The nautical safety of bulk carriers is largely determined by their correct loading. The available ship's instruments do not allow timely planning of loading operations and real-time control of the ship's condition during their execution. The ship's officers in charge have to spend a lot of time preparing the loading (unloading) plans. The high intensity of cargo operations at modern dry bulk terminals and the lack of sufficient time to prepare and verify the new cargo plan may create a risk of cargo holds being overloaded. This may lead to a deterioration of the local and longitudinal strength of the hull and a violation of the seaworthiness of the ship. The solution to this problem should be the development of new methods of cargo operations planning. Such methods should be based on a strategy of optimizing the distribution of a given quantity of bulk cargo, taking into account the availability of port facilities and the design of the vessel itself, its nautical parameters, stability, longitudinal and local strength. In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to formalize the cargo operations in terms of a mathematical model of the ship and to establish the functional relationship between the parameters affecting the seaworthiness of the ship. Obviously, the development of this method is a promising area of scientific research aimed at improving the safety of bulk carriers.The article describes the method of loading operations of a bulk carrier with the task of choosing the best strategy for carrying out cargo operations according to the criterion of continuous seaworthiness of the vessel.Keywords: bulkcarrier, maritime safety, cargo operations, permissible loading, ship stability, the vessel strength, optimisation.

The development of information technologies has led to changes in the way of doing business.The organization of electronic information exchange between enterprises allows you to significantly increase the efficiency of your activities by reducing communication costs, reducing the number of personnel involved in processing incoming and outgoing documents, eliminating possible personnel errors, reducing the time required to organize a deal, ensures the speed and accuracy of receiving information, and high speed financial calculations.E-commerce levels the playing field, allowing both large and small companies to compete on pricing and product mix. It gives trading organizations access to the global market, which in most cases is inaccessible to small companies.At a first approximation, e-business can be characterized as the execution of orders, payment and delivery of goods and provision of services using standard network information exchange technologies. But e-commerce is a specific part of electronic business, which includes social relations regarding the purchase and sale of goods, services and information over the Internet using all the tools available on the network. Every year it develops and expands both in Ukraine and around the world and acquires new forms to which enterprises must quickly adapt in order to obtain competitive advantages and highly effective tools for promotion, and consumers to save time and savings when purchasing goods and services with a significant improvement in the quality of service, to the state in order to ensure international integration through a sufficiently effective form of commodity-monetary relations and to build a system of electronic governance.The presence of a high-quality Internet connection and free access to it ensured the active entry of electronic commerce not only into retail trade, but also into the sphere of services, financial services and public administration. The low purchasing power of the population forces consumers to look for cheaper places to buy, which leads them to Internet shopping sites. The purpose of the article is to assess the impact of logistics decisions on the company's financial results. To achieve the goal in the course of the study, the follo-wing tasks were set and solved: logistics costs were analyzed by their structure, financial results of leading Ukrainian logistics companies, it was proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of logistics solutions using return on assets (ROA) and return on investment (ROI) indicators, and a factorial analysis of ROA and ROI according to the Dupont model.Global logistics costs exceeded 9,3 trillion USD. Ukraine has a high value of 18%, which characterizes the logistics system negatively. The most significant logistics costs are associated with transportation (60% in 2020), inventory costs (23%) and warehousing (11%).The Ukrainian logistics market leaders in terms of gross income are DP Kuehne & Nagel, DP DSV Logistics and DP FM Logistic Ukraine.The financial aspects of making management decisions by logistics companies are maximizing net profit, positive cash flow, improving the use of fixed and working capital.Without reducing the importance and role of the profit indicator, we note that it can often be more effective to use investments, borrowed capital in order to increase the turnover of investments (capital) and, as a result, to increase profitability.It is also recommended to assess the impact of logistics on the company's perfor-mance using the return on assets (ROA) and return on investment (ROI) indicators.In terms of ROA, among the analyzed companies, the leaders were DP Kuehne & Nagel with an indicator of 25,2% and DP Logistic Plus with a value of 20,8%. Abstract. The paper explores the need to develop an improved CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) implementation for the travel agencies. It has been proved that the use of this tool (in contrast to other CRM-systems, which require the use of many other programs for a full analysis) will provide facility to improve travel agencies business processes in all areas: customer care, sale, marketing and finance and above all – it will serve an opportunity to analyze key indicators and draw accurate conclusions about the further development.The aim of the paper is to improve the CRM system, which will enhance the work of the travel agency in all areas: customer service, sales, marketing and finance, and most importantly −it will analyze key indicators and draw accurate conclusions about further development.The system will allow you to get any necessary information quickly (e. g. checking the details of the tour and its relevance), so