At the present stage, considerable attention is paid to the problems of harming the environment, which arises as a result of uncontrolled or unreasonably burdensome tourism and recreational activities for natural landscapes. The article highlights certain ecological aspects of the development of the tourism and recreation sphere. It is determined what impact the growth of mass tourism has on the natural and recreational potential and the natural environment. As you know, the policy of intensifying the use of tourist-recreation potential leads to an increase in the load on the ecosystem. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to form a policy and develop a strategy for the development of tourism not separately, but as an integral part of a unified regional policy based on the principles of sustainable ecologic economic development. An important factor in the development of tourism is maintaining a balance between ecological, economic and social components. First of all, environmental factors of development should be taken into account: optimal anthropogenic load on the natural resources of the territory, diversification of types of tourism: the formation of ecolo-gically oriented directions, which will make it possible to achieve a balanced develop-ment of tourism. The policy of the development of the tourist and recreational sphere, taking into account the environmental impact, is becoming more and more urgent and relevant. The protection and transformation of recreational areas includes the determination of load standards for natural complexes, the allocation of green zones and resort forests, the protection of recreational lands, forest management measures, the protection of underground water and mineral resources and sources, and the preservation of the purity of the air basin. The rapid development of tourist and recreational activities is reflected in the massive, sharp increase in the number of tourists, includingmotorists. Issues of protection of natural resources should be resolved long before the start of exploitation of the recreational area, i.e. at the design stage. Keywords:ecological aspects, tourist and recreational activities, impact and consequences, balance.

The article analyzes the organization of international tourism and trends in its development in Ukraine and the world. It is established that international tourism is one of the most profitable businesses in the world. This sector has recently become increasingly important in the structure of national economies, and is developing every rapidly, in countries that prioritize the development of recreation and tourism, this service sector is growing much faster and is one of the most important fillers of the state treasury, but is still active growth and its potential is much greater than used under current conditions. The global features of international tourism are considered, which indicates the special role of the most powerful tourism countries in the world market of tourism services. The current state of functioning of the international tourism sector in Ukraine is analyzed. The analysis showed that the effectiveness of such activities is constrained by the unresolved number of problems, for the solution of which it is necessary to make appropriate changes and additions to current legislation; approval of national standards for all types of recreational and tourist services. It turns out that Ukraine has all the objective prerequisites to become one of the leading countries in the world with developed international tourism. It is proposed to classify the needs of consumers of tourism products in international tou-rism activities by the criteria of their causes: The peculiarities of the use of innovative services in the activities of tourism businesses are considered. The essence, content and indicators of competitiveness of international tourism are considered, insufficient development of this concept is revealed, in particular due to lack of understanding of the needs of consumers of tourism product, validity and normative and methodological basis of organizational and economic support of international tourism. Keywords: tourism product, tourist needs, motivation, pandemic, services market, service quality, innovation

Maritime transport provides more than 80 % of the world's international trade, so it is actively developing with the growth of production and economic connections between countries. On the other hand, the work of seafarers is quite difficult, associated with long-term separation from homes and risks, and therefore is not particularly popular among workers in developed countries, where high salaries can be obtained on shore. Thus, it is precisely for the population of developing countries that the labor market of seafarers is quite attractive, since the salaries within these countries are significantly inferior to the salaries of seafarers, in addition, such countries are characterized by a lack of jobs in the domestic labor market. At the same time, it should be noted that the unskilled labor market of seafarers (ordinary) is oversaturated (thanks to Asian countries), while the market for highly skilled labor of seafarers (officers) is scarce, where the salary is much higher, but the appropriate education is required. It is here that the advantages of Ukraine as a country with a fairly high general level of population and certain maritime traditions – and at the same time a low level of employment and especially wages within the country, which creates the attractiveness of maritime work for domestic workers – can be revealed. We can even say that an important export potential of Ukraine is precisely the work of domestic qualified specialists (in particular, seafarers – in connection with the loss of a significant part of the domestic fleet) abroad. In order to implement these advantages, to expand the training of seafarers (officers), it is necessary to develop the maritime education network of Ukraine, to substantiate the corresponding investment projects. The first fundamental feature of the products produced by the higher (qualified specialists) from ordinary products is that the manufacturer of ordinary products disposes of it himself – what part of the manufactured products to sell and at what price. The state, which prepares qualified personnel, does not dispose of its products –specialists themselves decide whether to work in the acquired specialty, depending on the amount of salary, tax rate, etc. (production has its own opinion). The second fundamental feature of products produced by higher education (qualified specialists) from ordinary products is that ordinary products are sold on the market only once (for products of long-term consumption, their resale is possible, but already on another – secondary – market). On the seamen's labor market, specialists offer themselves regularly, the offer is formed not only by newly graduated specialists, but also by graduates of previous years (production accumulates over time), so it is necessary to build a dynamic model.Taking into account these features, dynamic two- and three- factor optimization models of investments in the training of seafarers, taking into account their further behavior on the lab

