere of IT technologies is characterized by indicators of intensive growth of innovative technologies. A number of positive aspects of the functioning of Legal Tech startups in the economic sphere, in particular in the sphere of the transport industry, have been identified. The Legal Tech system allows you to optimize the results of lawyers' work, in particular to simplify the mode of working with documents, etc. The disadvantages of Legal Tech development in Ukraine are identified as follows: an imperfect system for protecting confidential information, lack of live communication with the client, unstable Internet connection. A number of chatbots that can serve as assistants in solving standard situations in the field of transport technologies have been analyzed. The main characteristics of the chat bots «AXDRAFT assistant robot», «BumperBot», «FastDoc assistant» are investigated. In the future, the development process of the above-mentioned technologies will contribute to optimizing the work of lawyers in solving standard and template situations, in particular in the field of transport activities. The researched innovative services are currently at the development stage in Ukraine. A number of positive aspects of the functioning of Legal Tech startups in the economic sphere, in particular in the sphere of the transport industry, have been identified. The Legal Tech system allows you to optimize the results of lawyers' work, in particular to simplify the mode of working with documents, etc. The disadvantages of Legal Tech development in Ukraine are identified as follows: an imperfect system for protecting confidential information, lack of live communication with the client, unstable Internet connection. A number of chatbots that can serve as assistants in solving standard situations in the field of transport technologies have been analyzed. The main characteristics of the chat bots «AXDRAFT assistant robot», «BumperBot», «FastDoc assistant» are investigated. In the future, the development process of the above-mentioned technologies will contribute to optimizing the work of lawyers in solving standard and template situations, in particular in the field of transport activities. The researched innovative services are currently at the development stage in Ukraine. The formation of the harmony of the maritime trade market is based on the reaction of ship-owning and port structures to the nature of changes in the main characteristics of cargo flows. At the same time, relations and the reaction of the ship-owning complexes to the optimization of the technical and economic level of the competitors are being formed. A shipping company as an enterprise develops and functions in contrast to other production structures of the national economy in the context of international competition. Regardless of the flag of registration of ships, companies operate in the global maritime trade market. It is the priorities of international conventions that determine managerial and marketing technologies. Therefore, a special nature of the participation of shipping companies in the formation of the final economic results is formed. It is this factor that requires constant clarification of the patterns of sustainable positionning in the system of the international division of labor. Also, it should be noted that the most important tendencies in improving the management of the development of subsystems of the national maritime transport industry are balancing the assessment of the merchant fleet and ports both from the standpoint of macroeconomic and entrepreneurial interests. Therefore, research focuses on the selection andimplementation of the special priorities of the national maritime transport complex. In this regard, the temporal characteristics of the routes are considered rather thoroughly. However, the inconsistency of approaches to the formation of systemic security remains.The efficiency of the state and functional and economic stability should be consi-dered as the main criterion for changing the form of the ownership. With the stability and sustainability of maintaining the liquidity conditions of the enterprise, the change of ow-nership is determined by market conditions and the marketing strategy of the owner himself. Usually, in this state, the change in the form of ownership on the part of the owner has particular number of non-standard reasons. Modern economic priorities, which predetermine the sustainability of the development of international trade are also predetermining the increase in the role of maritime transport in both business activities, ‒ social and environmental spheres. It should be borne in mind that the costs of ensuring these results are concentrated in the system of the sea conveyor industry and are used to be strictly relevant. Their effectiveness is largely displayed in the form of an emergency effect, which highly affects the demand of the consumers, which is, in its turn forms the amount of the provided services within the sea transport industries. At the same time, the subsystems of the maritime transport industry, in contrast to other activities, are governed by the international institutions which are also affecting the total results of their productions or transportation processes. Concerning the other part of the system, the investors of the merchant fleet and seaports should be focused not only on the entrepreneurial purposes, but on the external restrictions on their competitive implementation as well. Thus, one of the main problems is based on the balance of economic security and the system-wide security of the activities of enterprises of the maritime transport. It should be borne it mind that these particulars of the maritime transport, such as its port industry, the transportation system, the logistics operations and other necessary parts and spheres are highly connected and are very dependent on the maritime industry. The mentioned above information requires the choice of the management methods and maintaining the subsystems of the maritime transport industry from the system security. In turn, it is necessary to clarify the essence of this category with the provision of the above, which will subsequently strengthen the stability and reliability of the maritime industry both by the individual components and internationally. As far as known, the maritime transport is built on many different certain parts and organizations most of which cannot exist without each other.

There is a correlation between socio-economic development of the country and the transport potential development. In the context of globalization of economic relations, merchant shipping increases its importance as a factor of the national economy positioning stability in the strategy of its effective participation in the international division of labor.One of the most difficult problems of national maritime transport effective positioning in the main sectors of the maritime trade market is the freight market functioning according to specific laws and its instability.The fundamental importance and multifunctionality of the maritime transport complex influence on its position both in the global economy and in the structuring of the national production complex predetermines investment, economic and integration tasks for reliable system development.The aim of the investigation is to develop a system of decisions on the merchant shipping parameters effective formation on the criteria of integration, as well as to mention the variety of management decisions at the macroeconomic level and at the level of shipping companies.For the effective functioning of any sectors of the national economy, it is necessary to implement unified economic and legal approaches and complete organization of the enterprises state and investment projects.The shipping company's operating activities planning and its development in the integration strategies system of the global transport services market should be considered as the main tool for realizing the economic potential of the ship owner.Institutional principles for managing the operation efficiency of maritime transport enterprises, as well as the limits of administration, should reflect the role of the merchant fleet and ports in ensuring international economic inte-rests. International trade is influenced by many factors: the development and deepening of the labor international division and the production internationalization; trade growth and economic integration with the common markets formation, free trade zones; international trade liberalization, reduction of the level of protectionism and trade barriers. The very first form of international trade was sea trade, since one of the oldest modes of transport is sea transport, which still retains its primacy in cargo transportation. Sea trade is a form of international economic relations, international trade in goods, the delivery of which is carried out using sea transport.The article examines the current state and trends in the maritime trade deve-lopment, identifies the main problems of the maritime industry and the risks that threaten the development of maritime trade in a pandemic, analyzes the prospects for the deve-lopment of trade with the participation of maritime transport in the world and in Ukraine.Trade tensions have triggered a restructuring of global maritime trade, as the search for alternative markets and suppliers has redirected flows from China to other markets, especially in Southeast Asia. UNCTAD experts note that the impact of COVID-19 on trade was most severe in the first half of 2020, when trade volumes fell by 15 %. But many countries never recovered by the end of the year. On the other hand, some states were able to successfully withstand new challenges and achieved an increase in their share in the world market, displacing from it the least competitive suppliers, which suffered as a result of reduced demand. The analysis showed that the structure of Ukraine's maritime trade was quite resistant to the emergence of coronavirus. And the significant share of agricultural products in production and exports is a confirmation of this fact. For the development of Ukraine's maritime trade and integration into the world economic system, it is necessary to develop and implement the capabilities of the national maritime economic complex, to protect the interests of Ukraine as a maritime power in the foreign policy and foreign economic spheres.Keywords: maritime trade, COVID-19 pandemic, export, import, maritime policy.