it takes less time to process the customer's request.CRM will provide a number of opportunities to establish communication with customers: creating a contact list, recording communication history and application history. The reporting system allows the manager to get a quick and accurate response for the questions related to the organization of the travel agency: how to identify the most popular destinations, find out the number of applications for a certain period, calculate profits and turnover, analyze the performance of each employee.Developed CRM for travel agencies will provide complete control over customer service consistency. The system will allow travel agencies to store and analyze huge amount of data: from the first call to the final negotiations. And most importantly, due to the help of our CRM, the company can analyze the certain tourists` preferences, choose the most suitable option for them, make applications and book tours.The cost of implementing the system includes not only the cost of the license and the salary of the programmer, but also additional costs (e.g. cost of software, system settings, system installation, trial operation of the system). The aim of this paper is to investigate the Vehicles Routing Problem (VRP) in the framework of the modern Supply Chain and Logistics management and new customers' require-ments. It is a fact that the more complex the problem the higher the level of difficulty and computa-tional strain that is required for resolving the Routing Problem, at an exponential degree. Consi-dering this, modern businesses are required to meet the new market trends as these are shaped by contemporary life, incorporating new technologies in their business model which will decisively impact the development of operational models of dynamic routing.Thus, after studying alternative vehicle routing problem models, optimization algorithms categories and looking deeper at fleet management systems operation, the ultimate goal of this paper is the proposal of a functional model of dynamic routing for vehicles, as an integral element of a wider digital ‘mechanism’ of technologically advanced information systems.Keywords: Dynamic Routing, Digital Transformation, New Innovative Technologies, Com-petitive Advantage.

The creation of a modern warehouse is a complex process that requires a systematic approach, the involvement of qualified specialists and the consideration of many factors that affect the planning of the territory, the determination of the parameters of the territory and warehouse, the construction of the facility, the selection of equipment and software, the development and implementation of storage technology, ensuring the object's vital activity. One of the most important processes in warehouse management is logistics. Although, this process is extremely complex because it requires full coordination of the inventory supply functions, as well as cargo processing and order distribution. As a result of the research, it was outlined that the new paradigm of logistics is flexibility. After all, the ability to react and adapt quickly and flexibly is of crucial importance. It was determined that the use of mobile robots, which replace stationary conveyor equipment, allows the field to quickly complete orders, to always appear on time when they are needed at a specific moment. It is noted that currently, logistics centers around the globe use various mobile platform systems. This is quite justified for the organization of warehouse work in modern conditions, because even a small fleet of unmanned vehicles allows you to better structure processes, optimize the management of material resources, and reduce costs. Localization, movement control and tracking in warehouses are new trends in the development of logistics. The algorithm of placing and moving goods in the warehouse will be formed from the choice of the method of storing goods. The technical equipment of the warehouse is important. Technical equipment is selected based on the specifics of the working conditions and conditions of storage of goods. The development of a specialized digital solution for the warehouse to order is the creation of an individual service for a certain company, taking into account the peculiarities of all business processes. As a rule, similar programs are used in distribution centers, where there is a huge list of various products and more than a thousand operations take place in one hour. The use of information technologies in the warehouse is an important step for optimizing product flows. The creation of automated warehouse systems will save on labor costs, increase productivity and reduce operating costs. An automated warehouse can also eliminate order picking errors and increase warehouse throughput. The article proves that the importance of foreign economic activity for domestic enterprises and the need to ensure their economic security determine the urgency of the transition to security-oriented management of foreign economic activity. The essence of the concept of «economic security» is analyzed and it is determined that it is a rather broad concept that should be considered as a process of more efficient use of its production and economic resources and entrepreneurial capabilities. set goals and objectives in accordance with his chosen development stra-tegy. The level of economic security of the enterprise is studied and it is determined that it depends on how effectively its management and specialists will be able to avoid possible threats and eliminate the harmful effects of certain negative components of the external and internal environment. It is determined that the purpose of economic security of the enterprise is to guarantee its stable and most efficient operation in the present and high potential for future development. The mechanism of economic security management, which depends on the scope of the enterprise, providing corporate resources and opportunities to implement basic measures to maintain its proper level as a whole and its main structural elements, as well as the mechanism of economic security of foreign economic activity is an effective element of economic security. The list of tools (models) for ensu-ring the economic security of foreign economic activity, which relate to the mechanism of economic security management of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The place of economic security of entrepreneurship