The article deals with international integration and the main forms of interna-tional integration interaction.Integration and globalization are becoming increasingly important in economic development. At present, no state can exist in isolation from others without recourse to mutual coopera-tion. In the activities of any country there is foreign economic and foreign policy interaction withother countries. The presence of historically established and sufficiently strong economic ties between countries largely determines the expediency and possibility of integration. Common eco-nomic interests and problems that can be solved much more efficiently by joint efforts are also of great importance.Integration is usually understood as a process during which the growing economic inter-dependence of two or more countries develops into the merging of national markets for goods, services, capital and labor, and on this basis an integral market space is formed.Integration in a broad sense is the unification of some parts into a single whole. The con-cept of «integration», as well as the process of integration itself, appeared in scientific circulation at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th century. It is known that the term «integration» in translation from Latin means restoration, connection, replenishment, and integer –whole, whole. Therefore, integration means a process, as a result of which the unity and integrity of the system are formed on the basis of unification and convergence, i.e., obtaining a whole from any separate parts that complement each other, creating a qualitatively new formation. The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the fact that integration processes arebecoming an integral part of the growing globalization of the world economy. They represent a qualitatively new form of interstate interaction and have the ultimate goal of accelerating eco-nomic growth and increasing the competitiveness of countries participating in integration pro-cesses. International integration plays a significant role in all countries of the world. Participation in integration groups gives countries a number of significant advantages, namely: wider access to various resources, joint solution with other countries of complex socio-economic, scientific-technical, environmental and other problems.Integration promotes the development of new territorial markets, the creation of joint enter-prises in the developed territories, increasing the stability of national economies, the unification of suppliers and consumers, production and sales of products. Keywords: world and international economy, economy of foreign countries, forms of inter-national integration interaction.

At the present stage of human evolution, achieving the goals of sustainable development is an important task of the global agenda. Man-made type of economy for centuries before the ecological crisis, as it was unable to ensure balanced civilization without harming the environment. Search for new ways of human development called for the emergence of modern economic models and systems, including environmentally-oriented logistics systems. This will minimize the negative impact on the environment that meets the environmental objectives of the Concept of Sustainable Development. The aim of the article is to form a model of steady state metabolism of the ecological system project. The article uses the tools of methodologies of design, logistics and environmental management; systemic as general-managerial and physical as scientific-natural approaches are applied for the characteristic of stationary states of the project of ecological system. The article presents a model of the ecological system project as a complex open dynamic system related to the supra-biological level of the organization, as it consists of many elements that form the internal environment of the project (complex) and are interconnected with the elements of the external environment. Сhanges its state during the life cycle of the project (dynamic) and maintains a dynamic relative constancy of composition and properties (stationary). The design of the ecological system in order to maintain the homeostasis of the system carries out the metabolism with the design environment, removing resources, transforming them and returning them to the environment. The steady state of the ecological system project is described using a metabolism model.A mathematical model of steady-state metabolism of the ecological system project has been developed. Keywords:еcological system project, project life cycle, metabolism model, steady state of the project. Abstract. The research presented in this article is aimed at developing a methodology for decomposing business processes that take place in the port, into components and finding optimal approaches to their management within the port enterprises. The aims are to carry out a schematic grouping of operations and management decisions of port operators by management areas and to analyze the role of business processes in achieving enterprises commercial goals. Different approaches to structuring business processes are consi-dered, and the methodology used in this article, based on UML (Unified Modeling Language), is chosen, as it is a powerful analytical method for creating charts from different data and information sources. Based on the analysis of port operators of Ukrainian sea trade ports, a general profile of the port operator has been deve-loped, which reflects the evolution of business processes of maritime transport enterprises from one of the simplest forms to another, which is a typical modern transport enterprise. The article is devoted to the main trends in the work of Ukrainian seaports. The importance is emphasizedensuring the manageability of such a complex system as the maritime transport enterprise, and emphasizes the importance of identifying specific business processes specific to port enterprises, and highlighting the specifics of the analysis of general business processes. Based on the analysis of opportunities for growth of exports, imports and transit, it was determined that the greatest potential for further development of port operators is to expand the cargo base and attract transit cargo, so the emphasis is on building relevant business processes. The main reasons for restructuring or transformation of the business model of the enterprise are identified. The main sectors of restructuring of the port operator's business model have been identified. Keywords: port, port operator, business process, cargo turnover, transit.

Article presents a brief overview of recent transformations in the maritime transport development financing sector, in which a certain place is given to direct investments and their increased role after the global financial and economic collapse of 2008 year.Within a few years of collapse of 2008, private equity funds entered the shipping sector and showed increasing interest, filling the gap in traditional bank financing at the time. In the period of 2011-2012, private equity funds financed at least 22 deals in the shipping industry for a total amount of more than 6.4 billion dollars. This, then new, source of capital was highly valued by the industry, which has faced the rigidity of conditions in the credit market and low of charters rates and suffered heavy losses. Prior to 2008, mobilizing finance in this sector was not too difficult as the industry was experiencing a period of sustained growth at historically high freight rates. Many shipping companies expanded and placed long-term orders for the construction of a large number of new vessels. In the period 2003-2008, there was a boom in the market for the construction of new vessels − the amount of orders reached 800 billion dollars, and half of the orders were placed in 2007-2008. It was not difficult to get a bank loan of up to 80% of the cost of a new vessel. Most of the new vessels were supposed to be launched within a few years of the 2008 financial crisis. After 2008, as a result of the low growth rates of global demand for goods and the arrival of new construction vessels on the market charter rates collapsed in most markets. This was followed by a precipitous drop in the value of vessels, and the shipping industry fell into a streak of losses, non-repayment of loans and bankruptcies. In this situation, private equity funds seem to be extremely important to ensure the growth of the sector and can influence its development in a number of directions, including as a result of consolidation and vertical integration of transport services. This will require increasing the efficiency of the sector and creating companies with a stronger financial position. Keywords: investment transformations; financial and economic crisis; fleet building; Kommanditgesellschaft; direct investment funds.
