This research investigates the portrayal of women characters in Henrik Ibsen's play, A Doll's House. Ibsen is the father of modern theater and often advocates for social issues in his plays. This study aims to shed light on the portrayal of women in this play and how they are different from each other, the study is an important to portray women's experiences in Ibsen's era. Ibsen himself champions gender parity, reflects in characters like Nora Helmer, Mrs. Linde and Anne Marie. The study uses a feminist framework to analyze the play's multiple feminist trends. Considerable attention will be devoted to illuminating the inequitable marriage system, the constraints impose upon women's autonomy, and their endeavor for emancipation. The study concluded that those women fought a lot to be free and did many unfortunate things to solve their problems. Researcher strongly suggested that there are stark differences between the women characters in this play. While Nora Helmer, Mrs. Linde, and Anne Marie seemed happy as the play began, they moved in parallel but in opposite directions. Nora left her husband's house to live an independent life, having her thoughts and decisions, and facing her fears about the future; Mrs. Linde and Anne Marie quickly overcame obstacles in life and grew up. They sacrificed a lot to get safety and provide for their families.

In this article, we looked at the reasons why students reluctant to study at this stage? and exploring the underlying reasons that contribute to students' lack of motivation to study, the study used the descriptive analytical approach on the study population of (1185) male and female students, and were selected (228) students randomly as a sample for the study from Islamic secondary schools in Kirkuk Governorate. The questionnaire and interview were relied as a data collection tool. Among the most important of these reasons is indifference to school's tasks and duties. We have extensively studied the reasons for students' unwillingness to study at this stage, and delved into the causes they lack motivation to study. The study showed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.01) between the sample's responses about reasons related to the home and school environment and the student himself, preoccupation with network games versus indifference to the teacher's encouragement with grades, in addition, there was no statistically significant difference between the average sample responses relative to the school stage and the educational status of the father and mother. The study suggested enhancing the teacher's role in activating extra-curricular activities such as trips and exhibitions to increase students' motivation to study. Finally, the study recommended to follow these results from the "Department of Religious Education and Educational Studies".

The purpose of this study is to investigate the common mistakes committed by the postgraduate students as well as the challenges they faced during writing their proposals. The study obtained a convince sampling in which 15 postgraduate students of English Department, University of Aden were recruited. In this study, the data was collected by using the students' proposals, and their correction forms, as well as using focused group discussion. The researcher analyzed the data and used qualitative analyses i.e., content-based analyses by highlighting the main themes. The findings of the study indicated that the majority of the postgraduate students committed common mistakes such as the choice of an appropriate title, unclear statement of the problem, writing irrelevant literature review, choosing inappropriate methodology, references system was not clear and some plagiarism issues. Moreover, it was investigated that the postgraduate students generally had some challenges in using standard proposal format, writing literature reviews, methodology skills and other supervision issues. These findings are of great importance for instructors at postgraduate program.

This descriptive study aims at assessing how much technology Yemeni undergraduates prefer to use in their academic courses. Technology amount refers to the amount of information and communication technology used in academic courses of Yemeni universities. Technology amount is ranked as follows: no technology, limited technology, moderate technology, extensive technology, or exclusive technology. Data have been collected through a survey questionnaire offered to a random sample of 620 undergraduates at Taiz University and Al-Saeed University. Five hundred seventy students responded to the questionnaire. 355 (62.28%) and 215 (37.72) respondents belong to each university, respectively. The researcher anarmajore data using SPSS. The analyzed data revealed that only 12.98 percent of surveyed respondents preferred to take courses that do not use any technology while the majority of them (87.2 percent) preferred to take courses that use technology. However, techminded students had different degrees of preference for technology use in their courses. Also, the study found that there was no statistically significant difference among undergraduates on the basis of their demographics except for age, study status, and major. For example, students from engineering and business management showed more interest in the use of technology in their studies compared to other majors. The study has been carried out on two major Yemeni universities. More Yemeni universities should be targeted by future research. The paper dealt only with undergraduate student preferences for technology amount to use in their academic courses. Other aspects like technology skills, benefits, applications, training, and so on can be addressed by future research.

The study aimed to know the level of administrative empowerment with its dimensions (Delegation of Authority, Training, Effective Communication, Workers’ Motivation, and Building Work Teams) and its impact on workers’ creativity in government hospitals operating in the Yemeni countryside. For achieving the study objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was used, and the study population consisted of all the workers in three governmental hospitals operating in the Al-Hujaria districts in Taiz Governorate: Khalifa Hospital, Al Nashma Hospital, and Alshheed Adnan Hospital, with a total number of (378) individuals. By the comprehensive survey method, the study questionnaire was distributed to the available study population (208) individuals, due to the decrease in employment because of the siege and the security conditions that Taiz is going through. (150) of them responded. Only (145) questionnaires were valid for analysis, at a rate of (70%) of the total distributed questionnaires. By analyzing the data using descriptive analysis methods and simple and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program, the results of the study concluded that there is a positive impact of administrative empowerment on the workers’ creativity in government hospitals understudy, and also that there is a positive impact of the four administrative empowerment’s dimensions: delegation of authority, training, effective communication, and workers’ motivation on the workers’ creativity; while there was no impact of the team-building on the workers’ creativity in the government hospitals understudy, due to the variation in the workers’ awareness level of administrative empowerment practices.

It believes that giving people the freedom to manage their own work and make decisions improves their performance. Quality of work life aims to instill a culture of work commitment within organizations and society at large in order to improve job satisfaction and employee performance. The fulfillment of seven needs health and safety needs, economic and family needs, social needs, esteem needs, actualization needs, knowledge needs, and aesthetic needs ensures the quality of work-life. Organisations in Nigeria have a reputation for ignoring decent work practices and embracing precarious working conditions to the detriment of the populace. The country's organisations appear to be primarily concerned with increasing profits at the expense of employee welfare. The purpose of this study is to investigate work-life balance policy and practice in Nigeria. To gather data, relevant information was extracted from conference papers, public records, textbooks, journals, and other sources. According to this study, a work-life balance requires planning, and the most prosperous people have found happiness in both the short- and long-term by developing a barometer to help them manage their lives. This study recommends among other things that availability and use of work-life balance practices, when provided in the context of supervisor and organisational support can reduce work-life conflict and increase positive appraisals of one’s organisation. These effects are often associated with employee attitudes such as increased job satisfaction and enhanced control over their work schedule.