in the security system of the national economy is determined.It should be noted that the universal tools to ensure a high level of economic security of the enterprise include: organizational and managerial measures, technical support, control and systematic monitoring of indicators of its individual structural elements and economic security of the enterprise as a whole. The article is devoted to the study of the experience to develop the ecological hotel business in European countries on the possibilities of its use in Ukraine. The formation of ecological hotels concept is aimed at a quality system of comfortable living in harmony with the environment and allows to outline the features of the ecological hotel. These features include: a system for saving resources; use of alternative energy sources; minimization of chemical reagents used; application of bactericidal methods that decompose dirt and waste; reducing or preventing the use of allergens; high-quality utilization of waste and garbage; use of completely closed systems for water and air regeneration; catering with certified products and purified water. The interior design of ecological hotels, which is based on the use of "natural" colors and recycled materials, is no exception for eco-hotels. A unique approach is to adhere to the philosophy of abandonment of electronic devices. The availability of eco-labels in ecological hotels increases its attractiveness to potential customers, and the use of ecological certification includes the coverage area and objects of certification. The international program of voluntary environmental certification of hotel business enterprises "Green Key" and the activities of the association BIO HOTELS, whose experience is appropriate to use in the hotel and restaurant business of Ukraine, are analyzed. The advantages of the latter are determined: construction biology and use of natural building materials; regionality and seasonality of organic products; availability of certified organic and natural cosmetics and hygiene products only; complete waste recycling; exclusion of plastic use; environmental electricity; availability of electronic charging stations for electric vehicles. To support environmentally sound operation, the independent experts carry out the inspection and draw up a climate balance sheet, in which the company's own CO2 emissions are recorded. The association aims to define its climate-positive activities, combined with common goals and ideas. Promoting the idea of environmentally friendly organic origin and living in accordance with this goal distinguishes BIO HOTELS among other associations that exist in Europe. The environmental field covers all spheres of life and business in Europe, and trends in this development are rapidly supported by Ukrainian hospitality enterprises. The creation of hotel enterprises' associations and the possibility of creating such associations in Ukraine are considered. The study found that an important part of the organization of the system of international relations of enterprises in the field of services is the creation of organiza-tional and economic support mechanism. An important task in the period of deepening globalization is to develop an effective economic and legal mechanism aimed at leveling the problems associated with increasing all types of resources to ensure foreign economic activity of enterprises in the service sector. The approaches of foreign economic activity through the prism of economic functions of the enterprise concerning cooperation with foreign partners in foreign markets are considered. It is established that an important part of the organization of the system of international relations of enterprises in the field of services is the creation of organizational and economic mechanism to ensure foreign trade. This mechanism operates in the context of integration processes as a factor in the effective operation and competitiveness of service enterprises in international markets. Therefore, service enterprises should be considered as a social, legal and economic sys-tem of the micro level with its internal components, which have both permanent and peri-odic external links and interactions. The structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of foreign economic activity of the enterprise is characterized and the aggre-gate structural elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise-subject of foreign economic activity are formed, providing its internal and external envi-ronment, which is never stable foreign economic activity. Analyzing the structure of the mechanism of regulation of foreign economic activity and economic activity in general, shows that the urgent need at the present stage of economic development is to create an optimally balanced system of regulation, which will effecttively combine economic,or-ganizational, legal and socio-psychological forms, methods, means of regulation. he article examines the creation of a logistics center based on a sea trade port in the world economy.Seaports of Ukraine are the most important component of not only the transport, but also the production infrastructure of the country. Maritime infrastructure is a strategic national object and seaports are centers of the international economy and international entrepreneurial activity.Ports play the role of connecting points (bridges) between the transport system and, accordingly, the economy of Ukraine with the world transport system and the economies of foreign countries.The effective development of transport system enterprises belongs to the priority tasks of the state policy in order to create prerequisites for increasing the level of economic development of the country and improving the quality of transport services, reducing the costs of transporting goods and cargo due to the comprehensive informa-tization of transport enterprises and the revision of transport technologies.Modern practice in this field of activity shows that there is a diversification of port services that go beyond the boundaries of the port itself (its internal and external water area) and include a large number of coastal and other economic operations of the transport chain.Today, logistics centers of various types are being created in ports, each of which has its own characteristics.In Ukraine, at this stage of the development of the port industry, a sea trade port cannot be classified as a logistics center.
